Service Master was an excellent way to clean up our basement and leave it dry after a flooding issue with water heater. The guys were careful and examined the basement very thoroughly. They answered all of our questions and concerns. Id recommend fully!

ServiceMaster crew were at our house in an unbelievably short time considering all the people that were suffering damage from the same flooding situation. The team members that addressed our damage always kept us informed as to when they were going to arrive, when they were leaving and what they had done. ServiceMaster provided a hydroxyl generator and set up fans for a week to eliminate the odor from a small electrical fire. This worked superbly, though it was noisy. Although there were some small issues I had when they brought the equipment, they cheerfully and quickly addressed them. They explained all the options and let me choose how to proceed, unlike another highly reviewed company in town that wanted to provide only the maximum amount of service, which was far more than I needed. They called several times to check that everything was proceeding well.

I contacted ServiceMaster following some water damage from a leaking pipe at the advice of my insurance agent (even though the expense is not expected to exceed my deductible). They were responsive, getting people out quickly, and were very professional throughout. They did everything that was needed, including removing bookcases, some cupboards, wall base molding, pulling back carpet, cutting out bad carpet pads, and even safely boxing up items that interfered with the above. They installed blowers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers, then checked up on the dehumidification process daily. And the manager has recommended a contractor to restore everything to basically its original state; I meet with him tomorrow. All in all, it couldnt have gone any better, given the unavoidable water damage.

Service Master, working with our insurer, provided fast, efficient damage remediation. They kept us fully informed of the progress and coordinated with our insurer. We had drying equipment in the bathroom for about 10 days, and Service Master checked in regularly. The technicians were extremely professional. They wore masks and feet covering. They called ahead to tell us when they would arrive, and they were always on time. They were patient with our questions and when they didn’t have an answer they had their supervisor, Dusty, call us. I had a flood in my house - and it was very substantial. Resulted in 1200 square feet of wood flooring being pulled up, my entire kitchen being pulled out, and more.I was completely panicked until I talked to ServiceMasters - Im SO glad I called them. My dishwasher leaked under the ceramic floor and flooded a significant part of the house. My first contact with ServiceMaster was with their secretary, Alicia. She was pleasant and helpful both then and later. Within a few hours, two servicemen, Nick and Christian, arrived and could not have been more competent, careful with my belongings, or enjoyable to have here working. Our 25 year old house sustained major water damage around our chimney that had apparently been going on for years. It blackened the drywall against the ceiling and decorative limestone around our fireplace. The black marks were the first sign to us that something was wrong. Dusty from Service Master came out with a builder friend to look for water damage. He had sensors that detect moisture in the wall. What he diagnosed was exactly what was found: major water damage to the wood structure of the chimney and to the surrounding drywall and insulation.In the ensuing days, his crew cordoned off the room and removed all of the soaked insulation and beams. (The two by fours were so rotted that they came out like balsa wood). They set up fans for drying and dehumidifying. The drying out process took several days.Throughout, I found the ServiceMaster guys to be courteous, friendly and professional and Dusty offered some very good advice on rebuilding. No complaints at all!

My ServiceMaster dealership is located in Bloomington, IN. I contacted them because over the past couple of years I have had more and more health problems. We were pretty sure we had mold issues in our basement. ServiceMaster confirmed this and we scheduled an appointment. They said the process would take three to five days. (They called in extra crew members to finish in three.) After only the first day I could tell a difference in how I felt. I think now that the removal is complete I will continue to improve.Even without the health issues, the difference in our basement is unbelievable. Not only did they clean the walls, they did the ceiling, rafters and everything we had in the basement. The workers were pleasant and efficient. We are totally pleased with the choice we made. In addition to this, the final cost ended up being LESS than the estimate. I have no problem recommending them to others.

A hot water pipe in my crawlspace sprung several leaks that went undetected for over a month, saturating my entire first floor up through the carpet padding. Service master worked very hard and efficiently to dry and clean everything inside and in the crawlspace, which needed mold remediation, as well. Besides their great work and friendly staff, who were always courteous and called before coming over, Dusty kept in great communication (proactive and responsive) with me throughout the process and was kind and patient when I asked a hundred questions. ServiceMaster performed work at our home June 2019. This was my first experience with the company and staff. The service we received was excellent. A few things that stood out most was their quick action to evaluate (and treat) the home and their frequent communication. The crew performing the work on-site were friendly, knowledgable, and respectful. They documented the process with detail and included pictures, which is extremely helpful if insurance is going to be involved. I was impressed by their ability to minimize any further damage in order to tear out necessary areas that needed proper cleaning and treatment. They respected our house by keeping a clean work-site and picking up each time they left. The crew would call and give a notice when they were headed our direction. After each on-site interaction with he crew, we would receive a call from the office asking about our experience and if we had any questions. The service was provided during a time when our area received extensive rainfall and storm damage. Im sure they were very busy but they took their time and never rushed our job. They left blowers and dehumidifiers running for over a week and would check on them often to ensure the job was going to plan. They also regularly monitored the moisture levels to ensure progress. We couldnt have asked for a better customer experience. A knowledgable, honest, respectful company and staff that took their time, did things right, and ensured their customer was happy.
