Its an ok salon but it was missing the vibe I like where all the hair stylists are talking to each other. I think their just a little too spread out. I like the cozy feel of a smaller salon but thats just my preference.

When I went for my haircut yeserday with the owner Theresa, I found that she is not vaccinated and that she would not get vaccinaed in the future. She told me that I would not understand, like I dont have the capacity to understand her. Her comment to me was that she did not believe the science. I cannot visit a business where a person will be inches from my face and not have the practitioner vaccinated. I had had a previous problem with Theresa and was moving on, but I will add that here. On my first visit, we agreed that she would not cut my hair too short and she cut it so short that I was unhappy and stopped her before she cut the left sie as short at the right. She appologized over and over, but offered no compensation. This is not the business for me.

Tiffany is AMAZING! I went to see her after reading all of the positive reviews online and she was just as talented and wonderful as described! I went to see her for a color correction after the worst dye job of my life and she squeezed me in and made my hair look beautiful! She is incredibly talented and takes the time to understand what you want. I am so happy I went to see her. I highly recommend her. She will not disappoint.

I come to this salon for all my beauty needs and have had a great experience every single time. The staff is absolutely lovely and they make sure you’re comfortable and you’re satisfied with the service done. Anything you want done they can do it. 10/10 would recommend!!

Theresa and Tiffany are FANTASTIC. They bent over backwards (multiple times) to ensure my hair was exactly what I wanted and made sure to do it in a timely manner. Im so appreciative of this salon and cant recommend it enough!!! Will definitely be back :)

Only place to get a great cut. I had trouble finding a salon when relocating from New Jersey. I won’t go anywhere else!Be sure to make an appointment, they can get pretty booked.

Elite Salon and all of the stylist were amazing! All of my bridesmaids and I (the bride) got our hair done with them. All 5 of us had our hair done within an hour and a half. They were friendly and helped make my wedding day perfect. I highly recommend them, 10/10. They are my absolute favorite!!

Very professional salon employees. Very friendly and nice. Clean. I always feel well taken care of whenever I go there. They also offer manicures and pedicures. I would recommend calling in advance for an appointment as they stay busy. I always schedule a month in advance.

Today I went to Elite Style Salon to chemically straighten my hair. I started this process probably a month ago by first looking into what the process entailed and then finding salons who were able to complete the service. My hair is highlighted, although I am naturally blonde. I visited one stylist in the area who didnt even touch my hair and said she would not straighten it because I had highlights (which I only get once a year and I had mentioned previously). I found Elite Style Salon online and emailed them as well for their input. Theresa spent lots of time emailing with me answering my many questions and concerns, and she actually had a straightening product that was specifically meant for highlighted hair. We set up a consultation and she took the time to really understand my expectations, evaluate my hair and make sure she was absolutely sure I was a good candidate for the process. So today was the day, and I LOVE the results. My hair looks fantastic and the straightening process worked amazingly well. My hair looks healthy and is so soft and shiny. I would recommend Theresa to anyone looking for a wonderful and knowledgeable stylist! Three thumbs up :)

I decided to give Elite Style Salon a try today and Im so glad I did! They have a clean, friendly, relaxing atmosphere and I enjoyed my visit from start to finish. Kim was the one who cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. Im in the middle of growing my hair out, which can be very awkward. Kim made me look great now, and gave me tips on when to get it trimmed again to help with the growing out process. My appointment was for 11:30 and I was walking out of there at noon, and yet I never felt like either of us were rushed. This is absolutely perfect for me, as I dont like to spend hours in a salon. Seriously, this place has a great atmosphere, great prices, and talented staff. I couldnt be more happy. :-)

Elite has been referred to as The BEST Salon in Blacksburg!. I came in for a cut and color after 10 years of wearing my hair stick straight and without color. As you can imagine I was nervous about such a big change after such a long time. But the stylist at Elite took her time with me to make sure I would be comfortable with my new look before ever starting the process. I couldnt be happier with my new look! The color and cut are awesome!! The atmosphere is comfortable, friendly and professional. I will definitely return to Elite and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Elite!!!!

Tiffany did my cut and color today, and she was AMAZING!! She took the time to explain all of the cut and color processes she was using, and then took even more time with me to show me how I can style my hair at home, and showed me different products I can use to help! My hair looks amazing now, and I will most certainly be going back!

I was desperate to have my hair colored for a wedding and I called on a Thursday for a Friday appointment and of course they were all booked up! After explaining my predicament they said they were going to squeeze me in (hallelujah!). I even got to talk to the amazing Leah to actually convey what I wanted done to my hair. That conversation was much appreciated because it made me feel that they take the time to listen to their customers. On the day of, I met Leah and she was so professional and friendly! Her quality of work is exceptional and she holds herself to really high standards. At the end of the day, I came home with ashy brown lowlights/highlights and it just made me look sophisticated and put together. I felt like a million bucks! Leah also sent me home with Pureology samples and some tips on how to style my hair. Absolutely amazing work Leah! Definitely coming back for more 👍🏼💇🏽I got another hair color done after 7 months of my first color and also with Leah. Guess what guys?! She did it again! I couldn’t be happier with how my hair color turned out! Definitely going back to have her update my hair, probably put some more honey/caramel colors in it. Quality work as always!

After receiving a pretty horrible hair cut at another salon, in Montgomery County, I decided to try out a new place. Trina was extremely nice, understanding and talented. Fixing the previous mess up will take some time, but she helped me get back on track!

So impressed with this salon! I asked for Tiffany and she is so great! I showed her some pictures of what I wanted and I knew my hair could be trusted with her!! I got blonde baylayage but subtle enough where it doesnt wash me out

This is hands down the best salon in Blacksburg. I originally found it as a nail salon. They have the best prices for manicures and gel nails and Tiffany is so talented. She even painted some of the art hanging up around the salon. Every time I come I have some new nail art I found on Pinterest and Tiffany always does an awesome job. If Im unhappy with it (which is almost never) she will redo it till Im satisfied. Tiffany is, along with all the staff, so friendly I got to really like her and loved going in to try new nail designs. I just moved out of the area and am so sad I will have to find a new nail salon to go to.

I have been to Elite several times for hair cut and color, Tiffany is great, she exactly knows what yo want and keeps asking questions to make sure that you are happy with the result.

I have been going to Melinda at Elite Style for over 2 years now. She has always been helping me grow my hair out until about a week ago I decided to cut it all off, about 12 inches. I at first was very hesitant but Melinda has always done a stellar job and I was confident she would come through for me again. She exceeded my expectations! I could have never dreamed that I would love having short hair, but I do! I will be going back to Melinda as long as I live in Blacksburg.

Teresa is listens to me and does what I ask while offering ideas I wouldn’t think of. She knows her stuff.

Staff was excellant. Great service, conversation, and very knowledgable. Listened to what I thought I wanted, discussed options and techniques, and the best possible choices. Then more than exceeded expectations.Have to be one of the best if not the best salon in the NRV, would highly recommend.
