Nice and convenient, but they will charge you for things that you did not do, and they will made thins up just to not return the deposit. They will enter your apartment without your permission every week for no reasons. They will not do the maintenance. My experience was 5 years ago but as I heard the place still the same. The Field is much better and its just cross the road. Campus Corner is also better and cheaper and its next to it.

Manager is so cool! She brings energy, friendliness and fun to a new level, and keeps adding more conveniences and events for us. Im starting to use the fitness room to work out and enjoy the free coffee in the kitchen. Only use the computer lab on occasion, but Im glad it is accessible. Quick walk to Kroger, on the bus line to campus. I enjoy being a resident and highly recommend the Stratum at Indiana!

During the stays, everything was great except the maintenance services, I request three times for the maintenance of the dryer, and they finally fixed it after six months of living there. At the beginning of my stay, my room was full of bees for no reasons and they didn’t fix it. When I check out, they didn’t mention about any cleaning or fixing charges and didn’t offer to review the room, and now I received a bill of 100$+ of cleaning and fixing.

Staff are super friendly and always helpful with the packages. Bianca is always willing to talk to me about my lease and any problems I might have. I love how their gym is accessible 24-hours and their sparkling pool during the summer. I love living here and would recommend it to anyone who asks.

Nice complex, friendly staff. Insulation is a bit poor so energy bill rides a bit high. Prior to moving out, my roommate and I turned in all of our necessary paperwork including a forwarding address. Several months later my roommate and both have bills in collections. The stratum claims we didnt provide forwarding addresses. Shame on us for not asking for copies of all documentation. We did not receive word of our unpaid bill until roughly six months later. Students that are just moving out, keep an eye on this. Those of you moving in, ask for scanned copies of everything. Other than that, nice facility.

February 2018, was my first apartment experience and I wasnt looking forward to it, but I felt VERY safe. The apartment and entire grounds were CLEAN. The staff were always helpful and kind. Washer and dryer in my apartment was SO convenient. I enjoyed the clubhouse, gym, yoga classes, and even the Easter Egg hunt. When my IU student asks to move out of the dorm, this is probably where we will put him.

I have really enjoyed my time at The Stratum. The office staff is always friendly and prompt, the maintenance is super awesome and fast and the common areas are really nice. If you are looking for a super convenient location and lots of great amenities, this is the place to be.

Staff is very friendly - always helpful. Gets back to me very quickly regarding questions or concerns I have. Very peaceful and quiet, which I love!

I DON’T WANT TO GIVE ANY STAR TO THIS APARTMENT.I would be 0 out of 5 starsIve lived at Stratum for 2 years.It is the most terrible place to stay since I have ever been.To be honesty, I strongly recommend you not to live here.They think of you as “Money”The workers at Stratum are always finding things to charge you.Also, literally, you have no right doing anything. They would never allow you doing what you want if they think they cannot benefit from your action.If there is an incident happened, they are busy to avoid their responsibility. They always say its not our fault. and again, they will be looking for some evidences to charge residents for that.They love avoiding their responsibility; however, they require you to fulfill your obligation. Its an irony.I regret living here for 2 years really.If I were you, I would find another place to live for real.This is because the other places must be better than Stratum at Indiana.Dont Be a fool and go to find another place to live.Remember that they think of you as “Money”

I lived in this outstanding apartment for one year 2017- 2018. It was the best time I have ever. I like this apartment, seriously I miss it so much.

I live and work here and am happy with both experiences! Great location, community and beautiful property. Attentive, caring staff who do whatever they can within reason to accommodate residents. Fitness and yoga on the premises, ample parking, 24-hour computer room, pet-friendly and more! I believe many of the bad reviews are the result of miscommunication/misunderstanding between management and residents, with communication gradually improving. I also think several of the complaints are from individuals who lack tidiness and responsibility in following the guidelines of caring for an apartment as well as the importance of thoroughly reading and comprehending legal documents, which results in complaints ultimately about the consequences (financial charges) for their behavior. I think there is (and will continue to be) room for growth and improvement on both ends (residents/management).

Hello, I like Stratum apartments not just for the quality of the apartments themselves, but because of all of the amenities. Exercise classes are held on a regular basis and are lead by talented professional trainers. Check out Stratum you might just like it.

My daughter is happy living here, ample parking, lots of beautiful trees and grass, great location! Nice pool and beautiful exercise room.

The officers and staffs are very patient and kind. Their service is good. The environment of the entire living area is attractive. The only thing that bothers me is that the trash-recycling area is too far away from some buildings.

The worst place to live. They charge for EVERYTHING and more... Also they are rude and unkind people

Really disliked living here. Dont be fooled by what looks like decent amenities and kind staff. Theres a serious problem with the security and theyre always finding ways to charge you for anything.

Gives out giftcard to residents for good reviews. Worst apartment for students to live as they will constantly try to overcharge you. They charge people $1000 no matter what when they move out and threat people to pay them saying they will lower credit score by reporting. I actually knew the person who used my apartment last year and he paid $1000 when he moved out for new carpets and etc but my apartment was straight up dirty when I moved in. The desk had boogers all over under it so I told them to get me a new one but they NEVER LISTENED so I cleaned it by myself and I had plenty cig butts on my balcony. Burnmarks created by butts will never come off as well (Also they want residents to clean their balcony even in situations like this and charge you if sees something wrong). YOU KNOW YOU ARE DESPERATE WHEN THE STAFF GIVES ITSELF A 5 STAR. DO NOT LIVE HERE

WARNING--------------- Bad management company running this placeThey will overcharge you when you move out even you have singed inspection form from them. After you paid the bill, I still got a mail from collector company, and they dont solve this problem for you.

I lived there about 20 months it’s expensive and doesn’t worth , unclean, staff unfriendly, good location and safe but there are others places better then this place The stratum at Indiana .
