The absolute nicest people ever! It was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. Even though there are locations closer to my house, Id rather take the few extra miles to go to this location.

Friendly receptionists, I did not have to wait too long. Waxing was pretty straight forward.

I had an awful experience this time. I didnt know I wasnt supposed to use retinol within days of getting a wax and wasnt informed until after my skin was coming off. Now theyve turned to burns. Its painful to touch or wax my face. I was so concerned about my face that felt like it was on fire that I didnt notice my EYEBROWS until I tried to cool wash my face before bed. My eyebrows and my face are everything and I take great care of both. I look like the Smothers Brothers with a patch of hair over my eyes. It literally aged me about 10-years and in 50!The edges and curve of my eyebrows is GONE. The middle left of center GONE. Left eyebrow low and bushy right eyebrow high and bushy. Im not even going to work today I have scabs all over my eyes, blisters under my nose and I have never filled in eyebrows and never needed too I now need to figure out how. Then one eyebrow has patches of hair missing in the interior and its just raggedy. Im so embarrassed. Im cropping and attaching two photos. The first is my eyebrows three days ago. I send weekly pics to my daughter to show how Im caring for my skin or changes so thank goodness I had this. The next day this face was history. My curve which has been natural my entire life no arching needed always clean up ONLY. Two of my daughters are the same ppl used to think I was arching them when they were kids. The other photo is my smothers brothers new eyebrow from Saturday. You can see some of the burns and missing skin but this was only an hour after service. Its 5-times worst nowI finally broke down and called my daughter whose an esthetician and manager for Mac to tell her what happened. She went ballistic because she said I should have waited until she visited me at the end of the month. Shes always taken care of my face till I moved to Florida. She yelled about me even signing a waiver if I was using retinol. I told her what waiver, Ive never been given a waiver and Ive only been using retinol for a week but nobody ASKED me. When the skin was coming off the tech who obviously was very knowledgeable about skin said are you using any retinol or glycolic? Because your skin was coming off when I removed the wax. Now today I just woke up 4am with scabs all around my eyes. It looks like I was in the ring with Mike Tyson 😂 Same eye, same eyebrow, missing curve, missing skin, smothers brothers 🤷‍♀️🤯🤣Now In full transparency, my first experience at European Wax Center was in Delray Beach and OMG she was phenomenal and I left there texting pictures of my brows because when she was done, she defined them with a brow marker, they looked amazing.i thought Id go closer to home this time, so my bad.

Ive been going to European Wax for about 4 years and its the best wax place. Angelica does my eyebrows perfectly every time and she just cleans them up but doesnt overshape them or anything. Highly recommend Angelica and this wax center.

It was my first time here and I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. Gladys was my wax specialist and she did a great job. Gladys was also professional and friendly. Im so glad I tried this place and will be back next month.

I went to this location for the first time and saw ANGELICA. I am taking the time to write this review because she was absolutely amazing and very good! From calling to schedule with RACHEL to end of my visit I had a great experience. Highly recommend this tech. She is super sweet and makes you feel comfortable.

Been going to Angelica for almost a year now for legs and Brazilian. She never disappoints. You’ll never find a more genuine waxer than her. After going to Angelica I refuse to get waxed by anyone else. Definitely recommend Angelica she will make your wax easy and painless 🥰

They will purposefully withhold information from you as-well (Especially in regards to what is considered free and what is not considered free). The manger Monique is quite rude and distasteful and had poor management skills. 0/10 I WILL NEVER COME BACK and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone else either. You are better off going to ANY OTHER EWC location.

I live in WPB. I stopped at this location for a quick service and met Angelica who changed waxing for me. She was the first person I let do my eyebrows after two years, only because she made me feel so comfortable. She did an amazing job and now I only return to this location. 10/10.

My 1st time to one of the European wax centers. Facility was clean, staff extremely courteous and professional. Front desk girl Brittany was wonderful at welcoming me and providing information. Demonstrated pure patience as she dealt with a difficult customer on the telephone VERY PROFESSIONAL! Jennifer did my wax Brazilian and was WONDERFUL!! Definitely recommend!!! Relocated from Seattle, nice to have found a place close to home I can trust and feel comfortable in. THANK YOU LADIES FOR MAKING MY 1st EXPERIENCE EXCELLENT!!

This location needs new management. I went into the store yesterday as I was hoping to receive services. Unfortunately, the store was so hot I am pretty sure the wax would not have hardened. When I said something to the manager at the front desk, she looked at me as if I had two heads and offered no apology or explanation. As an employer, I would fire an employee for being rude to a customer or employee on the spot. Customers are what keeps companies in business. Without customers, this rude individual, this woman would not have a job, she needs to remember that! Needless to say, I did not spend my money on a service that would not have turned out well due to the environmental conditions in the store. Today, a friend of mine went in to see if the issue had been fixed so that she could receive services and it had not. The manager, Jessica, was at Dunkin Donuts as it was too hot for her in the store. She left her poor employees in there though to deal with the heat as well as any/all disgruntled customers. This is a disgusting way to treat your employees. If services cannot be properly performed, the location should not be open. The A/C needs to be fixed ASAP. As an educated consumer, I expert more from European Wax Center and Boca Town Center. Get your act together people!!!

The service is good here. The staff here are very nice and informative. I always feel clean and polished after going here. I dont get the bad reviews. The front desk workers are pretty nice. I go back here whenever my eyebrows need to be cleaned and trimmed. European wax center is the only place I go.

I have been a costumer with European Wax for years and I believe I found the best waxer ever: Diane. She is so fast, professional, and attentive to details!! Something that is obviously painful was almost painless at her hands. Thank you for the excellent costumer service!!! And the front desk girl( Im sorry I forgot your name) was very welcoming too! A great store to visit, and I live miles and miles away. I just go to this location for the service :-)

Receptionist at front desk wore a face shield only, not a mask. That means that you’re exposed to her respiratory droplets In a small unventilated space. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re concerned about COVID exposure. A lot of other waxing places to choose from...

I’ve been going to European Wax Centers for years, but Angelica is the best out of anyone i’ve been to!!! I’ll never go to anyone else.

My wax specialist Dawn was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her again! The reason I am giving only 2 starts is because the overall experience. I recieved a promotional card from them for a free wax, I decided to upgrade the wax to a Brazilian. I made the reservation for a new client online and everything went smooth until I went to pay for the service. It turns out I visited them back in 2009 and was not considered a new client, I said to the receptionist that was nearly 10 years ago so I do not qualify? She said no and I was charged the full amount for my wax. I wish this issue would have been dealt with prior to services being rendered since I booked under a new client. I am not sure I will return because that aspect of the visit placed a very bad taste in my mouth that there was nothing they could do for someone who hasnt visited one of their locations in almost 10 years to treat their business as new.

My mother and I have been going to EWC for close to a decade and this is by far the worst location. Someone is ALWAYS cancelling or they double book you then there are times they dont even call you to notify you of said changes. I mo longer live in the area but my mother usually goes to the mission bay location which is much better!!They need improvement ASAP!

Kareem is by FAR the best waxer to get your Brazilian done by. I recently switched over to waxing the city after being a long-term European Wax center customer, but after getting waxed by Kareem I will only go to her now! Shes amazing!!

Friendly and clean wax

I love it every time I go there. I always go to Dawn, shes truly the best. It doesnt hurt as much, and she really makes you feel comfortable. However, yesterday I was in a rush so couldnt go with Dawn. Not going to mention the name but I had a new waxer. The most painful experience of my life. So just be aware that some waxers will be better than others.... Dawn is awesome!!!

It was my first visit today the lady who did my eyebrows was rude unprofessional and my eyebrows didn’t get a fine finish she was using such a hot wax on my eyebrows when i told her that the wax is hot she gave a rude reply saying wax is going to be hot if you do this i will not be able to finish it!!Worst person i came across never gonna return to this place again but they gave me free wax as i was a new client as promised.Overall it was a bad experience for me

This place is very warm and professional.The staff is really nice from the front desk to the waxers. Ive been to a few of them and honestly no difference. They all have their own specialty but Im glad theres a few businesses like this left in boca where everyone knows your name if youre a local customer.

I bought a wax pass when I moved to Boca since I love the EWC chain, but sadly, Ive decided to let my money go to waste and stop going, simply because of the horrendous service I receive every time Ive been here. The second you walk in the door, no matter who is behind the desk, youre welcomed with the most pretentious, snobby attitude Ive ever seen in an hourly receptionist. And regardless of the time of day, or how busy (and not busy) they are, there is never anyone available for 30 minutes for a simple eyebrow wax. Never again. I wish I could get my money back for my unused waxes, but honestly, its not worth asking - Id rather not deal with any of the women there.

This place is overpriced. I drove to Fort Lauderdale and received a reasonable price for eyebrow threading.

Love this place. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and every time I book with them, I leave happy. I always go to the same waxer, KerriAnn and I absolutely recommend her for all waxing needs.

I went here for my first bikini wax. I knew the experience would be painful but I did not expect this. It was so severely painful it hurts to even put on pants. I was left with really painful bumps and redness. Not even all of the hair was removed
