A very pleasant experience when I went for a mammography. The staff the tester technician was pleasant and friendly and so efficient. An ultra sanitary office. Covid safety in place.

The staff at Care Diagnostics really care avbout women and women’s health. They make you feel comfortable and safe and are always respectful of your time. They send reminders before your appointment and best of all, provide results quickly and accurately.

Professional, clean, personable facility and employees. I have been going there for years. New location is convenient beautiful building.

Be very careful with the way Care Diagnostics bills you. Initially, I was told I had to pay for my ultrasound and I questioned this saying that my insurance covered this. I was told FIRMLY that it wasnt covered. So I went ahead a paid $360 out of pocket and went on my way. About a month later I receive an email from my insurance company stating they paid my claim. I get online and see that my insurance company covered the entire ultrasound. Together we called Care Diagnostics to try and resolve the issue. The lady at Care Diagnostics was quite defensive about the fact that they essentially double charged me. They got my money out of pocket and the insurance claim. I received a full refund and not much of an apology.Be very careful when using this facility. Seems like they are in the business of ripping off patients every which way they can.And if you absolutely have no choice but to go here then avoid Antonia at the front desk. Shes unprofessional and rude. My first visit and experience with Antonia should have been warning enough about the overall professionalism at this center.

I am giving Care Diagnostics 4 stars instead of 5 as I am very disappointed that I did not get my results while I was there as I always did in the past at the old location. I was told that I would be called and I was not. I am now nervous that I have not heard from them. The new offices are very lovely but I would have rather stayed and gotten my results rather than waiting for them now.

Nice, clean office still adhering to COVID safety precautions. Doctors are nice, kind, and thorough. The technicians that Ive met were kind and caring, esp Anita. She was by my side through a surgery....a heart of gold.This is a great practice and I highly recommend.

I would prefer that they go back to giving the results right there. I had to call them back for the results before the weekend.Other than that it’s always a good place to have your annual mammogram.

Very happy with the mammogram and ultrasound for my yearly breast health care. I am so appreciative for my ultrasound technician because she did find something suspicious on my breast and if not for her we would’ve waited a year before another diagnosis could have been made. If you are ever in doubt of getting the additional ultrasound with your mammogram you need to go for both of them to have complete breast health care!!

As always, the entire staff was friendly and efficient. Wait time was minimal and technician was excellent.

I normally have my mammogram up north, but due to Covid, we stayed in Florida. I was going to wait till we returned north to get my mammogram, but my husband really encouraged me not to wait. A close friend suggested Care Diagnostics and I am so glad I went. Following my mammogram and sonogram, the radiologist came in to tell me they discovered a very small mass deep in my breast. I have dense breasts and would never have discovered it. They were thorough and the radiologist told me, as compassionately as she could, that she believed it was cancer. The biopsy confirmed the findings. I consulted a physician in Miami whom I did not care for. I ended up going to Dr. John Kiluk at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa for a lumpectomy and 3 weeks of radiation. Moffitt, and everyone who works there, is amazing. They saved my life. I went back for another mammogram yesterday and am cancer free! Thank you to Care Diagnostics radiologist and sonogram technician for discovering my mass. Had I waited, the outcome would have been much different.

I am beyond pleased with the care and expertise I received. It was a pretty scary time as I found a lump on my breast and the staff quickly calmed my nerves. I received my results immediately from Dr. Ruiz, to whom is wonderful. I would never go anywhere else for my mammogram and/or Ultrasound. Thank you! See you next December.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the lovely and kind ladies that I have always come across at Care Diagnostics. I especially would like to thank Karen at the front desk. Each year she is so kind, caring, comforting, very friendly, and accommodating. Its so important to feel welcomed when you walk in, and comforting when your greeted by your first name. Establishing a relationship with doctors and staff is really important to me. My ultrasound tech has been Janine for years and she was fantastic as well. Yesterday, I met Anita and I couldnt be happier. Wonderful bedside manner, made me feel so comfortable, and eased my nerves. Its difficult each year to go to these screenings. I have always had a great experience and its heartwarming when you have employees that truly care and understand. Very Grateful.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer almost 6 years ago after a screening there and the Radiologist and staff couldn’t have been more compassionate and reassuring! I highly recommend Care Diagnostics for anyone needing women’s screenings...

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I have been a long time patient and went to their new place today. I will never go back there ! They did not book my appointment right, gave me false information and insulted my long time doctor. I am picking my records up there tomorrow and going to another facility. BEWARE !!! The staff treated me terribly as well.

The new office is very spacious & Covid precautionary. A little hard to find was my only problem. But as usual very efficient & comfortable.

I felt very comfortable especially with this Covid situation. The women in the back were wonderful and efficient and made me feel good even though I was stressed. The only reason that I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because four of my doctors wanted the results and the lady up front just wouldn’t do it. I was a bit upset about that.

I am a long time patient that never got the memo of the office relocating, or perhaps, I could have overlooked it. I went to the old location for my appt, which is actually only 10 minutes away from the new facility.The front office was professional and friendly. The ultrasound tech was amazing! The mammogram tech huffed out loud and was clearly inconvenienced when I ask her for a thyroid collar. Extremely unprofessional. She has no idea of my history and massive doses of radiation Ive had and Ive been instructed to always ask for a lead apron when I have an exposure to radiation, however minimal. I think my 10 minute detour from the old office to this one made me run in to her lunch time. Very hurried and when informed her of my arm not being in the correct position and I moved it slightly, she forced my arm back where she had it and took the xray. She then came over to me, moved my arm where I originally placed it and said, I have to retake it. Very rude. The facility however, looks amazing!

The new location is great. Parking could be an issue once everything gets busy again but it was okay. Staff were lovely (as always) wait time was minimal and Covid precautions were stellar

The wait time once inside was 50 minutes, way too stressful for having a mammography. Once the exam was finished I expected to receive the results, which did not happen. If they don’t want people staying after to hear results because of COVID, why was I made to wait 50 minutes for my mammography? The front office staff is lovely and efficient and the office is beautiful. I hope the other issues can be resolved.

On time. I forgot my scrip but they had a copy from my doctor. Only a few minutes wait time. Very accommodating to the fact that I was in a wheelchair. Ive had my mammo done at Care for several years. Absolutely no complaints this year or in the past.

The wait time for mammogram was about 15 minutes, the person that did it was very caring. The one complaint I have is there must be something wrong with there phone system. I tryed to return a phone call from them 2 days in a row, held on over 20 minutes both times. Finally, hung up and waited for my Dr. To call with results.

I was disappointed with my fist this time around. They were behind schedule and I felt very rushed. They used to be though with my ultrasound and this time my ultrasound was done in less than 10 minutes. I was told I would get my results in the mail.

I have used Care Diagnostics for years. Always had a good experience as much as a mammogram can be a good experience. This was my first time at the new location in Somerset Shoppes and it was even better. This new place was huge state of the art and immaculate. Everyone was kind and courteous . The seats when you come in were marked where you can sit for social distancing. Even the pens used to fill out paperwork are clean and then theres a slot marked dirty pens. When you change your clothes there are no longer lockers but you are given a plastic bag to carry with your clothes which prevents you from getting germs from a common locker. The mammogran machine took a much shorter time and after my sononogram I didnt have to wait for results. This prevents any unnecessary contact. All in all my appt was 1:00 I got there at 12:45. I was back in my car at 1:37 that included a mammogram and a sonogram. U would ighly recommend this facility

The staff Brazilian lady no nice the way she spoke or handle situations with his clients.

Do not go here if you expect to be treated respectfully. The rudest tech gave me the worst mammogram I have ever had in my life. Of course it had to be redone. The office manager was obnoxious and unapologetic when whe finally called back. They did not send my results to my doctor for over 6 weeks. I would die of breast cancer before going there again.

All of the staff at Care Diagnostics are extremely professional, kind and caring. I will definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

Hands down the best imaging center I have ever been to. Everyone on the phone before my imaging was wonderful and they were able to find me an appointment after my schedule changed. I dont even want to give them one star! I just called to schedule an appointment for a mammogram and an ultrasound (both tests prescribed by my doctor), and they said THEIR DOCTOR says I dont need the ultrasound, so they are only going to do the mammogram. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! My mother had breast cancer!!! I have had issues!!! I guess THEIR doctor knows MORE than MY DOCTOR! NICE CARE.

I have been to this facility three times. This year they saw something they didnt like so they had me return for another mamo followed by sonogram. I had to have a biopsy which was done fight in the facility. My results came back positive for breast cancer. They referred me to a surgeon at the Lynn Cancer Institute. This all began in May. Within 5 weeks from detection I have had my surgery and I was told my cancer was the size of a couscous grain.I am very thankful for this facility and staff

Front desk was super rude. I’m 38 and was advised by my Doc. to get a mammogram and ultrasound because of a small lump (which she felt was not a big concern/dense breast tissue but just wanted to get a baseline). When I checked in they told me it would be $697.00. I have good insurance and asked if this was a normal/common price. She said “some people pay more” I said yes, but is this an average price she said “everyone is different”. Clearly she didn’t want to answer my exact question. I left and called my insurance co and was told if my doctor coded it differently it should be fine. She coded it differently, I called back but they still said 697.00. I explained that my insurance said lshould not be that much if coded correctly, she slightly yelled “you have a lump, it’s not preventative” way to be sensitive lady!!! Go elsewhere
