Phenomenal service! Despite having literally hundreds of water damage jobs, Jordan and his team were incredibly responsive at every turn. I could go on, but perhaps the best compliment is what was given by the reconstruction crew, who were incredibly impressed by the thorough job and level of detail. We had contracted with Jordan Kohn for a whole house cleaning as we were preparing to put our house on the market. In the meantime the storms hit Bloomington/Normal that created havoc. We had some water in our basement that created more problems. As seniors we were a bit overwhelmed. Jordan answered every call and text. Jordan Kohn with 1800 Water Damage did an excellent job removing all the water, mold, and ruined carpet from my basement after it flooded this past month. During my frantic state, he responded ASAP and did an excellent job explaining his procedures ( he was very knowledgeable), worked hard and fast to make sure it was done right and efficient. Not only did he remove my baseboards, he painted and replaced them looking fabulous! I would highly recommend Jordan and this company to take care of any flooding needs!!

Jordan and his team did a great job of cleaning up our basement after a frozen water pipe. They arrived quickly and immediately started on the job. Explained everything they were doing along the way. Very pleased with their work and professionalism during a very stressful situation.

A few months ago in late summer we had water in our basement. The first time ever.... Our agent suggested Jordan and his company. We called, and he was out to our house within hours! He was very courteous, explained what was the procedure and got to work. He checked in with us every day to make sure all was going well (Forgot to add that we live in Springfield, an hour away.) He was very reasonable, and took care of the flooding. We hope we dont need his services again, but if we get flooding ever in the future we definitely will give him a call. Thanks again, Jordan :)
