When I say this is the best nail salon in bossier city, THIS IS IT! Amazing service! The owner goes above & beyond to please every customer. My daughter & I came to get pedicures done this past weekend.. we are very happy with our services. The place is extremely clean!!!! I’ve never seen a nail salon use new tools, in fact they have a pedicure kit which we were able to take home with us. Now let me tell you, my feet are bad, I mean REALLY BAD! I walked out of this salon with brand new feet. It’s been a few days after getting my feet done & it is still very soft! We’ll be back for sure! I highly HIGHLY recommend this salon 100%

This salon is by far the best one I’ve gone to. Today was my 3rd time getting a pedicure done. I am giving this salon a 5 star because it deserves it. The owner truly cares about all the customers that goes in and out of her business.However, I will post my complaint on here.I’d hate to have the business owner lose business because of one bad apple in the bunch. The heavier set lady that works there is very unprofessional. She does not have any customer service at all. Loud, inelegant & very inappropriate. Now that the mask mandate have been lifted you can smell everything. Every time I get my services done & she walks by, she smells like she bathed in cigarettes. It is an unpleasant smell. I hope this issue gets resolved. I don’t want to look for another nail salon to go to.

I have been going to Jesilyn for a while now! She and her staff are absolutely fantastic! I will never go anywhere else! The shop is clean and inviting! I never have to worry about anything! They have individual si gle use mani and pedi kits, you never have to worry about possible risk! I love this place so much and I love the ladies who work here!

I came in from out of town and had not had a manicure or a pedicure in years. My technician did a wonderful job and treated me just like I was a regular. If I am ever back in Bossier, I will definitely be back.

So I patronized this establishment this past weekend and let’s just say I wasn’t impressed. I feel as though this salon is OVER HYPED and OVER PRICED! I booked an appointment for a pedicure for myself, sister, and mother. I asked to have an overlay applied to my big toe & was told by the nail tech that she didn’t have time (which I’m not sure why). We all booked a Basic Gel Pedicure, however myself and my mom did not receive all of the services offered under this particular service. My mom was also dissatisfied with the fact that as soon as we left and were in the car, my mom started scrapping dead skin off of her feet, that the nail tech clearly did not do!!! I DO NOT recommend their services!!!

I came in today with my Daughter in law and my mother. We came from California for my sons wedding. Nikki did my pedicure and she was awesome! I felt like I was getting the royal treatment 😊 we definitely don’t have this kind of customer service anywhere I’ve ever been in California. Thank you to the gals here! Too bad you weren’t closer to me or we’d DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

My daughter and I visited The Nail Den for the first time about 3 months ago and have made this my ONLY nail family! My daughter absolutely loooove Ms. Jess! What I like most about The Nail Den is their timely, quality of work and most of all their professional. Behind every good owner is an awesome team of nail techs. Nikki & Colin are both awesome nail techs, they take their time with each client and I have never felt rushed like I’m just another dollar...they make you feel at home and relaxed! What I love about the Nail Den is their appreciation of their clientele. I’m not the most consistent person when it comes to my nails— as a college student, it depends on my income, time and/or energy. However, I can always count on a welcoming environment when I enter the salon. They remember my name and even a few details about me whether it was a couple of weeks or months since my last visit.Generally speaking, I’m a pretty shy person. I’ve left other local nail salons upset about the quality of their work or professionalism, whereas at the Nail Den they make sure to make you feel comfortable enough to be honest about your experience. My first time using them was about a year ago when they had just opened & in just that small amount of time, I have watched their cute little business flourish. They take the time to make each client feel special; I am the most grateful for their extreme precaution for a sanitary workplace— even BEFORE COVID-19 was a thing. 10/10 would recommend these beautiful ladies ❤️

I’m not sure who this nail shop thinks they are but I’ve been here twice for pedicures and BOTH times my nail techs were running late. Now I’m not one to normally complain because I know how to be patient in certain situations. But when you’re 15-20 minutes late to your client due to getting breakfast or because you’re still tending to another client then in my opinion that’s just bad time management. And this place charges way too much to be running behind all the time. I’ll take my money elsewhere and recommend others to do the same. Get it together nail den!

Jesilyn turned me down for a dip powder service and I can’t thank her enough! 2 weeks ago I came in for the first time to do a soak off, manicure and I wanted dip powder to be put on again. After taking off the dip powder she said she wasn’t able to fulfill the service because there was something on my nails. She said it might’ve been a fungus or it may not have been it. But she said she wanted to be careful and not do it anyways. The next day I made an appointment with my Dr. It turned out to be a Fungus! I was so devastated. To be honest I’ve seen this on my nails for a very long time but I never thought anything of it because the past Nail salons I’ve been going to would do my services. Now I look back and think how many times they’ve dipped my nails. How many other clients have gotten the fungus?This nail salon is so clean. Right when you come it, they ask you to wash your hands. She had packages of tools unopened for me. I was able to take home my file and buffer. Jesilyn was so honest. I loved the fact that she told me what was going on with my nails. It goes to show she doesn’t care about the money going in, it’s really all about the clients. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have known what was going on w/ my nails.. I recommend this salon to everyone! This is the best nail salon in bossier city!!!!!!!! I will make another appointment once my nails are cleared. Once again, THANK YOU JESILYN!

Everyone at The Nail Den is so friendly, it’s like we are family. I love going there and look forward to going every time. They all do great nails & have nail protection. I live in Shreveport but do not mind driving to Bossier to go see them. Jesilyn, Colin & Nikki are great people and you can tell they love what they do & take great pride in it.

My visit to the Nail Den was exactly what I was looking for. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and taken care of with politeness and Professionalism. I was treated with Value. The wait wasn’t long, and I had my daughter with me also, as we both were Walk in customers. The scenery was very clean. It was upbeat and classy 😀 When we were being serviced, Every thing used was new. She was very sanitary. I felt comfortable enough to have conversation with the ladies and just relax and enjoy myself. My nails turned out perfect and they lasted over two weeks! The nail den is one of the cleanest and nicest nail salons I have ever been too . They were so sweet and nice ... trying a new place you always feel Out of place .. but as soon as a came in they made me feel welcome . This is my favorite place and i will definitely be back .. After years of going to my old salon I decided it was time to try some place new. I enjoyed the ease of making the appointment online and choosing my tech. Salon was clean and everyone working spoke or talked to me at some point. I enjoyed my pedicure from a Colin and enjoyed getting to know her. The whole experience was refreshing and hate I waited so long to make a change. Will definitely be back.

Yesterday was my first time here. I don’t know where to start.... First of all Jesilyn is the most humble person I’ve ever met. Right when I sat down I told her every single person in Shreveport/bossierj talks about how good she is & that she’s the best nail technician in the area. She smiled & said, “No, no, I’m not the best. I just love what I do” And it shows! Girl, to me YOU ARE THE BEST NAIL TECHNICIAN IN SHREVEPORT/BOSSIER CITY!!!! Y’all she’s so good at what she does. Best place to get your nails done! Incredibly clean, they provide your own set of manicure and pedicure tools every time you go in (you can even take them home with you), and the professionalism and customer service are insurmountable. I once had a nail chip a few days after I had them done (just from being too rough and washing dishes 🙈) and Jesilyn offered to fix it free of charge despite her busy schedule. They are always so sweet and do a great job!! I am never disappointed and I highly recommend you check them out 😊

This place is worth the “long” drive from Shreveport. It’s not just the best place in the area, it’s the best because of the quality work and service you receive that you are very likely not getting anywhere else. Jesilyn and her team take their time to make sure the work is done right and to your expectations. One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is that the ladies do not get offended or upset if a client asks questions or isn’t satisfied - they are always receptive and love opportunities to learn, do and be better. The ladies here all friendly, welcoming, talented and have great character as well as high standards for themselves. This is why you get great quality work!

So a few months ago i decided to try the nail den out for the first time. This was as soon as things slowly started opening with COVID protocols. Unfortunately i had a bad experience but i truly believed it was because the nail tech i had seen that day was just having an off day, as we all experience every now and then. But i left unhappy with how my nails turned out and decided just to not return. A few weeks after, i posted on the local spouse page asking for recommendations for a new nail salon to try out. Someone had recommended the nail den and i voiced how unhappy i was with what had happened and preferred not to return.Shortly after, i received a message from the owner Jesilyn. She was VERY apologetic about the experience i had prior. We spoke and she explained the experience i had was very unusual for that certain nail tech. She offered to redo my nails for free and made an appointment for me on a day her shop was actually closed. She came in on her day off to do my nails and i have to say - that was the BEST customer service i have ever experienced. She was so sweet about the situation and spent quite some time on my nails. She did the most amazing job on my nails and cuticles! I don’t get my nails done often because I’m so weary about nail salons. But her salon was extremely clean and sanitary and she opened the supplies she was going to use right in front of me. If you want a relaxed, personable experience THIS IS YOUR PLACE. I now have another appointment booked with Jesilyn. And Nikki hands down gives the most amazing pedicure and foot rub I’ve ever experienced (sorry hubby 😜).

They provide you with you own personal mani/pedi kit that is only used on you and that you can take with you after your visit if you choose. IM IN LOVE!!! I’ve always gotten my nails done every now and then for special occasions but I’ve never found a salon that was clean and welcoming. The Nail Den is everything and MORE! It’s a very quiet small salon and love that you don’t feel rushed to make a decision on what you want or pushed into a service you don’t want to get in the first place. Other salons claim to be “clean” but reuse there nail files and other tools used but at The Nail Den you get your own packet opened just for you and it’s either throw away or given to you to take home at the end of your service!! So to say the least I’ll be back again for sure!❤️

I moved to Shreveport and I’ve tried every nail salon that was referred to me which was about 5 or 6. Each one was always “the best” but after a few visits I’d notice inconsistency, I felt my nails were trash and a waste of money, just a huge disappointment. I had the same nail tech for 5 years back home in Dallas so I was starting to think maybe my standards were just too high. 🤦🏻‍♀️ But then I met Jesilyn at The Nail Den and I just love her and her staff!! My first visit was today, and it was very warm & welcoming. The place is very clean and the environment is so relaxing. The staff is very friendly. I will be going back. Brittany did a great job on my pedicure.

This is by far the BEST nail place i have ever been to. I will never go anywhere else. Jesilyn and her employees treat me like family and i love going there and feeling at home. I go every 2 weeks and i’m impressed every. single. time.

Jesilyn and the entire staff at The Nail Den are completely amazing! They make you feel so comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you walk in. Every time I’ve had an appointment with Jesilyn I’ve always left more than satisfied and the compliments I received on my nails were endless because of her work! I can’t wait till the next time I can schedule an appointment with her! 10/10!!

Only place I will go for a pedicure. They do a great job and clean the basin with hospital-grade germicide. All the nail techs are super friendly. I also appreciate that they use Booksy (an app/website for making appointments, similar to Vagaro or StyleSeat) as their website. That way you know how long and how much everything will cost. Would highly recommend.

Loved going to the Nail Den. Jesilyn always did a wonderful job! I received so many compliments on my dip nails specifically & they lasted for WEEKS! The salon was very clean & the customer service was appreciated.

I love the nail den! when i scheduled a appointment i was kinda of nervous at first bc meeting a person for the first time can be kinda of awkward, but jesilyn made me feel right at home!! this is the best place to get your nails done!! i love it!! i highly recommend the nail den!!
