Everyone was friendly, kind, efficient, and professional. Answered any questions asked. Everyone went above and the beyond, especially the MRI technician. She helped put me at ease and was consistently checking on me to make sure I was okay during the procedure. My last name is spelled Ibelli. The 5 rating I am giving your office In Boca Raton off of Boca Rio Rd is because of Lisa and Chris who did my test. Lisa was so welcoming and warm and just made me feel very comfortable. Chris was very nice and gave me hand to sit up.As for the check-in well that is a whole different situation. When I arrived there wasnt anyone behind the desk or so I thought. It is very hard to see behind the screen. I walked over to Window 1 and she told me I had to go there first. She was nice. The girl behind the check-in window was very unfriendly and did nothing to make that part good.Also, screaming out the names of the patients to get back to sitting area for testing is so unprofessional. You should really change that!

Great facility. It was spacious, beautifully designed and most importantly it was clean - at least a 6am. I received tons of information and instructions prior to the appointment. I was instructed to remain in the car and respond ARRIVED to the text I received. I got to the facility 15 minutes before and sent the text as instructed but nothing happened. Good thing I went to the door - receptionist told me system does not work. All this phone calls, email and technology was a waste of time and money. Staff was awesome and the overall visit (despite the above) was excellent. I could not give 5 stars because I wasted time waiting in the car.

Manny R. at this location went above and beyond to help my husband whose appointment was canceled by the rude staff from another DCA location. He didnt have to help but did so out of kindness and that is rare these days. My husband was able to do the MRI of his elbow and figure out what was causing his pain. We are truly grateful.

Front desk requires training on effective communication. Upon my arrival after having pre, and fully registered on-line . I checked in at the front desk then asked to have a seat . I waited , and waited .After seeing others come in and out with later appointment times . I decided to walk over to another window and inquire. She immediately asked for my ID then proceeded to tell me that I was sitting in the wrong place . Really ? I was instructed by the front desk person to have a seat in that particular area.On a positive note my 2 star rating is attributed to that as soon as they realized their mistake . I waited maybe 2 minutes and was immediately called in. In addition, the tech was friendly and professional.

The pre check-in at home was so easy and uploading insurance, etc made the check in process a breeze. No wait room time, once you receive text while you wait in your car to come in, the time inside for X-ray was less than 10 minutes. I hope this check in method continues. A very pleasant and efficient service

Mammogram was fairly quick & the nurse seemed efficient. However, the ultrasound took a considerable amount of time because the nurse couldnt find the area that had irregularities. She had to consult with a co-worker to get image & then she told me that I was finished. I got dressed & went to waiting room then came back 10 minutes later & said she had to do ultrasound again. After 15 minutes she told me I was done & to get dressed again & wait again! When she came out to waiting room she said that I was finished. I had to ask her what & when were the next steps, like see my doctor. Very inefficient & very long exam time.

Would highly recommend if you need to have imaging tests done or any other services they may provide here. Staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. The location is very clean and very nice inside. All the machines I saw and had used on me appeared to be top of the line. I had 4 different tests I had to get done on two separate days. You may be on hold for a bit to get everything scheduled, but they had many locations to choose from and availability as well. I went to the Boca Raton location in South Florida.

Friendly staff, nice facility, their phone system needs some work. They told me to text a number once I arrived and I did, it said It would call me in when I was ready, well I sat in my car for about an hour and a half, decided to go in and see what was going on and they apologized and got me back pretty fast. I have never had a faster doctor’s appointment in my life! Everyone was so helpful - from scheduling the appointment to the check in process and the X-ray. Even with COVID-19, they have a great check in process that allows you to check in from your phone, come inside, get your procedure or X-ray, and leave without having to stop back at the desk. So convenient and easy!

The service inside the two diagnostic centers I visited for 2 different reasons was consistently great, all the employees were patient, friendly and professional. However, 3 different call center reps I spoke to over the phone (while in process of scheduling, clarifying certain pre-appointment questions, and follow up), were rushed/slightly annoyed/easily becoming impatient. Overall, I will definitely use their services again, however the call center customer service staff could benefit from professional communication training.

I consistently recommend DCA for our patients who live in the North Broward or Palm Beach County area. The staff is friendly and responsive, the radiologists comments are patient-specific (non-generic), and results are sent back to us in a timely fashion. You waited in your car until check in abs when they tell you to come in they have 4 others coming in as well including elderly people with walkers. This location smelled like urine like a nursing home. The gal who checked me in was great as was my ultrasound tech. Very fast and efficient. I have mixed reviews. They certainly do not win any awards for cramming 6 people in the entrance of the lobby and we all had to wait to register.

Think I may have been overlooked on the C.D. portion of this visit. Patients came and went, but unfortunately, I waited almost 1/2 hr for my medical record. Also, definitely way too overbooked with lines, seats and social distancing to really feel comfortable. Very, very, stressful. Big Kudos and shout out to Hilary for being kind, professional and going the extra mile at the front desk check in. Megan, the coronary sonographer was excellent and pleasant.

Awesome experience at this DCA location, all because of the manager Manny! He didn’t just talk to me, he also listened! My son was leaving the next day for a long trip and I was asking if it would be possible to get the results that afternoon. Manny assured me he would make it happen. I didn’t expect but hoped that he was being sincere. 2 hours later my son’s doctor called with the results. AND Manny called me to make sure I knew my doctor had the test results! Manny went above and beyond and I am so grateful. This is the only DCA location I want to go to in the future! Thanks Manny!

Extremely organized and very clean. Since Covid you are able to check-in and submit all your information and attached necessary forms on line. On day of appointment DCA sends text, you notify them when your have arrived via text and sit in your vehicle until DCA texts you to enter the building.

Started off that I told them I was scared to wait in my car alone in a parking lot. That was ignored. I was in my car 20 loong minutes. Finally, inside I waited and waited and waited. After about an hour and 20 minutes I flagged down an employee who brought over a manager who told me that the techs needed for my test had already gone home for the night. The test was fine, but the person that brought me to the room was very rude, she wasn’t friendly at all. I say hi, how are you and no answer whatsoever, also she gave me the robe to change and she left the door wide open with people walking around. Of course I closed the door but I thought it was very rude. I also said thanks and good bye and the same thing no answer at all. I went to this facility many times and this is the first time that people were very rude. Sorry but I think its important that you know this. Thank you very much.

Called shortly after arrival to enter the building. EVERYONE was wearing masks. Temperature check done in seconds while walking to my seat to wait. 2 minutes later I was in the CT Scanner and hooked up to the IV. 5 minutes later I had made it back to my car. Excellent service, supportive and informative care throughout the process. Excellent facility. Decent location area-wise. I couldnt be happier.

The technician that worked on my MRI was very professional, helpful, and kept me calm by explaining everything he was about to do. I had to wait longer than I would have liked. The manager had to step in to get me in the room. Too many people in the waiting room in my opinion. I started getting nervous as people kept walking in while I waited to be taken in.

Just had a brain MRI with contrast yesterday. I had about 8 MRI’s at this facility and every time staff is great and friendly, facility is clean and pretty. My technician has been working there for so many years that is always nice to see a friendly face during a scary time of an important exam. They are taking precautions and making sure we are as safe as we can be during COVID-19. I definitely recommend this facility.

I had 2 procedures scheduled for the same day. I was called 2 days before my appointment and informed that the mammogram machines were not working and they would need to reschedule my mammogram. Although I was disappointed because I wanted to only make one trip to get both procedures done, I rescheduled my mammogram. When I showed up for my other procedure on the originally scheduled day, I checked in and waited in my car for 30 minutes. Nobody contacted me and my procedure was now 20 minutes late. I went to the front door and was told that they were unable to do it because the tech did not show up. I had to spend all morning trying to find a different location to get the procedure done because my doctor needed the results right away.When I came back from my mammogram appointment, the mammogram tech was wonderful. Very quick, caring and professional. The place was pristine and I felt that there were good precautions taken for the pandemic. However, the medical records department was slow. Also, one of the employees arrived to work and parked her BMW in the front handicap spot instead of leaving that for a customer who may have been elderly or disabled. The car was still there when I left.

I was only 10 mins late and they told me there was only 2 people before me and I could wait about 30 mins to an hour. I waited an hour for nothing because then the technician told I might have to wait another hour. I had to leave after wasting 1 hour and reschedule. They couldn’t reschedule in the office they said they are not trained to reschedule. So I wasted another 20 mins rescheduling for next day.The whole front desk dissapeared while I was waiting for a moments and there was a patient waiting for a while in the entrance without being acknowledge. Nobody took my temperature. The next day, Sunday the staff was different and much better and the technician was very professional and friendly and took care of me quickly.Oh to get the report it was a real challenge!! 4 days later and 5 calls requesting the report I still don’t have it! They want me to drive back and get. They can fax your own report. Lowest level of customer service.

Contacting DCA is extremely difficult. The phone system is the worst I have ever experienced. It needs to be made more accessible to patients. Each center needs its own contact system. Once I got past the frustrating phone system and reached the Boca Raton Center, I was treated with courtesy and efficiency. All staff members were warm and welcoming and fully prepared for the protocols necessitated by Covid-19. The system had rerouted me to the North Broward Center without informing me of the change. Personnel at the Boca Raton Center, with utmost kindness managed to fit me into the appointment schedule. I was very grateful for their ability to meet my needs. If not for the difficulty with the corporation contact system which receives zero stars from me, I would give five stars to the Boca Raton Center.

Special thanks to Danielle, mammogram technologist for going above and beyond to give me the proper exam, she reviewed all my prior imaging before doing my mammogram. This was very important to me as it was my 3rd mammogram in 6 weeks , and DCA got it right!!! (The others were done improperly at another facility).Thank you to your radiologists for providing a detailed report in a timely manner! Thank you also to Selina ultrasound tech for your kind professional work ethic. One more thing I must mention, the Covid procedures you have in place are maintained wonderfully! Thanks DCA!!!

I had an appointment for 9:40am. At the exact time of my appointment I was called in, and 10 minutes later I was back in my car after a complete abdomen ultrasound. I am not a health care professional, but Ive done this kind if exam before. If the exam is properly done, it will take longer than 10 minutes. The professional performing my exam didnt even check the lower part of my abdomen. I would never come back.

I had a visit with the center for an xray and there was a huge miscommunication between my primary dr. And the center.(not the centers fault). Tracy was helping myself and my wife and went out of her way to make sure everything was corrected and really made us feel comfortable and was extremely caring and helpful. Facility is bright and clean. Wait-time time was only a few minutes. Ultrasound technologist was extremely nice and helpful. Overall, experience was excellent. The only reason rating is not a five is the front desk staff. The check-in process was somewhat confusing, and the staff acted like they were doing you a favor to help. I have never understood why you would take people like that and put them at the front of your business.

I had a horrible experience at this center. I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and my OBGYN sent me here for a routine ultrasound. Although the place looks nice, the ultrasound tech was not trained whatsoever. While doing my ultrasound, she recorded the babys heart rate at 86 bpm. That is very low for an 11 week fetus, and she did not double or triple check anything. Just sent me on my way. After my OB received the report, she felt that the tech at Diagnostic Center of America might have made a mistake. I was then advised to go to the ER to make sure the babys heart was not 86 bpm. I checked into the ER (thousands of dollars later) to find out that thankfully my baby was okay and the heart rate was 171 bpm. That tech made a major mistake and cost me not only a lot of money, but worry and anxiety that something was wrong with my baby. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE UNTRAINED AND CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS THEN ACTUALY TRUE MEDICAL WORK.

I recently had an MRI done at this location. Everyone I have come into contact with has been amazing. I also liked that they called me prior to the appointment to inform how much I would owe at the time of the test so I wasnt surprised when arriving.I reached out to Emmanuel the manager for reassurance regarding appointment time - since it was after their stated hours. He was awesome in assuring that they were in fact open for my test and that there would be parking right in front of the front doors so I felt a bit safer going.Ashley checked me in for my appointment. She was very helpful. I switched purses as I didnt know what to do with it during the exam (PS they have lockers) and forgot my mask. I thought I may have to reschedule but she got me a mask to wear while in the center.Joe was my MRI tech. Though I will not say it was a fun time, he certainly made it as comforting as it could possibly be. He was also very helpful with information regarding my silver fillings and porcelain crowns fused to metal that I had in my mouth. Thankfully for me, they were not an issue.I had one little hiccup in that my CD only had 1 image on it so my Dr. couldnt tell me much - but that was quickly resolved. I called the center and left a message for their medical records team. I was able to pick up the new CD within an hour of calling.Not that I want to need more MRIs but if I do have to do it again - I will come back. I have to pass other MRI places to get to this one but it was worth it to me to find a place I could be comfortable with.

I went both to the Glades and the State Road 7 DCA.At both the technicians who do the IV’s where terrible. Today, after trying 5 times today, twice in my left arm and three times in my right arm I could not get the CT scan that I really need. I have to say that both places where the same only this time the technician could not get the IV at all. Beware! I do not trust DCA technicians and if they are not good I question DCA as a whole.

Personally I am not a fan of MRI’s ....a bit claustrophobic....add a mask to the equation (which I am all for 100%) and this unnerving time in our lives....the last place I want to be is a doctor’s office or diagnostic center .....but from the very first contact being the appointment (they reached out to me! Wooohhhooo) to check in (safely in my car) to the lovely/efficient receptionist...to the gent performing the MRI....everything was top notch and like a finely oiled machine....they could not have done a better job especially in this covid era....kudos and thank you!
