Great service. Its close to my home. I have visited this establishment for many years. The prices are competitive.

I was here yesterday and they didn’t put full synthetic in, like I always get. They did say they would correct it, but I said no because why wait longer. Stated they have a new computer system so didn’t know what I previously got…why not ask first then? Then today my boyfriend went and their were two cars in the garage and he was denied service…they said they were too busy…they are open till 8! Customer service there is just not good and they are no longer convenient. Really too bad because I was going there for a couple years and stuck by all the name changes.

We have 6 cars on the top monthly plan, but they changed to Rainstorm, continued to charge our credit card for the old plans, and wont honor them! Also, the heated dryers are not working anymore and they reduced features and increased prices. I would definitely not recommend!

Went in for an oil change. They were pretty quick, but the low score is because the tech who did the oil change literally got oil every where. I’m still finding it after a week. It was on my steering wheel, the outside of my drivers door, on the windshield on the driver seat. As someone who used to change oil, that’s extremely concerning, very unprofessional not cleaning your mess up and leaving it.

This place will close when they feel like it, Im here on Thursday at 5 oclock and they are closed.. but people are inside?!? This business is not one you can count on.

My truck really needed a good wash. I had waited a few weeks because they were busy.I was able to pay and roll on in. I had purchase the $13.00 wash and it was shining, they dry it off. The young man told me I had 5 days to bring it back an wash would be free, for samewash I had paid for. Love that deal..👍

Horrible!! Because I have older car they wont fix my bumper that fell off! Getting a lawsuit on there hands!!!

*Was able to get the issue resolved by making another trip into Rainstorm. Still not able to make any updates online.I have a monthly carwash package and I come frequently. I had to update credit card information and unfortunately there was not anyone available to take payment. It would not have been a big deal if I couldve updated my info online or by phone.Its hard to have to go in person to update information and then not have anyone there, who can update a credit card, while the wash is open.

I have been coming here for a long time. I like that someone sprays your car before you go in. Convenient location for me and I like the prices and that they give you a free 5 day wash. BUT, last time I went we must have gotten stuck in between cycles or soemthing? Our car was not touched with water or soap... it was the most bizarre thing!!! Our car went under the vertical wipers but that is it. The wash was basically off when our car went through it. That was the only time that has ever happen to me here but its broken the trust and I dont plan to come back.

I came in and met with Theresa looking to get my 2006 Colorado exterior detailed. She set me up with Ronny, who is a master of his craft! I had pretty bad overspray on the entire passenger side of my truck, the pinstripe all around the truck was about 13 years old, and the Z 71 decals were peeling on the bed of the truck. I asked Ronny to work his magic on the overspray, pinstripe, decals and paint. I was not disappointed! The below pictures do not do his skill justice, no swirl marks no scratches no scuffs marks. Of course the paint is not perfect on a 13-year-old truck, but he returned it to me with a mirror finish! I will be going back again for sure!

I bought my fast pass with the impression that this company was open 7 days a week. I came in today only to find no one was there to wipe down my car and waited several minutes for someone to even let me into the wash!!! When the lady came out she explained to me politely that everyone was sent home. Are you kidding me!!!!!!! I can not believe that I pay money for this every month and when I come here I can not find anyone to help me and this is NOT the first time this has happened. Get your act together or close it up. I am done paying for a fast pass and sit and wait for someone to come because you cant seem to juggle you act. I am cancelling my membership tomorrow.!

Under new management. The guys here are personable now which is very nice. They offered to wax the outside, and wipe down and vacuum the interior of the car. They delivered on the wax and half the interior wipe down and a vacuum. If I’m paying for the interior to be wiped down, I would appreciate the leather seats to be wiped free of loose dirt and other things. I also would have appreciated a towel taken to the brake dust on my wheels, but maybe I didn’t pay enough. Good job on making the employees more personable, but teach them to go the extra mile in the work they do.

I thought the carwash was closed because there was no line at 5 pm on an 85 degree day. A kind gentlemen helped me operate the touch screen (I could have done it myself). I asked if for 10.00 someone dried the car. He said yeah, we have people thatll dry your car and dress up the tires for about 3 dollars plus a tip. I pulled up after running through the carwash and no one was there. I walked through the building where no one was to be found, then around back where the General Manager (dont know her name) and 2 men were standing. They said no, we dont have anyone here to wipe your car down. I said then I want a refund. I could have gone to the brand new place across the street for that. Meanwhile, the manager started berating and belittling her employee for telling me someone was here to wipe down the car. It made me very uncomfortable. She proceeded to tell me about labor and how hard it is to find people and thats why they send people home. I explained that as a business owner I understood that, but you still have to provide value to the customers or the place will close down. She begrudgingly dried off my car I guess Ill do it is exactly what she said. I asked who owned the car wash and she said theyre in Arizona...so if youre reading this Arizona you arent going to make it. Jet Brite just opened...they are a state of the art car wash that costs 3 bucks to your 10, or provides additional services to your 22.00 and they dont wipe the car down either. Ill go there and so will the rest of Bolingbrook/Romeoville and Naperville.

Update- Sean called me back and has resolved my concerns and rectified everything! Seriously cannot say enough good things about this guy!Asked the Blonde Colored Hair Female Employee who seemed to be the Manager (Teresa maybe?) about a booking a time slot for a full bumper to bumper detail for a Friday or Saturday, while getting my car washed here mid week as I am a wash subscriber. The response I got was less than great- Were booked out for weeks, youre just going to have to come by the morning of, and see if we have an opening, and we will try and squeeze you in. So I did just that. I brought my car in at 7:45, 15 mins before they opened. The guy who took me in was amazing, I believe his name was Sean, he was super cool and very personable, he was really the only positive thing about this entire transaction. I left my car with him and walked 25 mins back to my home. About 30 mins later I got a call saying they couldnt take me in BUT NOW THEY COULD BOOK MY APPOINTMENT. Why wasnt I offered an option to book an appointment when I asked about this days prior? Not only am I upset by the lack of organization but I have been severely inconvenienced on many levels. You wasted mine and my familys time, my sleep, and my energy when simply you could of booked an appointment for me days earlier when I inquired.

I recently revisited this car wash after about a year. A lot of new additions to this place like the FastPass which is unlimited car washes! I enjoy the costumer service and also loved the new pavement I’m truly impressed.

I drove my car through the Domarks Car wash in Bolingbrook today and as I was in the tunnel, I heard a loud thud. Upon exiting the tunnel, I found that one side of my rear spoiler had been completely broken off. I talked to the manager, Jeff, who refused to give me his last name, and according to him, since my car is more than 10 years old, they are not responsible for any damage. He also said that they had recently been bought out by True Blue Car Wash and also could not give me the number of their corporate office because he claims not to know it. The website of True Blue is no help at all because it does not even list a phone number for corporate. I had recently bought a monthly wash plan, but, I am now regretting it! I think this place is a scam.

I just made the decision to purchase a monthly pass with this company and for the second time decided to use the wash services after work this evening, 1/26 only to go there shortly after 5 pm to find this place like a total ghost town. I used the wash and exited the facility right under the sign stated WE DO COURTESY WIPE DOWNS and no one is there! Lights are out in the detail section so I sit there and wait and there is no one to be found. I go inside and cant find anyone! I know the facility is open but no one is there working. Poor Poor Business and I will be cancelling my membership effective immediately!!

A disaster waiting to happen! With the current heath situation in play I was blindsided to find this location with no procedures in place what so ever & only to be told by an employee that there are no current sanitizing procedures done daily!!! Everyone is sitting right next to each other in the waiting room, pens are all over the counter being used by one person after the other, the outside machines are being touched by one person after the other with no one wiping anything down, door handles touched by one person after the other with no one wiping anything down & then I come to find out the manager Teresa is generally found hiding in here office not talking to any customers (cant say I blame her) The employee proceeds to tell me that they usually dont have any cleaning supplies or they are locked up and have no access! Masks are worn around there necks!! This place needs to be shut down immediately

I was a former employee and the manager terrisa would make employees break down crying from her yelling at them so violently and she would harass employees on a daily basis. I have only believe and consider the company fires her immediately and takes away any and all abilities to work for the company and its affiliates ever again. I quit because she is the worst manager I have ever seen she treats people horribly.

This is a decent car wash with many options for those who like to keep their vehicles sparingly clean. The cost is ok for the options also.

I cancelled my membership due to the unprofessionalism I experienced with the manager Theresa after having a month to month pass for the past 8 months. What I experienced and witnessed in the facility was unspeakable! Her acts of atrocities towards her employees was witnessed out in the open during business hours as customer heard and watched and I myself am appalled at what I witnessed. After trying to work out a problem that I had with my pass which must of left her uneasy I continued to watch her carry on her aggressive behavior in the most unpleasant, unprofessional, ignorant manner to another employee which was completely uncalled for. I no longer wish to support any local business which allows this behavior. My only question now is where is the upper management in this organization???

Have been coming for oil changes here since 2006. Even though the owners have changed a few times I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Have not had an issue and you get a free carwash with every oil change. Will continue to come back and will definitely recommend.

Do not get a member ship from this car wash. Our card was charged twice and when my husband tried to fix this matter they told him they didn’t even have his car in their system; They had another car under his name and account that didn’t even belong to him......but somehow charging him $18, twice on his card??! The woman that spoke to my husband was delusional with a disrespectful attitude making it seem like this was an error on my husbands part. How? My husband does not work their system. Anyway, this woman didn’t even bother looking further into what happened, apologize, or even compensate for their mistake. Who would want to do business with someone who seems to be so satisfied with unhappy customers and overcharging then on top of it. Stay away

Before management changed this branding to Rainstorm I used this car wash for over 10+ years. For both washes and oil changes. Yesterday, the $10 wash didnt clean the front bumper where there were several bugs. Before you enter the wash they usually power wash the front end. The associate working the power washer didnt do this. SO, after going through I kindly asked 3 different managers for another wash. They all refused. He said to go hand wash the bumper. I said would, however the bug prep station wasnt out or ready. VERY frustrating when they advertise this on the outside. After that the manager said nothing. He didnt value my long term relationship and chose to lose a long term customer over $10.

Wow this place has change. Paid 9 dollars to include a tire shine and while the post drying detailer was shining my tires he was yelled at by what appears to be the owner. First they raised the prices and then tried to reduce the quality of service. Also felt like the car wash itself was shortened. Hang on to your receipts. By the way it is believed that a car wash only costs the owner 30 cents.

Always fast and polite. Plus a bunch of extra things I had no idea car washes did. They will even replace ur windshield wipers. If u have dogs or babies or both like me, the membership option comes w half price detailing. PRETTY GREAT.

I wholeheartedly agree with Jonathan (the previous reviewer.) My daughter and I took her car for a wash today. Usually its a pleasant experience, having been patrons since 2013 we immediately noticed a difference. The greeting was lukewarm at best. The attendants were slow and inefficient, leaving a good amount of the vehicle streaky and looking unwashed. Not to mention the rags also left a horrible damp moldy odor on the vehicle. I personally own 4 vehicles and my daughter has 2 vehicles that have always been serviced at this facility. Unfortunately, we are extremely dissatisfied with the service and will be taking our vehicles elsewhere.

This location seems to believe that blaming the customer is the proper way to run a business. After having an incident at this car wash, the manager was dismissive and accused me of causing the issue. The evidence she provided was not not directly related to the incident, but that didnt stop her from making assumptions that were completely false and without merit. The manager also made references that her own employees directly contradicted. I am frustrated to see this once good business become so significantly bad (I have used this oil change and car wash since it opened under the original ownership). On a follow-up call, I was a contact name, but no one could provide the contact number or email address. The website references a number that does not allow for an option to speak with someone or leave a message. After researching the issue I had, it is clear others customers have had similar experiences. The incident was minor in terms of damage, but the way it has been addressed is despicable. This incident has not been resolved and I will be pursuing this until I am reimbursed for damage done by the failure of their equipment. This business has lost me as a customer.

Was diagnosed with ALS lou gehrigs disease and stopped driving and totally forgot to cancel my monthly car wash agreement and with covid19. Y mind was not thinking about this kind of thing.4 months of not using it and when I was able to make the call they only gave me back 1 and a half months of credit to my card.

Amazing customer service. I lost something in the vaccuums and a staff memeber and even the manager came out to help me retrieve it. I did manage to get my lost item back, and plan on returning for further services just because the staff was so awesome. The cars coming out of the wash looked fantastic, too. Been getting my oil changed here regularly. Quick service and employees are great people. My car broke down right before an oil change and they offered me a ton of assistance. Any other establishment would’ve turned me away!

Ive been having my vehicles serviced by True Blue Car Wash and Lube (formally Domarks) and they do an excellent job. I always use fully synthetic oil in all of my vehicles and Jeff and his team usually have me in and out of there within 15 minutes. Really professional team with a lot of knowledge and efficiency. Not to mention you also receive a free car wash with every oil change. Great place to have your oil changed on a regular basis.

I came in and met with Theresa and sign up with about 6 months ago looking to get my Acura MDX clean and full detailed. She set me up with Ronny and the guys and they did Amazing work. 2 months ago I add my wife Mercedes SUV and same amazing job and today my daughter come home from military and she bring her Jeep Wrangler 2017 only not clean and they make Magic on her Jeep to.I leave in Crystal Lake and I come every time to this place in Bolingbrook and I dont care driving 90 minutes the work they do is AMAZING!!! 1000% RECOMMEND!!!

Ive been going to this place for years! As far back when it was called Domarks! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Theyve seen me through at least 3 cars over the years.I always get my oil changes there plus now Im a drive thru carwash member (signed up last summer) and its super convenient! These guys are the best!

Disappointed by new owner doubling the cost of the car wash. No difference in the wash machine... just double the cost. Ill take my business down the street to, Jet Bright car wash for half the cost. Their machine also does a better job drying the car. Oil change cost is about the same cost.

One of the best self-serve car washes Ive seen in a long time

Ive had my oil changed here three times, each time arriving after 6PM on a weekday. I know the business closes at 7PM, so I always feel bad, as Im sure the staff is preparing mentally to go home, but they always greet me so politely and act with intense courtesy. Ive never had such polite customer service when getting my car maintained. And theyre clean, neat, and fast. I highly recommend Domark for this service!

Competitively priced; though is a better wash then the price u pay at a gas station. Oil change and wash option pretty convenient. Washes are good, its not always the best wash however. Have had a few times where suds left over after dry cycle completed.

I dont use the lube because I go to the car dealer. I do often go to the car wash. There are few car washes closer to my home; however I like this one the best! My car seems to shine more and stay clean longer when I go to this car wash rather than the others when I am short of time.

This use to be my favorite car wash. They have new owners and have changed prices. The most popular wash was $3.00 and now the lowest price car wash is $6.00 and you have to dry your own car off. So now I go to Vics Xpress where the employees dry your car off for $6.00

I been going to this place since I first had the driving licence/car its been 7 years, and I know they have made certain changes recently which might make many unhappy. One BIG changes they made was they use to have $3 car wash which included multiple things wax, shiner, and etc. But now the $3 service is only for light cleaning which includes just a wash and some wax thats all. Then I noticed that the $3 service which included multiple things is now included in $6 service. So now we have to pay double to get what we use to get for $3. Now, I know that its fair and good for the business but if the business loses customers due to this recent changes, then what could be the reason and why even bother to double the price of the $3 wash which almost every customer was happy with before?? Due to this changes I give them 3 stars.

Will not be returning. 2 Kisoks meant for fast service yet all customers have to wait for an actual worker to hand on assist. Actually annoying. Might as well remove your kiosks. Also the worker entering the cars in no longer sprays your car down (prewash)...only hand waves you in. Very sad 3 workers standing around offering zero value. I tried calling to speak to someone from management to share my feedback. This is impossible as the phone line is 100% automated. You cant speak to anyone if you tried. Looks like you forgot about customers.

None of the employees had mask on in the waiting area, or dock area, this is state mandatory. Employees seemed so upset that they had to be at work and make money.

The car wash is outdated even though the car wash offers monthly deals. The 3-color soap gets jammed often. The rinse water needs to be updated, not enough pressure and half the jets on top arent giving any water, also the sides rinse sprinklers are very low pressure as well, side mirrors always come out soapy, the driers sometimes blow away the soap, but I expect the rinse to wash away soap not the driers.Jet Brite on Boughton is so much better for the cost.

Be careful if you are planning to buy monthly car service membership. They charged me $30 by mistake even after 1 month of cancelling my membership. For some reason they refund only $25.16. I have wasted my time and $4.84 for nothing.

I went to this place for over 10 years. I have several cars in family. They are the only ones I trusted with my oil changes. Since new owner all is different. Just a shame. Not coming back once the current oil change crew leaves.

This place offers great services for your car. Prices range from $3-$20, and youll always leave with a clean car. They also provide free vacuums. If you have the time, spend the money on a full interior or exterior wash. Youll not regret it.

Great car wash, I drive a 2015 Ford F-350 and cleaned every spot of dirt on my truck, the guys even let me use their towels to dry my truck off. Great employees, great management. Very clean and taken care of.

Ive been coming here for 12 years and NEVER had a problem. Free vacuuming and $3 wash, how could you beat that? My odyssey and accord have never been scratched. I was reading some of the reviews here and it is ridiculous for people to complain. The people who wrote these negative reviews should go pay more and go some where else. I always use this car wash with no problem, especially in the winter to get the snow and salt off. Now we have a transit and I need to find a new place to get my bigger van cleaned.

Ive never had any issues with them. Ive checked my car after going threw the auto wash and never found any paint issues. The oil changes here are very quick and they are very personable.

Very bad car wash scratches ur car because the equipment is not serviced properly and the Underbody sprayers do not work and haven’t worked for months and management at this location is very bad and 6$ for the cheapest wash is outrageous I suggest going to a BETTER WASH

I went 2 months ago to fix my Mazda front light and instead of fixing it they broke it more. When I went back to complain it they wouldn’t make themselves responsible for it. Now I have to pay for the damages THEY caused.

Editing my 2 year old review. As a 10 year old customer to this place. I will be cancelling my monthly service. Today my experience was kind of horrible but it adds to the series of experiences of last 2 years since the change of the ownership/management. This lady manager stepped out yelling at me for wiping down my car myself using their towels from an available cart, since they werent available to do it. Her tone and the choice of words was beneath any customer service spectrum. She threw out the pandemic as the cause of lack of personnel availability which is total malarkey as up until 2 to 3 weeks ago they still had the wipe-down service available all thru the pandemic of 16 months. This place is cutting all corners to hire less people and charge people more for their services. Domarks was awesome before the takeover!

Doubled their prices and the water pressure seems to have gone down. Bird droppings on the hood of my car werent even cleaned off. Wheels looked like they were still dirty.
