Lena was not having a good day at all and the customers got the remnants of her frustration. Upon arrival, my daughter and I noticed Lenas curt manners towards a pregnant lady who obviously was a first time customer there and unfamiliar with area of sink and towels. She then grew upset with her husband and jumped up to yell at him. Unacceptable. The husband left abruptly after receiving a phone call, leaving Lena to finish my daughters nails (picture posted)I explained to Lena that I was not satisfied with the rough look of my daughters nails. She walked away and act if I wasnt speaking. She blamed the finished look on it being regular polish and asked me to wait so she could put another top coat on it. As I explained that its the coating under the nail, she walked away. Her only resolve was to put another clear coat on the nails. Needless to say, we wont be back.Did I mention she knicked another customer and did not apologize.Very rude and unprofessional.

They were very clean! Finished in a timely manner with just Lena and her husband there. I often get stiff hands while getting my nails done and they were both very patient and gentle with me. I will definitely be coming back!

So called before coming and was told no appt needed and she could do it I also drove from Blanchard to bossier to go to her to get there and see 2 ppl in the shop it’s noon and it was her and her husband there working to be told she don’t have time for me today was so rude and made me very uncomfortable needless to say I won’t be back been coming here for years but never again just shocked at her behavior I think she may need to retire if she don’t enjoy what she is doing

I am surprised to see the rating on this shop. This use to be my favorite nail salon until they started over charging me. The owner was taking tips off of my credit card without notifying me and I was tipping her. When It was time for me to leave the shop I would check my account and see that I was charged a different price instead of the price that was on my receipt. Every time I came to get my nails done this young Asian lady would pop up and they were having me pay for some of her services by adding more money to my tab or claiming me and her were together. I tried giving cash to eliminate the credit card being overcharged but she was still getting over on me anyways. It disappointed me because this was my favorite nail spot but she needed money so the prices were raised and extra cash was secretly taken. I stopped coming after the third time I noticed it. It has been two years since then.

Im 20 and have been coming to lena since I was 3 with my mother. Shes like family!!

The shop is kind of run down, not relaxing at all. The gel manicure I received chipped off in less than a week. Also, she didnt have a very large selection of colors.
