Her neighbor also spoke to us and confirmed she was inside and suggested we try to make her dogs bark so maybe she would get up and look outside. We left about 10:10. We were trying to get fingerprinted for a very time sensitive reason and her actions are going to cause a delay in our process. So unprofessional.
