The best experience Ive ever had! I have tried other nail salon in the area, but by far this has been the best place. They worked me in last minute, took the time to work on my nails and they look amazing! I am deff going back. The staff is amazing and really talks to you! And gets to know you!

I made an appointment for 5 o’clock and waited 40 minutes after they had already sat four people that came in after me. The ladies are all really sweet, just frustrating that because of how quiet and non confrontational I am they took advantage of that and let me wait an hour and a half before someone even started my nails. But they had said on the phone they had time and space for me and they obviously didn’t and instead of saying they were booked they told me they like they should have they just let me sit here and wait obviously frustrated and a little upset.

10/10 salon. Lola was amazing, very professional and a great conversationalist. Hellen was great too! All around phenomenal experience.

The service and care was phenomenal. As a dude, great experience and quality care. Recommend for guys who want a beer, UFC, and quality food message.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for a long time. I really like the owner, and I usually get a pedicure. I love pedicures from there. We went there last night to get our manicures and pedicures for my sisters wedding. We had an appointment and we were still there 4 hours! I have never been so dissatisfied in my life. The nails looked like a child did them. I complained and they replaced the two that were on completely crooked. When I was leaving, I had the owner look at them. I told her I couldnt figure out what, but something was wrong. She inspected them and pulled the girl that did my nails over. They spoke to each other in a different language. The lady said I will give you 10 dollars off. While they were talking, I realized what was wrong. The tips were not glued down. I told them I really did not like them and I didnt want to pay 80 dollars for something I didnt like. The girl that did my nails was extremely rude the entire night. The owner seems very sweet, but seems like a push over. As much as I hate to say dont go there, I am warning you to save your money and your time. My pedicure was horrible too, this time. She left the previous color on my toes in several spots. The owner tried to talk the girl into giving me 50% off but she refused. They offered to redo them but Id been the 4 hours, it was 10:00 at night and I was extremely frustrated by how rude the lady was being. If my sisters wedding was not the next day and I wasnt in it... Id have had them removed and just left. Im posting pictures, but they really dont do justice to how horrible they are. I cannot wait to have them removed tomorrow.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment to get a fill for 3 pm. Showed up at 2:50, picked out a color, and sat in the same chair until 3:45. I asked multiple times how much longer and was told “5 minutes” each time. When I was nearing my breaking point, the lady who was supposed to do my nails gave me an acetone soaked cotton ball and told me to take my own nail polish off while I waited. I walked out immediately. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t recommend coming here unless you have multiple hours set aside in your day for your manicure and you don’t mind doing some of the work yourself.

The place was very clean, but you could tell they are short staffed. I was a walk in - so I anticipated a wait. But this young lady sat me down and started soaking my nails. Not even 5 minutes later she asks me to move seats. I moved down 2 seats and she proceeds to tell me that she will be working on me and the other customer at the same time. Again 5 minutes later, another employee became available, so I moved seats again so she could work on me. As she is working on my nails, a lot of customers came in and was waiting. I feel like she rushed on my nails to get to everyone else. I can still feel the roughness of the dipped powder on the edges of my fingers, they’re uneven and all my nails have sharp edges. I ended up filing them down once I got home.My nails look beautiful, until you look closely.I’m sure if she would have slowed down and taken the time on me then they would have turned out perfect.

Second time coming here, and I absolutely loved it. Jenny was an amazing technician and did an awesome job. Everyone was friendly, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Great atmosphere, great conversation, no cuts or scrapes, and a great job on my nails. Highly recommend this place!

The pedicure looks great but not a relaxing and comfortable pedicure. Given very fast, pinched twice with the clippers. The third time it bled. I had the basic pedicure and it came with very little exfoliating or massage.

My husband and I got pedicures here two weeks ago and we both agree that theyre the best weve ever had! The salon is extremely clean, the massage chairs are amazing, and they used high quality products and fresh fruit during the pedicure. My MIL just saw my pedicure yesterday, (two full weeks after I had it done), and she thought I had just went that day! We will be visiting this salon for pedicures every time were in Blacksburg.

If I could give this place a ZERO I absolutely hate my nails. All uneven and different lengths. She didn’t even clean up the holographic powder when she was finished. She made me bleed and my nails are very sore. Charged me $55 for a terrible job. Never again. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT come here. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came here 3 times, each time I made an appointment. The first two time they made me wait over an HOUR AND A HALF past my appointment time. I witnessed several people who just got forgotten sitting in chairs and ended up walking out. The third time I waited over an hour and decided to leave. I told the owner that my appointment was over an hour ago. She did not look up or acknowledge that I’d spoken. I told her that she shouldn’t make appointments at all if she didn’t have the time, and that I would not be coming back. She didn’t even look up from what she was doing. Didn’t act like I’d said anything at all, much less an apology. The most rude, disrespectful business owner I have ever witnessed. Please save your money and go to the place on university blvd. They always see me on time.

I had Jenny do my nails and she did a great job! I really like that she asked if the shape was okay, color okay, etc instead of just assuming. I was highly impressed and will definitely be back!

Do NOT get waxed here. My eyebrows are BURNT. I have a doc appmt for it. I’m not including pictures for privacy but I mean actual second degree burns. Under my eyebrows. Just don’t.

Amazing place!!! Clean, professional, genuine, and personable. I drove around for hours trying to find a place to get me in! Everyone denied me service except for NRV Nails!!! They told me to come in and enjoy it. The guy that did my nails was gentle , spoke to me, and didn’t rush! He took his time and made sure I was satisfied with my nails!!! By far the best nail salon in New River Valley Area! I will recommend them to anyone.

The people that work here are SO nice and actually like to have conversations with you. It was an enjoyable experience and I loved my gel manicure and pedicure after. They also were able to do both within an hour which was unexpected. They made sure I liked my nails and was happy. Nice salon with even nicer people :)

Nails stay for over 2 weeks

I love the pedicures here they are amazing ,and they do beautiful nails ! The only probably is its so hard to get in theres normally only like 2 people working so it takes a long time to be taking care of thats if they have enough time at all. Went in today and it was over and hour wait so I left , in fairness though I didnt have an appointment , other wise I love this place !

Paid extra for a specialty pedicure. Not real sure if they are totally worth the extra money smelled nice felt really nice but I would have rather had my calluses removed On My Feet instead of more focus on my legs. Polish on my toes did not last and Ive been getting pedicures for a long time and Ive never had the polish come off an hour after having my toes done not sure what the deal is.

Today was my first visit here and I was so impressed. I was in and out in an hour. I got a manicure and a pedicure! Bryan did my pedi and he was amazing I almost fell asleep. Leah did my nails and did a wonderful job!... little pricey but well worth it. I will be back!!

Cut my toe. Infected. Do not practice good aseptic technique. Also very poor polish job. Yikes!

BEWARE!!!!!!First and foremost I got fungus on my nails from dealing with this place. If I could give them a ZERO I would. Another nail salon that was much cleaner realized this and informed me that I had a green fungus on my nails and even provided topical anti fungus liquid. I was so scared. I am a very healthy person and to know you got a fungus growing on your nails, because of a nasty shop that is scary!!!!! So I will never ever return to this shop again. Now back to several issues... The 1st person that completed powder nails for me did a poor job. Second person that did powder nails, it lasted for a week and a half. Nail tech nor owner made me feel welcomed. I waited over 1 hour to get nails done and so did another person who complained. It makes me wonder how clean their wine glasses and cups are for complimentary drinks.UPDATE OCTOBER 6 2018!!!!!WENT TO SALON TO PICK UP A PROMISED GIFT CARD... DAUGHTER OF SALON OWNER CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES ASKING HOW THEY COULD MAKE IT RIGHT BECAUSE HER MOM IS A NEW OWNER OF THE NAIL SALON.....PLEADINING WITH ME TO TAKE DOWN COMMENT. I TOLD HER I CANT TAKE DOWN THE COMMENT BECAUSE I AM WARNING OTHER CONSUMERS ABOUT THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS. I SUGGESTED THAT THEY GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR ENDANGERING MY HEALTH AMONG ALL THE OTHER STRESS AND STRIFE I ENCOUNTERED. Love my nails

They had old tools that made it impossible to take off acrylics, used old nail polish that would bubble even when I went back for them to fix it, and I got a fungal infection under my nails from them not sealing my nails properly and letting the nails lift, after my asking if they were okay and the lady saying yes.

OVERPRICED!!!!!!!! And was one of the first customers in the salon and still stayed there for 3 hours.

Not the best sns ever, but okay until the next time.
