I took my daughter to this place to get individual eye lashes done for her birthday, the next day the whole middle part of the lash came out. I took her back up there and they said the person that did her lashes was not there and told me to come back “tomorrow” the next day I went back up there and they told me once again that the lady that did the lashes wasn’t in but she would definitely be there “tomorrow” I’m back up here right now 9/30/21 at 2:40 pm Now the whole lash fell off and we now see that we paid for individual lashes and now that they are coming of we realized that it’s not individual lashes. I walk in today and the guy had a smirk on his face and he said she isn’t there today so I asked for a refund, he said he can’t give a refund because the girl isn’t there but she will be there “tomorrow” It took everything in me to stay in character but I’m very upset because my daughter had to go through the embarrassment of her lashes falling out at school and not only do they refuse to giver her a refund they refuse to fix it and continue to say come back “tomorrow” I will never go back again.2114 Airline DrUnit EBossier City, LA 71111

The lady who did my nails noticed my overlay from another nail salon was super thick (hence the reason I came here) she corrected it and did an amazing job making my nails look natural again. Will definitely come back!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came up there Saturday for a pedicure and full set. They had a man work on my nails and toes…very rough was rushing me to pick a color. Employees are very unprofessional and slow. They over charge you for everything and they just don’t have nice values. They called the police on me for Voicing my opinion on the price that I had to pay for my nails and pedicure I will never return here again the manger is no good she don’t listen to the customers, very rude and nasty. How can you run a business and not care about how ppl feel but that’s okay God is going to handle it but nothing with come good to you if your nasty to people and trying to get over on people.

I have supported this business since the beginning. I have always loved how Sandy did my nails, but she has a bad attitude at times. Im not going to continue to pay over $100 for services (also tips) and deal with bad customer service and get criticized for choosing a basic pedicure over a deluxe pedicure.

Nails are veryyyyyyyy short! Got a pedicure. The person didn’t even talk to me about anything! Paid 70 for a pedicure that’s just ridiculous I have never paid that much for a pedicure EVER

I asked for a nail set with diamond on them , and i for something completely different the color . I asked for was yellow she gave me this ugly horrible neon yellow. Baby this not glow in the dark day ! 🤨She was being rough with me , she was rushing on my hands trying to get me out her way . She didn’t say even put lotion on my hand all this dead skin .She need to be fired whatever her name is . I recommend y’all not to come here I must have came on a bad day or some I see a 4.1 review not from wha I just experienced !

Sandy was such a friendly and gentle! She helped me try new things and styles! I will definitely be returning!! Along with it, the atmosphere is just so welcoming! This was my first time going here but I’d recommend it to everyone!

Sandy did great on dip acrylics. Wasn’t a long time and quality was great. Other worker wasn’t great. Gel polish was uneven, it was rough, and paint chipped. Overpriced for the bad quality job.

Went in for wax and tint, my eyebrows are hideous they are not the same shape at all one is wider then the other and on top of that before she started I asked her the price she said $25 but once she was done she told me $40. My opinion she had no earthly clue what she was doing and she should have just said that. Don’t recommend at all if I could give no stars I would.

My nails are messed up completely. I will not be coming back to them. Very uneven horrible job. There is even a bubble in my nail.
