Ridiculous, I just tried to contact this Boca Raton sore. The call center they use didn’t even know this branch existed. The women was extremely rude speaking to me as if as if I have no idea what I’m talking about. Where there is obviously Boca Raton store and they need to be brought up to date. I don’t understand why companies can’t just anwser their own phones’? Why must they use an outsourced company?
