I contacted Tonyas Touch after my roommate moved out, leaving the place a mess. They were fast to respond and could come to clean less than 48 hours later. When Tonyas staff arrived (Myra & Bryan) they were very professional. They had no problem with my pets, which means a lot to me! I had to run some errands and took the dogs with me. When I got back home the place was beautiful to say the least! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good clean at an affordable price. I was not disappointed and will be using them again.

My husband and I live in the Washington DC area---650 miles from Bloomington... where we own a single family rental house. The tenants moved out. Not only did the tenants leave the home a filthy mess, but they left an unholy amount of trash. Twelve truckloads full of trash. Our property managers cleaning crew were swamped with college kids moving in, and could not schedule to clean. I was referred to contact Tonyas Touch. She replied incredibly fast and was available the next working day: Monday. She shared with me numerous before and after photos, which detailed the transformation from grime to sparkling clean! WOW! Worth every single penny.I called based on reviews alone to get a deep cleaning done on my new (to me) house before I started moving in. The crew that came out did not disappoint! In addition to the “normal” cleaning, I had them handle the interior of the kitchen cabinets and the stove that came with the house.They did SUCH a good job. I was astonished when I came back after they were finished. It made such a big difference even on a very old house! Our second experience with Tonya’s touch was very poor. We purchased a home and wanted it cleaned before we moved in. We had been at the home throughout the week and on the weekends doing projects and had soaps, a little food in the fridge, and some miscellaneous things around but nothing that would be in the way. We let the cleaners in the home and didn’t hear from them throughout the day. When we came to check the work, there were lots of items left unclean. Bathrooms, windows, cobwebs, etc. They did come promptly to do touch ups on the cleaning, however, they either took or disposed of all my Mrs. Meyers hand and dish soap. Disposed of all our food. We never received a call with any questions about how we wanted the house cleaned.All I wanted was a clean house to move into and instead we paid a lot of money for lower quality work and to have them get rid of perfectly good food, full dispensers of soap, etc. It was an extremely expensive and disappointing experience.It was extra disappointing because our first experience went so well and we were hoping to develop a regular cleaning relationship with this company we had come to trust. We won’t be using them again.They did respond quickly and will text which is great, and our first experience was very positive.

**CUSTOMER SERVICE DISASTER**. I had two cleaners scheduled from 1-5pm, no one showed up until 2:30pm. I finally got on the phone with an employee at 1:45pm after calling 4 times and leaving a voicemail. Their excuse was they “thought no one was going to be home”. Apparently that gave them the right to show up whenever they wanted. The cleaning is charged by the hour and if I wasn’t there to see when they arrived/left, there is no doubt they would have claimed they worked from 1-5pm as scheduled. Finally, they showed up at 2:30pm with no introduction or apology. I asked them to make sure they clean a carpet stain. They said “We don’t do stains you have to call Tonya for that. We didn’t bring the supplies”. I was just SHOCKED. 30 minutes later I get a text “Do you have a scrubber? We’re going to try to clean the stain”. So originally they didn’t do stains and now they want me to give them supplies? I found a scrubber and as I am bringing it into the house, I hear one of the cleaners on the phone “Hold on I have to go let me call you back”. Little did she know I could hear. Lastly, they tell me the price is $30 more than I was originally quoted and they call Tonya on speaker to dispute what time they actually showed up WHEN THEY WERE ALREADY AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE. I was in pure disbelief. I was calm and nice the whole time, not expressing my frustrations. I hoped to get an apology at the least! Nothing. Stay far away from this business, Tonya did nothing but side with her employees.

Preface by stating I have a great deal of cleaning experience from yachts to clean rooms to the military.Professionals would have worn disposable shoe coverings to keep more dirt outside. Many trips to the truck brought more dirt into the house. When I came home, removing my shoes at the door, I felt dirt and a stone in the rugs and saw hair and debris on the floor. I dust mopped the floor and vacuumed the rugs again. Their vacuum was no doubt from a Cracker Jacks box.The men moved fast obviously concerned more with profit than proficiency.The window screens were poorly cleaned and in some case not re-installed properly.Suffice to say that had I not had Sciatica and a heart attack, I would have taught them how to clean. I taught sailing for a school out of Fort Lauderdale. I won the clean boat contest 13 weeks running. They got me on a technicality so someone else would win.I will find someone else when it is time to clean again.So should you.

On real short notice I asked Tonya if she might send one of her ace window washing crews to do my windows. They were there the next morning at 9am and when i got home at noon they were ALL done, inside and out. Not a streak, not a dirty corner, no winter crusties! They even went the extra mile by cleaning glass top tables on the porch. When the sunlight streams through clean windows it makes things better in the world. Thank you for such high level service.

Ive used Tonyas Touch twice during the process of selling my house. After the first time, we received positive feedback from realtors and the tenants. After this time, though, a move-out clean, the cleaners did not clean under the toilet seats or scrub the bathtubs and showers. We had to go and clean after the cleaners. I told Tonya about it, and she did discount the service, but there was no apology or surprise. Before this, working with this company has been great. Very responsive and reasonable rates. Im hoping that the cleaners they sent out will be given some guidance so this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Recently hired them to clean my siding and windows. They did a great job and were efficient with the work (2-3 hours tops!). I have also used them in the past to clean our home when we got busy but had to quickly tidy up before guests arrived. Again, they did a great job in those situations too. Tonya’s Touch provides cleaning for my home, and recently also did window cleaning. They are fast and efficient, respond well to requests, and management is top notch and respinsive!

Tonya was great at getting a crew together last minute to help us out. However, the crew that she put together did not do a very good job. There were crumbs still on the floor and counter. Rooms were half vacuumed. Overall, they created as much work for us as they saved us. And we paid them $35/hr to do it.While I think Tonya means we’ll, the quality was definitely subpar, and I can’t recommend.

More like Tanya Touchless. I hired her services for a Deep Clean of my apartment, in which I paid 210 dollars for two workers in 3 hours. I was rewarded with junk under my bed , no dusting, an unmade bed , a dirty bath, a dirty kitchen , a dirty living room that had been cramped into one space, and she didn’t do any of the things I asked of her to do. I’m from a major city and a 210 cleanup gives you 5 times more then Touchless Tanya’s cleanup. When I called her to voice my displeasure she began to text me repeatedly and told me my critiques of her were wrong because she’s been cleaning for 30 years, clearly touchlessly . This has been the worst money I’ve ever spent and I’m a 20 year old college kid who has bought some stupid things.

The 2 gals who came to help with an apartment inspection cleaning were very thorough & friendly. Tonya herself was quite helpful with my disability issues & even offered a discount! I wouldnt hesitate to use their services again. Thanks, Chris, Tiera & Tonya!

Two people came to my house to clean it. We wanted to put the house on airbnb for the summer. Firstly, the time decided was 9am but they came at 12pm and told me they spoke to my roommate and he told them to come at 12pm (which is just plain incorrect). I had to leave for an exam so they said they’ll do it while I’m away, I come back home to a vacuumed carpet but there’s random trash which for some reason they decided not to throw in the bin. I also saw one woman cleaning the inside of my drier and washer (there’s a function for that) without me asking her to. Here’s a list of things they didn’t get to -1. Nutella jar and pieces of cardboard/paper in both of the bedrooms.2. No bed made (one of the main things I asked them to do)3. No table or any surface cleaned (there was still ash on my desk)I could go on but once I complained to the management they were prompt and said someone will come tomorrow to fix it.Next day instead of 2 people only 1 person comes (they charge per person/ per hour and they still charged for 2). This man could not do the job without me specifically pointing out everything he needs to do, till the extent that I was pointing out pieces of trash in my home for him to throw. I’m not paying you $$$ to babysit your employee and make sure he’s picking up all the trash. Furthermore, inn the middle I had to leave the house for 15 minutes and when I come back I see him vacuuming the same area he was vacuuming on the first day and asking if he can leave now. This person was also telling me that they rarely do residences because they get bigger contracts to clean university buildings. I also heard him complain about how awkward it is to clean someone’s home. Absolutely disastrous experience wouldn’t recommend for $20 much less $140. Oh and he never cleaned any table surfaces or made the bed even on the second day.After every small thing he did he felt the need to ask me what to do next till the point that I just didn’t want to deal with him and told him to go. I expect your cleaners to know what a clean house looks like. In conclusion, better off paying anyone minimum wage cuz they’ll do a better job than them.P.S: The owner replied saying she doesnt know what I am talking about, but says that my card was declined. I paid you in full, and your response is a very big indication of how the business is run.

I had them clean my house wed just purchased for three hours. Two women came and stayed in the kitchen and bathrooms. One talked the entire time and every time I checked the other one, she was on her phone. The house wasnt that dirty and yet I felt like it was wasted $$$. Stove was still filthy, fridge wasnt cleaned, and bathroom floors still had dirt on them. Would not recommend. I paid $150 and still had to clean my kitchen and bathrooms, along with the rest of the house they never got to.

I called 30 minutes after my scheduled cleaning time. They had forgotten to put me on the calendar. They said they would still send someone out but that it would be an hour before they could come. It was 2.5 hours after my scheduled time when they showed up. I had to leave before they were finished and was quite disappointed when I got home. Of the windows that were cleaned they were cleaned well. The window above our kitchen sink was totally forgotten. I reminded them to clean the cabinets in the bathrooms twice and only one of the bathroom cabinets was cleaned. I also specifically asked for dusting, I told them that was my priority. The lady took a single duster through the whole house kicking up dust throughout, never using a drop of spray, never moving anything from the shelves. When I asked her about using spray her team leader said Tonya’s doesn’t use dusting spray. I asked them to use some of mine. They did but still missed several areas including the picture frames I specifically asked for. I get that they were in a hurry because they were late but I would have rather them not come at all.
