I had the best customer service from Reggie! He is polite and knows what he’s doing at work. I didn’t get to choose my vehicle due to an insurance covering for my damages. Overall, I didn’t have any issues!

I only gave this location two stars instead of one because the associates were nice. We have used Enterprise for years but never this location. I needed a rental after another driver hit me and her insurance paid for my damages and would reimburse me for a rental. We went to this location because it was closest to where we live. Normally, when they ask you if you want additional coverage on the vehicle we say no because we have our own car insurance. We have done this EVERY time we have ever had to get a rental. My husband knows he told him we did not need the additional coverage because the guy asked him for his insurance info once he said no. All he instructed him to do was sign the tablet once he finished entering whatever he entered. When we finally get the bill, there was a charge that was as much as the rental itself cost. I asked the manager was this amount correct because the bill was $1400. He did not even explain what the additional charge was so I had to go home and Google what DW stands for to learn this was the Damage waiver we advised we did not want. When I questioned the branch manager about it he basically said that because my husband signed it he agreed to it. I asked for a copy of the rental agreement and never received it or a call back from the manager. I have been contacting the customer care line over two weeks about this problem at this location but no one has contacted me even though they keep saying someone will. I should have had to pay nothing for this rental but the insurance company does not reimburse additional coverage because they were already covering it. This is very sneaky business and now I have to pay 500+ out of pocket because of this location and all I want is my money back but they dont want to admit the mistake. Double check everything if you go to this place!

Friendly staff, quick service!

The car was so filled with cigarette smoke I could hardly catch my breath while inside the vehicle.I am allergic to cigarette smoke and the guy cleaning the vehicle was smoking while cleaning inside the vehicle. Every time I turned on the air inside the vehicle it was a blast of cigarette air. The seats were so stained in the vehicle I was scared to even guess as to what it might have been. My bill was all over the place I kept getting different charges shown on my bank account. Absolutely will never return to this location. Horrible experience

After seeing that the car would be rented for an extended period of time, they never offered long term rental or the other membership they offer for long term rentals. 2nd each rental was never updated in the system, always showed the initial rental. you would figure if its being re rented then the current rental information would be put into the system and available to overlook if any questions or concerns arised. 3rd the re- rental policy or process was never explained in detail or explained period even when questions were asked via phone about extending or keeping a vehicle longer than intial the rental period.

Car was dirty! COVID-19 is real and yo get into a suspect vehicle is problematic!

We reserved a suburban for our upcoming trip. About 2- 3 weeks ahead of time. Called several times to confirm it would be a suburban or equivalent large suv. We have a family of 8. We were assured each time. When we went to pick it up they had an 8 seater mini van waiting for us! Very upset! They had plenty of time to secure our vehicle!

Yesterday I went on line to book a car thru a booking service that gave me hertz I booked the car to find out they didnt even have any cars. How car u be a car rental have no cars. Thank God I decided to call myself Enterprise. Claudia answered sent car to get us she very helpful. I so appreciate people like her knows their job and does it well. Thank you Claudia

Courtney and Quincy made my first renting experience smooth and positive. We were going to rent from a different location, but after a change of plans we ended up at this location on Texas Street. Im glad we did because I will look forward to renting from Courtney or Quincy in the future. 5/5

I had to wait till almost closing to get a vehicle. I did get an upgrade from what I reserved. only because thats all was left. The right-back tire kept leaking air and I couldnt get them on the phone. I spent seven dollars and fifty cents keeping the tire from going all the way flat. I told them about it when returning the vehicle and they were not surprised. Image my surprise, at there response Ive been renting from that branch over five years. I never ran into such services until now. The other manager always been more helpful and working to satisfy the customer.

Quincy helped me out in my time of need. He gave excellent service and gave me a great deal. Car was nice, staff was even nicer. Definitely recommend!

No common sense what so ever

It was a little frightening at first. I had called to reserve a car, but when I arrived at my local Enterprise location, there was no record of my reservation. Fortunately, a vehicle was available. The situation was handled very professionally and efficiently. The only issue with the vehicle was the antenna had been broken off and I was unable to listen to the radio on my trip. While there were a couple of issues, I was very pleased with the local staff. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I wont hesitate to use Enterprise again.

I rent from Enterprise pretty regularly for business. I love this location - they know me by name and often try to get me in a car they know I will like. I know they cant always, but they do try if possible. Everyone is extremely friendly and always treats me well, even when its really busy and there are a lot of people waiting to be served. Because of this location, I will ALWAYS use Enterprise for personal rentals, when they occur.

I had the worst experience at this location. I had a reservation to pick up a car. Upon arrival, I was lied to & told that they were expecting 5 cars to be returned the night before but none of them were returned. I never received a courtesy call to inform me of any of this prior to me driving 25 miles to pick up the car. I was also told that I would have to pay for an upgrade to get one of the trucks/SUVS that were available. By this time I was furious. #1, Im being informed of something after the fact. #2, They were unwilling to compromise to fix a situation that they had created. So, I decided to leave & just take my family trip in my own car. I will not say that Ill never use Enterprise Rent-A-Car again, because Ive rented cars from them from other locations with no problems. However, Ill never rent from this location again due to lack of customer service, professionalism, & service recovery efforts.

I’ve been renting from Enterprise for 6 years, NEVER had a problem until today, Morgan would not give me a car that I made reservations for & got a confirmation number stating she don’t have anything I can get, I had a credit and debit card so I know the deposit wasn’t the case, Also when there isn’t anything there they reach out to other places to see if anything is a available, she didn’t even attempt told me I could try Bertkoons location, She was on the phone & also texting, I asked her to call Courtney she said she wasn’t going to bother her with it as if it wasn’t important to her, I think Enterprise should definitely keep their employees at their locations and not switch them up because I didn’t like her attitude and I’ve never had a problem at that location. She’s definitely not for the customers. Courtney & her employees make sure there is always something there or they got something but Morgan was in such a rush to leave she even told the man that does the detailing to go lock the door like I wasn’t still standing in there.

I was supposed to be picked up by 10 am and after two phone calls confirming someone was coming, I was called at 11:30 and told that their drivers were all stuck somewhere but someone was coming. Since I had to leave at 12, I had my husband bring me to get the car on his lunch break. I asked for some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and was offered 5% off the next time I rent (which wont happen unless theyre my only option). In a rush, I didnt take the time I should have to look at the cleanliness of the car. The outside was fine, the windows had water spots on them but thats no big deal. Inside, someone had exploded a bottle of orange soda all over the back seat of the car and left a sticky gooey orange residue on the seats and seat belts. The cup holders had the same goop in them. Normally it wouldnt matter, but four of us were using the car to drive 4 hours to Baton Rouge for a volunteer trip. We ended up taking two cars because the back seat was too gross to tolerate. If we hadnt been on a tight schedule, I would have returned the car the same day and demanded a full refund so I could rent from someone else at the airport. I was not offered any compensation for the sticky back seat.

The customer service at Enterprise, Bossier City on E. Texas is excellent!! Very professional and courteous staff, especially Antisha. It has been a pleasure dealing with Enterprise while working in this area for the past three months. In the future, Enterprise will always be my first choice of rental car companies. I ALWAYS have to wait for a vehicle here no matter what day of the week or time of day. If we didn’t have to book here per corporate policy I would never get a vehicle from here. They are inflexible as your options either for example of something else is ready, it depends on who you get whether or not they would allow you to take another vehicle that was not assigned to you.

My wife booked through travelocity. Went to pick the car up and was told she could not rent without a major credit card because we are out-of-state. Fair enough, I have a credit card and attempted to book and pay for the car. I was told I could not book a car and allow my wife to drive it as she would be an unauthorized driver.So I called customer service. I was informed through CS that she in fact COULD rent a car with just a debit card, although she would need a pay stub or utility bill in addition. But the kicker was the 2nd option. I was told that I can rent a car for someone else and list them as a driver for and additional $20/day, but since it is my wife, she would have been automatically listed as an authorized driver AT NO CHARGE.Highly recommend avoiding this place. They dont seem to know their own policies, and it costed us 5 days worth of plans since we now cant get a car until next week.

Spent over an hour waiting for them to give us the car. When they finally took us outside and made us stand in the sun for 15 minutes, he told us that our card was not valid and none of our payment methods were accepted. That’s something they should have told us at the start instead of waiting over an hour and wasting our time. We have not ever hired a car from them as we are from Australia. Terrible experience and we are extremely angry. wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Thanks for nothing!

I made a reservation that showed the vehicle would be ready for pickup on May 26th at 12:00pm. The location was closed upon arrival. When I call the customer service number I was then informed that they could placed me into a vehicle that would be 1.5 times the cost. I declined the offer and this was from the supervisor. Terrible customer service.

We were told one price on the phone and a different price when we got there. We were not told about a deposit prior. And they didnt even have a car for us. Ugh what a waste!

Been waiting on my pickup from the hotel for over twenty minutes called twice and told another twenty minutes and now Ive been out here waiting for an hour when we had all this pre scheduled then get there and they tell me they wont rent me my car because i dont have a utility bill to show them even though i showed them pay statements and everything else and then made me walk a mile back to my hotel will never use again Hertz here I come

Great customer service my only problem was i was new to renting a car and would have never rented one had i not gotten into an accident. I learn tht rental car insurance is expensive. If u dont have comp and collision on ur insurance policy u cant add ur insurance on the rental
