We booked Zen for bi-weekly house cleaning and we were very impressed with their service. Laci and Hannah were both very professional and efficient. They arrived on time and spent a good amount of time cleaning our house. My house smells wonderful and it is spotless. I would recommend Zen for all your cleaning needs. Thank you!

After the initial cleaning service, there were numerous areas that had not been cleaned, or had merely been “wiped down,” not deep cleaned as described in the quote. Additionally, a bottle of liquor, along with two other items, were missing from the home. These items were replaced the next day, however I found it rather odd that “select” property was removed.The crew came back a second time to address the areas that needed attention. During the second visit they did clean the dirty microwave, fridge, and stove top, and swept out the closets BUT still left dirty cabinets, dirty lock ledges and window ledges, debris between the floor cracks and baseboard, build up on the bathroom fixtures, and even sticker residue on the wood floor. I pointed out all of these issues to them upon their second visit, but they did not address all areas.When I brought this up with the billing manager I was treated very rudely and when I stated that I would be leaving a negative review I was told they he was forwarding my email to his attorney and any “deceptive” reviews or photos would be dealt with with legal action. Interesting!This house was indeed a big job, but they made the quote without visiting the property and that is not my fault. Yes, it was cleaner than before, but in my opinion the work they did and the state that they left the house in does not constitute a “deep clean.” Initially, i even wanted to add on additional services to ensure the home was spotless before move in and was told that it would be with the service I selected. I would just be wary of this company and know that if you have an issue, you may be threatened with legal action for writing a review about it. All in all, not a very “Zen” experience.

The cleaners stayed for less than two hours, which wouldve been fine if theyd done a good job, but they did not. I was there when they arrived so I could go through any questions they had and meet the staff, but once they came inside they seemed to be in a rush and said they had everything under control. I gave them each a tip before I left hoping it would show my appreciation. I left while they cleaned and returned less than two hours later to check in, but they had left without any notification. I wondered if they were returning since they left a vacuum attachment, so I contacted the office to let them know. The vacuum piece had to be picked up later. After reviewing their work, here is a list of the problems I encountered:They arrived 15 minutes late without notice. They were parked outside eating lunch for those 15 minutes, even though we had a specific appointment time that was scheduled in advance.They did not clean the baseboards, which was supposed to be included in the deep clean.They did not thoroughly clean the fridge or oven. The fridge still had sticky spots, hair, crumbs etc and they had not cleaned the shelves and especially the edges. They refunded me the $40 extra I paid for the oven and fridge to be deep cleaned only after I repeatedly brought it to their attention.They broke a magnetic notepad on the fridgeThey missed vacuuming some areas. There was still cat kibble and paper bits on the floor in different areas of the apartment.Their vacuum left scratch marks on the windowsill in the living room.They did not clean the front door, as was discussed prior to their visit.They left a vacuum attachment behind.They did not vacuum all couches and cat furniture as discussed prior to their visit.The top of the oven and inside the microwave were still dirty.I asked them to sweep the porch and cobwebs with a broom, which I had to provide. They swept but did not remove cobwebs.They did not remove cobwebs from inside the home, which was supposed to be included in the deep clean.For a deep clean, which was what I paid for, their cleaning lacked the attention to detail I expected and they did not follow through with what was quoted. I was very disappointed in the service I received and do not recommend Zen Cleaning. When I messaged Zen Cleaning about the problems I experienced with their service prior to posting this review, the owner replied and called my comments dishonest, disingenuous, and invalid. She was unwilling to recognize that there was any possibility that they had made a mistake and instead accused me of lying about my experience.

I contacted Zen Cleaning Services to deep clean my home. Prior to their arrival I got rid of loose papers, got my recycling out of the way and made sure a lot of the surfaces of my home were clear.On the day of the cleaning they arrived early by 20 minutes. In fact I just pulled in my garage when they showed up.As the two people worked my allergies began to be less severe and my breathing got better too. They got rid of the dust and accumulated dirt.The team was very thorough and even made my stove look the cleanest since the before I bought my home. I have not been able to get it to look as good as it does. They even got the curved metal plates that surround the burners shiny and bright.

We hired Zen Cleaning to spruce up our 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment before having guests over. Ashley and team were fantastic to work with, start to finish. The quote they provided was true to what was charged and they performed every service they said they would! Their website made for easy quote and invoice review. Have already recommended them to several co-workers and friends and look forward to using them in the future.

Zen staff is very professional and friendly. I am so happy that they are here to help my family and me and love that they provide green cleaning. I highly recommend their services.

We have used Zen cleaning at our home for over two years. They are always on-time, thorough, and professional.
