I am out of state in N.C. and needed a piece of sensitive vintage electronics picked up in nearby Deerfield, packed and then shipped to me. I called PakMail and spoke to Karla. I emailed the weight and dimensions of the device along with a stock photo. I gave them what I felt were aggressive packaging guidelines, was given a quote which I approved. My mint audio gear was picked up and packaged to my exact specifications. It could have survived being thrown from a moving delivery truck. It arrived in perfect condition. Ive had less than stellar packaging from various other people I purchase things from. I must say this was about as painless as it gets. Id give 7 stars if that were a thing. This is how its done people!!

My experience with Pakmail in Boca Raton was amazing. I came in very frazzled, having tried a different packing and shipping co. in the area, where the expense and time needed was exorbitant. The help I received was kind and competent. My package was large and fragile and he packed it beautifully. When he said it would arrive in 3 days, I didnt believe him! But it did! and it was in excellent shape. It was a tremendous relief when I walked out the door, feeling extremely well taken care of.

PakMail was excellent. They picked up, packed and shipped a large framed lithograph. I was amazed when the print arrived. They were worried about the glass breaking. The way that they -packed it was plenty to assure that the print arrived in great shape. I highly recommend their services.

Ah, Pak Mail on Federal Highway in Boca Raton: really, they are the best. I have been using them for years for shipments to Canada and overseas and they have never disappointed. Recently I had a bunch of things shipped from Boca to Nova Scotia, Canada, and they arrived on time and in perfect condition. I knew they would. I didnt have a moments worry. Thank you, Rod, for years of great service, and thanks, Karla, for expediting this shipping.

Pak Mail shipped two packages to NYC via fedex. One package took a week to arriveafter the expected arrival date because fedex shipped to the wrong building. The second package also went to the wrong building. However, this package was returned to Pak Mail Boca Raton. When I retrieved the package, I expected them to refund me the $66 shipping fee since the package had not reached its destination. Fedex had told me that the box did not get to the proper destination because the box had “two bar codes.” When I told Pak Mail what fedex said, they said that it wasn’t their fault. They lied and instead told me that the building refused the package! Fedex didn’t tell me this. And the building where it was supposed to arrive said they never refuse Fedex and receive hundreds of packages each week from fedex. So this was an obvious lie. I never got back my refund $66 from Pak Mail.

UPS store.. very helpful employees.. have all packing materials here if you need them.. recommend that you print out your labels and pack everything yourself before you drop off here.. theyll do it for you but can get expensive if you have multiple things to ship.. great place to drop off Amazon returns, in and out pretty quick

I use Pakmail to receive all of my mail and packages and so far my experience has been mostly excellent with minor exceptions.The app is convenient and professional, and almost always (with one exception) updated like clockwork.Maintenance and neatness of the establishment are flawless and the general management has been overall satisfying.All of my packages have arrived on time and, with help of the app, I have been able to pick them up the same day.Also, this too is great because they already know my box number and have the package ready to go in less than a minute (Every time so far, keep it up!).

They say they offer notary service, but the person is never there. they should stop saying the offer this service if you cannot get it.

TERRIBLE!!!!! A horrible experience, horrible service, Such a headache. Never again.I have previously dropped off an international shipment box with no problem, obtaining a drop off receipt. Upon return for another drop off, the owner Rod is there with his only other employee (as per him) arguing that their policy is never to give drop off receipts for any carrier. Both argue with me that my. Previous experience never happened, that it was not possible due to their policy. Just to prove them wrong I returned within 10 minutes with the previous drop off receipt which has their address, phone number, everything .Rod proceeds to argue that must have been a mistake. I asked him to please retrain his only employee on this supposed policy. Never again. Such a hassle to deal with, rude staff members and owner (which is sad because with bad leadership the company is doomed).DONT GO HERE. Go anywhere else for shipping needs. Dont let businesses and/or business owners treat people like this!!!!

I always appreciate excellent service but like most people do not often take the time to give someone a well deserved review. That changes today. From the first interaction with Rod aka Rodrigo Vieira I was impressed and each subsequent interaction has impressed me even more. I set up an iPostal account via an online mail management system that uses Rods facility to execute. The iPostal program is full of rules and cant do this and cant do that. Rod on the other hand is all about yes I can do that or yes I will help you with that. Being new to S. Fl and to the area I have several times misjudged traffic but a quick call and Rod has agreed to stay a few minutes longer so I can get my mail. I travel extensively for my company so I only have small windows of opportunity to retrieve my mail. So Rods being flexible in staying a few mins late to let me get my mail that has stacked up for a month is huge. When using iPostal you have to request your mail the day before in order for it to be pulled and ready for you to pick up. Several times I have found myself near my postal place and dropped in and Rod has set up the pick up for me and executed it while I waited. No drama, no problem....just a great guy who wants to please his customers and will do everything in his power to do so. Oh and he is really friendly and helpful too. Hes given me directions to other places, offered suggestions when Ive asked him and ALWAYS offers a brilliant smile when you come into the store. He makes me feel welcome and comfortable ...and not like a burden as so many customer service people do. Rods card says he is the General Manager but he acts like the owner. If he is not the owner...its only a matter of time before he will be one. He is great. In fact he is so great that now I have found a permanent place in S Fl to live with an iPostal service only 1 mile away from my new residence...I will continue to use the PakMailBoca facility of iPostal EXCLUSIVELY because of Rod. That means I will be even further away from my mail then I am now and will pay more to use the service because I will either incur addl charges for going past the free mail storage limits and/or having to have my mail bundled up and shipped to me but its worth it knowing that Rod will do everything he can to ensure I have a great experience...or get my mail....or reships to a different address for me...in other words, whatever it takes. THAT IS TRUE CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND CUSTOMER CENTERED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT IS WHY IM SO HAPPY TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!!! Do yourself a favor and choose this PakMail facility if you need any postal, or packing, or remote mail services, etc. And as an aside...they have the BEST GREETING CARDS BAR NONE in the store. I should write a separate review on just how great they are because they are so funny and different from just about all other cards you find everywhere else!
