Moving a family across the country is stressful. I had a nice long talk with Chris and not only did he listen, we had some things in common. People say theyre going to do something and dont stick to their word. Chris made sure my truck got picked up and delivered. They had to pick the truck up a day late because of unforseen circumstances, he called and apologized a lot for even being one day late then offer me a small refund for that. The first trailer they sent out ended up having a mechanical issue but they brought a new truck out within hours and still got me loaded and to the destination on time. When I called Elevation Transport Services, I was able to speak directly with the owner, who was more than accommodating to our last minute request. He was informative about the entire process and responded quickly. He provided us with a contract on the spot and the names/phone numbers of all parties involved in the process (e.g. his personal number, the names and numbers of the carrier company and driver). The car was being shipped from Richmond, VA to Phoenix, AZ. The driver arrived on time and was responsive throughout the process. The car arrived in 3 days, when we initially expected it to arrive in 4-5 days. We had not arrived to Phoenix yet, but the total was paid in full and the driver was able to securely deliver the vehicle. He also provided photos to confirm the car’s delivery.
