My experience here went well, I showed up at my appt time. Seemed like there was only two guys working, one at desk one on cars and even then these guys were polite and efficient I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Came over from Spokane for a wedding on Labor Day weekend and the alternator on our car went out called and they had it replaced and fixed in an hour amazing customer service awesome people will be using them again if we ever find our selves in a pickle on this side of Washington.

Came here from out of town needing a tire replacement. Was meaning to drive 8 hours back home, and these guys had it done in 45. Technicians did an awesome job. Customer Service Associate was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Made this little hiccup in a road trip so smooth!

Went to this store with a flat tire which is brand new.They just had a look and suggested me to buy a new tire again of 200$.Then went to discount tire, they fixed it for free and provided the best customer service.

Grumpy grandpa at the front desk. I just had had my 10k mile service, and when I said no thanks to the unnecessary service (and charge of course), all I got was a long upset face. Worst service encountered ever. First time and last time there. The fee they charged was double of those at other shops in nearby counties. Yuck!

I just called them to ask if they do inspection for Uber, they said no and hangout immediately. This is rude

They did not prioritize my 9am appointment because I dropped off my car. I called at 130pm and they still hadnt put the car on the rack and said I was next up. Ended up telling them to stop working on it and I picked it up. Wasted my day. Ill never go back to this shop. Im sure that if I had told them I was going to wait that they wouldve gotten it done in 2 hours. Whats the point of having an early appointment? Forget this place.

Stay away from these people and this shop. Rude and unprofessional. Went in for an inspection and got charged for additional services that were unnecessary on my car. TNC drivers - get your inspections elsewhere.

On time appointment with quick/efficient service... Ample waiting room with bottled water for customers in a small cooler... Also, large screen TV for social distancing customers to watch FOOTBALL......

I had a few oil changes done here on my previous car. I also had a tire rotation and a patched tire done on my new car for free which is a good thing !

Was a walk in customer for a flat repair late in the day. Tire was unrepairable. Left with two new tires at a reasonable price.. In less than an hour...Staff was wonderful... Highly recommended...

Stopped to see if they could install two headlights in my car. They quoted me $96 for labor. Had my own headlights just needed them installed. I went up the street to Grease Monkey who charged me $10 per light. Maybe because I was wearing a Vietnam Veterans hat that Goodyear wanted so much.

Told me I needed a new tire for a flat. Went to Discount Tire after, who fixed it for free.

Always have had good service from this location. Service has been always been acceptable. Their showroom is clean. Also offers free Water and coffee if you are waiting for your car to be done. Sometimes the wait times can be a little long but that is to be expected if your getting an oil change. They dont have pits like quick lubes do. so expect about an hour wait for an oil change with an appointment. Good thing is that they do a inspection along with the oil change that includes checking the brakes and suspension components. That you cant get from a quick lube!Keep up the good work GUYS!!!SR!

I had a screw in my tire and went to Goodyear and asked for a repair. Months later my tire went flat on the freeway. Took it to Discount tire and it turns out that tire was filled with Runflat. Basically means, Goodyear didnt actually repair the tire and guaranteed I would find myself stuck on the side of the road.

Scott did an amazing job on my vehicle and was very knowledgeable! I appreciate all of his help! I will be back next time just because of him and his professionalism! Thanks again!

I showed up 2 hours before they closed on a Sunday with a flat tire. They were all booked up and had no time to do anything. The said I could leave the car there incase someone didnt show up for an appointment. An hour and a half later, they called me and said they were able to squeeze my car in. When I got there to pick up the car, the guy didnt even charge me. Great customer service and they actually care about their customers. What more can you ask for?

My goodness! I have never felt like such a nuisance as I did when I went into this establishment! Whoever it is they have working the front desk obviously did not want to be there and it showed. Needless to say I bought the tire I needed (since it blew on the side of the road and they were already working on it) and took my business to discount tires! Best decision plus the exact tire was at a cheaper price!

They tried to make me do their diagnostic on the car when the issue was the battery. I kept telling them it’s a battery issue and I just need cables and they said they don’t have them. What kind of a car repair shop doesn’t have cables??? I ended up calling a friend and he came and helped me. He even told me how would they know it’s not a battery issue if they didn’t do a diagnostic. I myself am not a car person and they tried to take advantage of me by making me agree to their diagnostic. Make sure you have an experienced person with you when you go to them so they don’t rip you off

These guys have always been great to me. Ive been going to this location for several years now and have had little issue with service, their prices, or quality of their work. Scott and Wayne have always been super polite and helpful to me, as well as Manager Mike. Best of all, I have never felt any sales pressure from this location which makes it a more comfortable experience.Thanks guys!

Scott Roe, the assistant service manager, took me in on Memorial Day, in an emergency, and while it should have taken the whole day or even two to get to it with the work load they had, he jumped on it, and got it done pronto. Mike (Manager) really took the best care of me & my car. I had to wait a day for a part. It was fixed when promised. The staff went above & beyond.

Overall the experience here was good. The service department is clean and organized. Before I ever have a car serviced I ask if i can take a peek outside to make sure the shop is in order. This can tell you a lot about how important it is to the shop to hold there standards high.. Store is close to my house and I tend to just leave my car for them to service so they dont feel rushed. Will return for other services when car is due. Thanks to the Team here for keeping a nice clean shop and also having a good service team in place! R.N.

Do not go to this store - they are dishonest and will rip you off. I took a vehicle I had purchased for my son for college that failed emission testing to them. We needed to get the work done that day so he could return to college. They produced a distributor cap where they unscrewed the terminal and bent it over and said that was the issue and it would cost $325 to replace the distributor cap and sign off the emission test form so we could get the car registered. The problem they showed couldnt have possibly been that way - the rotor wouldnt have been able to turn in the cap. We had to have the car so I bit my lip and payed. While I was in the waiting room I heard them come and advise customer after customer of bogus work they needed (power steer fluid replacement, coolant replacement, all in the guise of you will have serious problems). Dont go here!

Met with Wayne S., service manager. Not the friendliest shop Ive been to, but Wayne did take me in at a late hour to check tire damage after I ran over a sheet metal screw. Turns out my tire was too old to patch, so no service. I felt a bit like the manager was trying to up-sell their (decidedly expensive) tires---thats OK I guess, but theres no way Im going to shell out $1k+ for a full set of new tires without research and price comps.Ultimately I had them to put on my spare ($11.00 labor charge) and decided to try Discount Tires near Thrashers Corner in Bothell, a much friendlier place that took time to discuss my options without any sales pressure whatsoever. So, Ill be rolling out of Discount Tires with a new set of reasonably priced Yokohamas next week.

This is the only auto shop I recommend. I took my car here for years and was always treated with respect, they always communicated well and thoroughly, their prices are fair and they stand by their work.

I noticed my car had a flat tire at work. I came to Good Year without an appointment and they were able to fix the tire right away. The whole thing took less than 45 minutes. This service was free and came with an estimate for 4 new tires.

Have brought my vehicles here since they opened. They have always been great to work with and have kept my cars running well. They have done big repairs to putting new tires on for my all my cars. I feel confident in them and highly recommend them. The staff is also very nice to work with.

This good year is very expensive but that just might be the area all together. So call around first to get the best quote. They did a good job with my car for the brakes and the service was fast.

By all means if you want to avoid this place, You SHOULD.I don’t think the manager or associates care a customer here. I had an appointment made at noon. They least bothered to even ask what problem was until 12.30 PM. Imagine and then it takes 1.5 hours for a break inspection. However the owner of this franchise, good luck with your business.AVOID AVOID this place.

I took my car in for an oil change and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes even though I did not have an appointment. When they were done, they said everything looked great except that my rear tires were down to the legal limit. They looked up my cars record on file and saw that I had purchased new front tires a year ago and they offered me the same price. And, since I am going on a road trip to Montana tomorrow, they made some calls to another store and found the tires for me which will be installed tomorrow morning at 7:30AM so I can get on the road with safe tires. This is above and beyond what I would expect and Robert, the Assistant Service Manager was extremely helpful. They take great care of me here! I highly recommend this location!

Great attention to customer needs. Ive had multiple services at every tire shop in bothell. From discount to schwab, and this store continues to handle their customers the best. Scott and all the techs explained the services in detail and even helped with over looked repairs from other shops. 10/10 will return with friends and family vehicles.

Came here the other day to get a free alignment check and was told they couldnt do it unless I pay them 90 bucks to tighten a loose screw that can easily be done within a minute. That being said I couldnt get it done because I didnt wanna pay for a free alignment check!.. As it says on the paper the work would be free, these guys highlighted that I refused theyre serviced to get it checked and not have them tighten the bolt for me FOR FREE. I wouldnt recommend going here, the mechanic is useless and out to get your money! Ive been to other Goodyear shops and was treated with the best service but here is a disappointment, the mechanic is giving the shop a bad name. Hands down! Dont go here!

Did an oil change and a diagnostic for misfiring. I was told that the diagnostic cost can be rolled into the next repair payment. Next day, come to fix the issues according to the quote, a different service guy, named Wayne Smith, refused to roll the diagnostic fee from yesterday into my repair bill. Feel not being treated honestly, avoid this guy or the shop. They really love money, more than other shops.

Quite possibly the WORST service ever. Took our truck into Goodyear to have an oil change. As my husband watched from next door, the truck was put on a lift and left unattended. He watched as NO ONE approached the truck. He goes back and they rattle off that for $1200 they could fix the brakes which they said were in dire condition. My husband told them to put the truck back together. They apparently lost the round wheel cylinders and replaced it with obviously square pones. Actually make that they pounded (and might I add poorly) some square cylinders and made them look sorta roundish. We took the truck to a reputable chain up the street who told us that there was nothing indeed wrong with the brakes. They still need to replace the wheel cylinders they lost. Save yourself the time, do NOT let them service your vehicle.

I started taking both of my vehicles here when i moved to the area about 2 years ago. If someone is looking for the fastest, least expensive oil change in the area this might not be the mechanics you are looking for. I do take vehicles here, even for oil changes, because I trust these guys to take care of my vehicles. Twice they did not charge me for issues they resolved in a short time.

Well about a week or so ago my day started off with a flat tire. I came into this Goodyear store and right when I walked in I was greeted by Rick the service manager. Told him my situation with my tire and he said no problem he would get someone looking at it for me! Lucky for me one of their tire/service guys Scott was just starting his shift and said he would have me done in 15-20 mins! About 10 mins later my tire was fixed! Better yet even though my tire was not a tire made or purchased through them, they told me it would be no charge. I was kind of in shocked that a Auto shop would do something for free. Before i left they told me if i ever needed tires and or service done on my cars that they would be more than happy to take care of any of it. They have earned a new customer and I will be recommending them to family and friends. Thanks for everything Rick and Scott!

Both of my headlights went out so I stopped by this here Goodyear to check if its a fuse or a lightbulb problem. The main mechanic told me that he wouldnt look under my hood for me, and that i had to schedule a 50$ diagnosis for the following day. And that itd be +25$ for each additional lighbulb. This guy loves money.

Go anywhere other than here. They charged $70 for flipping switches on the dashboard for under 5 minutes- pointing out an electrical problem (which they did not fix). I also have reason to believe they are wrong about the problem source. I will never visit another Goodyear ever again.

DO NOT GO HERE. They installed a faulty oxygen sensor and failed to diagnose my car, my car then broke down at Stevens pass. Had to take it to the dealership for it to get properly diagnosed and repaired (including replacing the o2 sensor Goodyear installed 2 weeks prior). DO NOT GO HERE.

I just got one of my tire flattened ,it was Sunday and I saw this shop nearby and asked my insurance to tow here as my spare tires also got punctured .(Note my tires were last changed brand new by ford dealer just 12 thousand miles before this incident ). They took advantage of the situation and said the tire cannot be fixed for the puncture and they will not use my spare tire even it can be fixed because other front tire is having inside edge balded and they will not handle my car and I am forced to pay $360 just for changing 2 front tires . God sake no one go here if your tire get flattened near bothell area be careful....
