25-year-olds Rusty limo and they wanted to charge me extra for a cleaning fee. Seriously?

Was a great experience. Ordered a Sedan and was picked up in the limo. What a awesome surprise. Our driver Anges was a very sweet girl that made sure we had a enjoyable experience being first time limo passengers. Beautiful car inside and out. Would highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful expereince. Being a small bussiness owner myself I do my best to support other small family businesses. We were promptly picked up from the airport our bags were carried for us from baggage claim to my front door. The driver was very friendly and had mints and cold water waiting for us in the car. I will continue to use Avanti Limousine Service LLC for all my future needs!

We had an excellent trip this past week. We were picked up promptly at our home and then driven to Fort Lauderdale Airport. Mike was our driver. He was courteous and punctual. He picked up us up three days later on our return. The car was clean and comfortable. It was a nice treat to have this service. We wont hesitate to use in the future.

Me and a couple of my buddies flew into Miami airport are office had contacted Avanti limo for us and wow was this experience was amazing. Went above and beyond and made sure we were taken care of on a very busy Super Bowl weekend. We were going on a cruise and Danny made sure we had rides from the airport and cruise ship! Thank you again for taking my stress away!!!

This company is great if you want a night out in a limo. I had a fantastic time and the driver was so professional! I can’t wait to have another girls night and this time i’ll have to see what the Mercedes Sprinter is like :D

They have an awesome new limo which I think holds 14 comfortably! It is top of the line as it has changing lights, Bentley seats, sweet sound system, Tvs, lots of room and a smooth drive! We took this down to Miami for a night and it was the highlight! You must try this out!

Owner takes advantage of people. Does not pay his depths. Past took money to come to Florida and did not pay a single mother with 2 kids and a mortgage back. Nice

Driver was smoking around the limo. He only had the original pick-up location and didnt know where we were going in between the two locations (did not confirm information with the main office). The Cadillac Escalade is NOT new as was advertised on the phone. It had scratched up seats and a decent blemish on the front bumper. Decent condition, but a 2012 Escalade is not what I would consider to be new. Just my opinion. I believe that the limo is shared with Always Dependable Limos.

A friend of mine booked a limousine through Avanti for a Bachelorette celebration. We had seven girls in our group. The driver arrived approximately 15 minutes late and proceeded to turn in to the wrong house. Upon his attempt to enter the wrong address, the driver, unfortunately, and perhaps due to inexperience, managed to get the limousine stuck in the ditch at the address of the incorrect home. After 35 minutes, our group decided to carpool, in our own vehicles, to Fort Lauderdale as we were already running very late for our dinner reservations. We made a polite phone call to the dispatcher at Avanti and asked that our credit card be refunded for the ride to Fort Lauderdale that we never received. Instead of being a cordial and respectful professional, the dispatcher instead, refused to refund our money, suggested that the drivers predicament was our fault and said that all he could offer us, in the form of repayment, was a ride home. This suggestion and subsequent refund offer obviously made no sense whatsoever considering our personal vehicles would need to be driven back to our original destination as well. After unsuccessfully trying to explain to the dispatcher that his plan didnt make sense, he became irate, extremely rude and frankly, borderline psychotic. He began using very colorful language to explain his laughable and economically ignorant business decision that required us to allow his service to pick us up, take us home and then later, make a follow-up plan for the retrieval of our vehicles. When we respectfully declined his offer, the dispatcher (Jacob, who claimed he also owned Avanti), let us know that he was a police officer, as well as a limo service owner, and that if we did not agree to his terms of repayment, he would trail our locations and have us immediately popped for DUI. Additionally, we spoke with another gentleman who claimed he owned the business and would personally see to it that we received our full refund. To this day (one week later), not only did we not receive the refund we were promised, but we were charged in full for services we never received. To say this company is unprofessional would be an absolute understatement. I am utterly floored that the principals at this business have the audacity to treat customers with a blatant lack of disregard, make threatening statements like they did to us and offer promises that were never kept. How this service has remained in business for 10+ years while deploying such egregious tactics upon their client base is beyond me. I will utilize each and every form of social media, online review forum and large event planning sites to shed light on the practices this company uses to instill fear in its otherwise unassuming customers. The Better Business Bureau will receive a letter shortly and phone calls will be made to stop payment at the bank and/or seek the professional advice from individual(s) who can guarantee our refund will be awarded ASAP. In short, if you are looking for a reputable limousine service, Avanti is not a wise choice.
