Customer service was good. The nails that my daughter and I got didnt last 1 week. Spent over $200. Wouldnt recommend

I had an amazing experience! First good nail place I have been to since coming to Louisiana!!! The last place I went to gave me an ingrown toenail and the technician fixed it with a little pain but it she tried so hard not to hurt me and to fix it for me. I didnt even have to tell her it was there! I was so happy with this place and everyones so friendly.

Been going here for over 12 years just to come in here on May, 13, 2021 and get over charge for a service and then to be disrespected. I will never return to this place nor recommend anymore.

My friend and I came in 2.5 hours before closing thru didn’t tell us there was 4 people ahead of us so we had to wait 2 hours before even receiving our services, my friends nails were crooked, uneven and very bumpy(we have pictures) and BARELY a week 7 days exactly my middle finger on left hand chipped off (both received powder dip service) and on day 8 middle finger of right hand chipped. Do not recommend and will be calling for verbal complaint!!!! 0 out of 10 on service quality

I got my nails done on Wednesday and they came off Saturday and the lady was really rude and was on the phone the whole time .I love the color and everything and I had gotten dip nails it was my first time in six years get my nails done and they didn’t even last week

Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They have 3 people working there so very rushed. I could have done the same pedi at home. He was in such a hurry scrubbed way to hard that he made my foot bleed. The lady doing nails very rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back.

My wife went there and I was on the phone with her there and their service was horrible they weren’t professional what so ever and we’re not specific on how they charge and what they charge for as they attempted to begin doing her nails DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

When first entering I got a warm welcome so I thought the experience was going to be great! I usually only go to one salon in Ruston so I dont know if what I am going to say is acceptable everywhere but where I go.First of all.... They did not use bags in the tub for my feet. Usually I wouldnt get a pedi without one but I was in desperate need of one.The color selection was very small and they all looked like the picture attached. The color faded quickly and the paint started to chip.My toes are usually a little sore from the cleaning but doesnt last longer than a day. It has now been 2 weeks and my toes are still sore and have a little dry pus on a couple (I got checked by a doctor and he said it will be fine just to clean it twice daily). The tools she used were opened when I got there so I am unsure if she cleaned them. I just prayed for the best.My husband is usually allowed to sit by me so we can chat as long as the salon is slow. They even turn the water on for him. At this salon they made him sit away from me all the way at the door. We all sat in silence.Overall bad experience.*Edit - When I was ready to pay she said You need your eyebrows done. I understand she is trying to make money but it was rude. I told her I only let 1 person do my eyebrows. (You cant trust just anybody with your brows.) After the rushed experience I had there I was definitely not going to try something new by letting her do them.

I wish I could give them no stars! Went for a pedicure and to tools were so disgusting that I told them I just wanted to leave!!! And still had to pay for a service. I will NEVER use them again!

Best experience I’ve had at Shreveport nail salon so far. Friendly staff. Always clean and sanitary. Great prices even located on the boardwalk compared to places I’ve been on both the Bossier and Shreveport side. I go during my lunch hour and have not had any problems with timeliness to get back to work.

My 3 year old could do a better job then these people. Did even cover my nails with polish an left gel clear coat on my skin after telling him he told me it was my fault. Will Never be back to this place!!! Waste if money.

Had a little pamper session with my aunt when I was visiting from the UK. The lady I had doing my nails was fantastic, unfortunately the lady the did my aunts was dreadful & I think she might have been the manager. The advice she gave was completely wrong as gel covered nails do not & will not last 3 months, not in my experience anyway & Im pretty sure its the same on the U.S as it is in the UK. My aunts nails were not finished very well at all & were not smooth, it was like the lady was rushing to get ot done.

I went on 2/25 to get lashes ..she used hair glue..needless to say I dont think shes a lash expert

So I was happy with the service all the way up until I was given the check. The guy tells me it will be $10 more than posted price, when I ask why he says its because I had extra dead skin!? So my daughter and I were both getting our toes done together. Her service took much longer than mine, but I was charged $10 because if my feet. I was so embarrassed...

I paid for a $50 pedicure that I could of gave myself at home. The lady sped through the pedicure and got an attitude when I told her she did not get the skin off my feet. She said because of Corona she couldnt do it. Why would you blame your laziness and poor work on an epidemic. I swear Ill drive an hour to Texarkana before I give these folks my business again.

Throughout the years I loved this salon. However yesterday was my first bad experience. Not with the staff, I loved my technician. But with her lack of attention to the quality of her work. I got a gel manicure as well as a pedicure and tipped well, I noticed the polish looking rather sheer but hoped it was just lighting. Wrong. She used VERY thin layers for my BLACK polish. Leaving them streaky. With my pedicure it looks like the top coat was just plopped on as there is a strong line of demarcation between the top coat and polish. I won’t be returning. I’ll do my research from now on.

My first pedicure and I loved it. I am super ticklish so we had a good laugh while she filed the soles of my feet. Will definitely come here on my next mini vacation. 💓

The lady talked about my nails being to short for 20 minutes. she told me that my nails were to short to get longer nails and she didn’t even shape them how i wanted them to be shaped. she sat there and talked about me the whole time.

Re-fill is $14.99. I was charged $26.00. When I questioned why, the older gentleman that did my nails, told me because he had to repair two nails. He only repaired/replaced one. The other one he simply put the acrylic over. The one he did replace was not filed to match the others. I only went because my regular nail place had an emergency. I will never go back to Nails So Happy.

Extremely fast and the nail polish was awful. Thick in some places. Went for a refill on nail too and she charged me 60 because she put solar nails. Huh. I didnt have solar nails when I went in there. Dont know how this refill gonna work with solar over acrylic. She kept saying I came I with solar. I KNOW what I paid for and got at my house town salon. It was NOT solar. Process for.pedicure and refill was not relaxing. Took 35 minutes for both. Very fast and rushed. Would t come back here

Not rushed at all. Of course we got in early. Me and wifey got pedicures, and she got her manicure. Bad part is her fingers had residue dried on to her fingers. She mentioned it to the guy and he was able to fix the issue.

My nails are terrible....I asked for square nails with rounded edges. The older lady only rounded two of my nails and was very rude. She was criticizing my nails and did a horrible paint job. It wasn’t very clean but the rest of the staff was nice. Horrible experience over all.

Manicure and pedicure was rushed and the lady who did my manicure wasnt even nice . With my pedicure there was no plastic bag or anything which is unsanitary in my opinion. The price was ridiculous especially for what I got. My nail polish isnt even and I had to squeeze both of my hands under one tiny light which I have never done at any salon i have ever been to. I will not be going back.

Before I went in I read all the bad reviews but decided to give it a try anyways since I was at the boardwalk. I got a gel pedicure for $50 and the polish on two of my toes peeled off by the next morning. It’s been a month since I got them done and my toenails are literally peeling off in layers. I know that’s normal with gel polish, but chunks of my toenails are tearing off. They were friendly tho lol

I have gone to this salon before just for a polish change. My experience Saturday was not a good one. I got a manicure and that went fine besides them not offering me to get a gel polish that was offered to others receiving a manicure but i guess i didnt look the part. The owners wife waxed my eyebrows. NIGHTMARE she was so rough and i told her i like to keep my brows thick, she literally took off all my brows. I will never go back nor recommend to anyone. No passion. Not a relaxing environment.

HORRIBLENESS. My daughter went to have her nails FILLED IN. She specifically asked them the price and they quoted her $18.00. By the time she left they charged her $25.00 and did not tell her until AFTER they were done. I called them to speak to them about it and the woman that owns it put her son on the phone. She refused to be a woman and take responsibility for HUSTLING an innocent young lady. DO NOT get your nails done here. They are NOT honest people.

I felt rushed the entire time. I had a gel manicure done, and when I put my nails in to dry she had me squeeze both hands in the dryer. Ive never seen that done before.. she buffed my nails very aggressively and paid no attention to my already existing hangnail. It was bleeding within 5 minutes of sitting down. Also she didnt do a thorough job with my cuticles.

The younger lady does not do good. my nails are lumpy and they don’t match, they don’t look good at all.

They cut my toe during a pedicure AND tried to overcharge me for it!!! Bleeding everywhere I got up and left promising to NEVER torture myself by going back!! Nails so happy?..? Ummm. Not really. This place is awful. The lady was very rude. Not friendly at all. First she tried to talk me out of the colors I wanted. When I asked if she did Ombré nails she didnt have a clue what I was talking about. Then she made some crack about my hands being soft as a baby...and that I must not work at home. What? I live on a Soy/ Corn farm and take care of dogs, ducks, a cat and cook for 8 of us! This is a business trip for hubby and I came along. This was a treat for me. I only get my nails done about once every two yrs! My gel manicure is pretty but my nails are all rough on the edges. I just got polish for my toes so basically a very minimal pedicure. Which was fine but she was so rushed ( and I was the only customer) That she didnt let my toes dry completely . One messed up immediately when she put my sandles on. She quickly patched it. When I got home I noticed that my little toe is all messed up. I wish I had read the reviews first. Do yourself a favor and skip this place! Then, your nails will be happy and so will you!

I absolutely do not recommend this nail salon, not even to my worst enemy. This place is absolutely horrible. I went in for a mani-pedi. Manicure was ridiculously over priced and they did a poor job and the pedicure was the worst pedicure I have ever recieved. The old lady who did my pedicure cut my toe nails extremely short and uneven which lead to giving me ingrown toe nail and the pain is unbearable. Save your money and time and do not go to this place!!!!!!

My daughter got some fake nails and the service was fast. The nails only lasted 5 days though. Supposed to last 2 weeks.

Will not go back. Worst experience ever! Technician tore my eyelid (apprx 1/2) waxing my eyebrows. Did not acknowledge nor apologize until I said something. Pedicure was not relaxing at all....very rushed. Technicians friend (?) came in and they talked through entire treatment.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had! It looked like a 3 year old had painted my toes. And they charged me 50 when the sign said 30 plus 10 for gel polish!

Worst Experience Ever!! Went A Few Months Ago . Go Pedicure , Medicure paid $65.00 . The same night my two of my nails popped of and my polish started fading! Will never go back !!

My feet are raw from my pedicure. Also typically for that price your feet are massaged. Very disappointing.

My gel manicure lasted a whole five days before it started peeling, and they cut my toe during my pedicure. Pedicure polish lasted two days.

I came in to get a acrylic full set (short) $25 .. And the man tried to charge me $30.
