They have not communicated anything about reopening. I paid upfront in June 2020, received less than half my services, and they have been closed since November. It is now March 2021 and they still have a voicemail saying they will be closed into January 2021. No option to receive a refund. No hope of reopening.They said it was due to COVID but their own employees chose not to wear masks when treating patients.

Just as others said, I prepaid for 2 years of treatments, only got 3 months, then was never notified when they closed. Months later Id gotten a few texts saying they will reopen in January 2021 just like their voicemail says. The number sending the texts had answered other questions but immediately stopped responding when I asked about a refund. Id advise against going here but it seems like that wont even be necessary.

This place looks nice but its certainly not worth it. Better quality services elsewhere.

I have been trying to reach this office since November 2020 and never a call back. I purchased a one year package and only used it once and never able to make an appt or get through to call them. Horrible stay away. they will take your money and not honor their agreement.

Same as other reviewer! I paid up front due to Groupon for 1 year up front and it was supposed to be unlimited laser sessions... After first session they said I have to go back every 5 weeks. Everytime I tried to schedule they were always rescheduling, it is not unlimited! It was never consistent with them and the lady doing the laser was very very rude! After 2nd session they closed due to covid for a few weeks. Its been 5 months and they have yet to open! No one answers the phone, I went in person and it is closed! I demand my money I paid upfront so I can go to a more professional place! Beware!

Love this place! My best friend and I just got to the age of slowly starting fillers/botox, and went here for our first time. We now won’t be going anywhere else! The staff is great and we feel so welcomed and comfortable here. They perform great work and are super nice and understand of your personal needs!

Do not waste your money! I tried really hard to work this out with them but eventually decided to get my money back. I came in for laser hair removal and paid upfront for 1 year of unlimited treatments anywhere on the body. That is what they advertise and that is what I paid for but that is NOT what I received. Not only is the aesthetician extremely rude but they also NEVER have appointments available so 1 year of unlimited treatments ends up being a lot less than that. The final straw for me was when they closed due to COVID precautions and then said that they would open a few weeks later, then pushed it off another month and then told everyone that laser hair removal packages expire May 2021 for everyone. They offer great prices but its just not worth it. Its a beautiful office and I hope management take cares of their serious problems.

Went there tonight for Botox. I was greeted and offered a beverage the second I walked in. It is a beautiful office. Stylish and immaculate. The staff is not only gorgeous they are SO nice. I asked Ali a million questions and she answered them all in a language I could understand. This is a nice place all the way around. I will go back!!!

I have been going for the past 2 months and am on my 3rd laser hair removal treatment. I am already seeing a difference. The tech Ismary is excellent! Very professional and talented. Michelle is very helpful at the front desk and of course Frank always makes me feel at home!!!!! I highly recommend going to this spa.

Today was my 1st visit and I was definitely impressed. All the staff was so pleasant and welcoming. I didnt feel rushed and was happy with the whole experience. Thank you for treating me with care. I will recommend your spa to my friends and will be returning!

Wonderful Med Spa! Love it! They have all the latest equipment and services and they really do care. They work hard to give you the results you really want and then some. Highly recommended to all!

I was excited to find a new LHR place closer to home,**Update**The place is out of business, Closed for COVID & hasnt re-opened. Everyone who prepaid unfortunately is out of there money!it was easy to book appointments, you would receive a courtesy call or txt appointment reminder; very welcoming spa environment. Late December I had an appointment & to my surprise the place was closed, no notice posted, no answer, no courtesy call or txt, I am not sure if management has changed, but getting someone to answer the phone seems impossible then when they do answer the woman is rude and seems upset to have to assist you. Once they see you are a prepaid client seems like suddenly there is no Available appointments for the next 8 weeks. Then when you do get the appointment the machine happens to malfunction The day of your appointment , in 3 different occasions. For the sake of staying in business I Do hope they get it back to providing the excellent service they once did .

I had a facial with Trina, who was so sweet... in addition to Botox with Ali. New favorite place in Boca for anything cosmetic. Highly recommend!

I found this place at Groupon and was exciting of pre Christmas discounts for hair laser removal treatment. When I came I saw advertisement for body contouring and ask more information about it. Then I met esthetician Trina, she clearly explained me the procedure and guaranteed I will lose weight. By the way, I needed to lose weight because I gave birth to my son and my belly looked like Wizard’s sleeve.I thought it’s not gonna work but it’s exceeded my expectations. I don’t know how it works but IT DOES JOB! Trina was super nice and caring. The most important I lost 12 pounds!!! Thank you Trina and Boca Skinhighly recommend this place!

I went to see Cici at Boca Skin and Body Med for Microneedling with PRP.She was sweet, gentle and attentive. She took her time explaining​ the procedure to me every step of the way. My main concern was​​ my enlarged​ pores and overall glow and I already see a great difference.I went a second time for botox. I was a Botox​ virgin and I was quite nervous. Cici made me feel so comfortable and listened to me. The results were natural and exactly what I asked for.Cici is incredible at what she does and well surely go see her again for another treatment.
