Really nice place to get a decent, quick wash. Only 4 stars because once the computer system was off and I got someone else’s order with some weird wax that left residue all over my car and I had to come back the next day, but overall quick, clean, and efficient.

What can I say, Im always looking for another good spot to wash my vehicle and I found it.Clean place, spacious not as much but hey it gets the job done.The Matt cleaner was great and worked great.The wash was great no scratches but do suggest they clean their tunnel more frequently.Especially the exit part near the blower driers all that dirt and leaves will get right back onto the cars as there exiting the wash.This place was great though would recommend it down the line.Very satisfied!

Have always love this chain and trusted them,until my last car wash.Took my Jeep Wrangler there for the first time and the front license plate was pulled off. I understand things happen, but what really bothered me was when I went back to retrieve the plate, nobody cared. Was told “things like this happen” and nothing more. Guess customer service isn’t important when you have a business that is busy

I went for the first time this past Sunday and I usually get anxiety at the car wash (making sure I get on the track cars before and after me, etc) the car wash was not super busy and it said I had to wait so I did and I had plenty of space before and after me! I was also given a black microfiber cloth to dry off excess water and I thought how nice! I parked to vacuum and dry and looked for a bin to put the cloth in but there wasn’t one. I asked my husband who’s been there before but he said he’s never gotten a cloth so I’m not sure if it was a promotional thing that day or what but I brought the cloth Home to wash to have in my truck for next time.

Prices range from $3-12. The $12 includes hot wax so I occasionally splurge on it so i dont have to hand wax my car myself. The $3 is a great value just to get the clean quickly. Free vacuums are available if you want to clean out the inferior by yourself.

My car got damaged in the carwash. The logo was ripped off and the side mirror broke. The wash is very severe and did more significant damage to my car in $$.

Jet Brite never disappoints. I can say that ive been to 3 different Jet Brites around the Chicagoland area and they are ALL great! Never disappoints. From the manual bug-scraper/pre-wash, to the actual car-wash. At the end, your car just feels clean. I opt for the $12 when its super dirty and the wax and tire shines keeps up. Recommended!

Never a long wait for the car wash and no wait for vacuums. The carpet cleaner is a nice extra. The staff has been friendly and always offers a wave. The bug prep wash station is nice to scrub off those hard to reach places that bugs always go splat in. The music playing over the speakers is a nice touch. I recommend going during the non peak hours as this location can get pretty packed during peak hours for the car wash and the vacuums. Ive always used the 3 dollar cash and always had a nice car wash and dry sparkling car afterwards.

Its fairly new carwash so the facility is pretty nice still. i paid foe the most expensive and did not clean the bugs off my van. they have these brushes before you can run your car through, i recommend using that to remove heavy sticky bugs before washing. i was able to get a run the carwash again after letting the staff know. They were friendly

Undoubtedly the best cheap car wash, Ive ever been to. Usually the $3-$5 self service car washes are quick, poorly maintained and not worth your time or money. This one goes through at least three washes and a good heated dry (seriously for only three dollars!). Then the vacuum stations are clean and highly functional. Its just overall a good one to go to. I love a nice peaceful drive so I even travel from afar to go here.

I just had a regular wash for my new car and i’ve gone here before with my older car and never had a problem, but when i went here a couple days ago when i was taking a look at the car there were a lot of scratches all over the windows and and the car over all. The paint was chipped and honestly never taking it here again. I would recommend taking your vehicle to a hand wash car wash instead. Especially if it’s a newer model.

I love this idea. A three dollar car wash is the best deal you can get. I’ll wash my car every week for three dollars. This car wash is great in every aspects the location, the price, and the quality. There’s usually no long lines, although if it’s the firs warm day in a stretch then you might see a line, but they go quick. I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes.The best part that I love is the free vacuums. These are actually high power vacuums with long hoses. And you don’t run out of time which is awesome.I once upgraded to the 6 dollar wash and it was not much noticeable difference so I will stay with the three dollar. The only thing is that it’s tough to enter into the car wash. I really wish there were more jet Brite washes in the Chicagoland area. In the meantime, I’ll be coming here.

Its big.they have these wherl barrow type things with a brush and soapy water. you pull your car up to it so you can run the brush across your vehicle before the wash. Also free vacuum. Unprofessional. Yesterday I went to this car wash and the machine had broken the right side of the wheel trim. I had made a report with the manager that was on duty that day. I had recieved a phone call from a manager name Amiee that works there saying if I can come in so they can see what happen. So I went. Amiee and another Manager on duty came to see the truck. He right away started asking what year was the vehicle if it was new and i responded that it was a 2018 told him new to me and he also asked how many miles told him the miles. This had nothing to do with the wheel trim.The Manager was being disrespectful trying to make all these excuses for them not to be responsible.This same Manager did not speak to me in a kind manner he was yelling at me and demanding. He also was saying that my truck had a broken tab when the same tab was broken yesterday when the truck was taken to get a car wash. Also this same Manager started taking parts out of the wheel trim without my knowledge. When I brought it to his attention he was being rude and my pregnant wife had comment why are you taking parts out of the wheel trim. Manager responded that he was not talking to her he was talking to me. The Manager started getting aggressive with her and getting close to her saying he would call the police and throw her in jail. Will never come back nor recommend this place to no one. This place has poor management and doesnt take responsibility the wash does to the vehicles.I will not be coming to this place anymore the management is very unprofessional,rude, and discriminative. I would hate for somebody to go through what I had to go through with my wife. Please save yourself a headache and go to another carwash.Above are pictures of damage

So I purchased the top wash for my Brand New 2021 ... Nissan Maxima SR.... a guy approached me as a Mgr with a beard and tells me to roll down my window ... He says “ we can’t be responsible for the trim on this car... “ well if he went to college and was educated.... He would realize that only 2016-18 Maximas had an issue with trim that could .. come loose... Next time I suggest Nobody unless their 200% they are certain should speak about a issue regarding someone’s vehicle ...on top of that he was trying to tell me to buy some aftermarket black trim that would stick better to my car opposed to my Nice 2021 factory engineered and designed parts ..... Dave I’ve known you and your family for over 20 years .... take care of the situation or many others will Not return ... we Don’t need you .. you Need us $$$$$$$$

This is a very busy car wash, but refreshing to see one that is efficient and effective at getting vehicles clean. I like the side stations to pre scrub tough stains. It is also well maintained.

Unprofessional manager that works there, the other staff they were good. She called me a liar saying that I had never been through that car wash because my truck was too big to fit. I was a regular customer before.

I come here all the time theyre equipment is great and the place is always cleaned but the only thing I have an issue is the tire dressing in the carwash itself is made for big truck tires I guess bcuz every time I use this selection I come out the was with tire dressing splatter all over the car and it dirtied my rims really bad with the dressing juice and dirt from rubbing tires all day. I own a 2013 Honda odyssey pearl black so I can see all that stuff, but other then that its a very nice place.

I had car trouble right in front of this business and was forced to pull in and park. After assessing the issue (exhust pipe broke off the resenitator) I made the repairs, which included wiring up the pipe to the frame and was on my way. However, while I was there the manager came out and offered his assistance which was very much appreciated. Thumbs up!

I really like this car wash. After owning my own car wash for many years I am a little picky. This wash is well kept and 99% of the time everything works. I love the heated dry not many can compete with that. The only thing I wish they had was annual or monthly passes.

Love coming here when I dont have time to wash/detail the car/SUV myself. This place is very efficient and lines up cars very closely and sends them through the wash. Unfortunately, I have a quirky SUV that requires you to engage the brake in order to shift from neutral to drive. I can only get the SUV washed during non-peak times when I know there wont be another vehicle right behind me. Slight inconvenience, but it doesnt stop me from coming here.

Quick car wash for $3 and includes vacuum as well.You drive up into one of three lanes and pay using cash or credit - select one of four options with $3 being basic car wash and going up to $12 for full-blown clean and wax. Print the receipt if you want and then wait for the gate to go up and drive forward into a single lane that routes you through the car wash.As you pull forward the worked guide you onto the conveyor belt, you put the car into neutral and let the car wash do the work. At the end are powerful air blowers to assist in drying the car. You shift into drive and can now pull around to the free vacuum if desired.For the vacuum, you pull into an available spot and use a very powerful vacuum to clean up the car. Its loud and although the spots arent really tight, if you have cars next to you with their doors open youll have to be careful that you dont ding them if you open your doors (or vice versa). The vacuum would pull the mats up at times, just to give you an idea of how powerful they are.

I love this car wash especially in the winter. When all the other ones are closed or not functional due to cold weather, this one is inside and has a very strong, heated dryer which takes off any remaining ice. Usually i wash my car by hand in the summer and get every curve clean. No other automatic car wash around gets my car as clean as jet Brite does without scratch marks following.

I like this place a lot. The $3 wash is a great value and while they call it a light wash it does a good job. Free self-vacuums and they have a matt vacuum cleaner as well.

I have always found this to be a great value for the money, easy and convenient. However, today I can add that the staff at this location are amazing. I locked my keys in my car and they took time (considerable time) to rescue me. It was not an easy task, but they persevered and got me back in. I am amazed at this level of support, it was in no way their responsibility to help, especially not to such a far degree. I cant thank them enough for their care and assistance, truly impressive.
