I am very happy with the services and attention to detail that H&R Block provided. I have been a regular of Mike but John Hutchinson helped me since Mike retired. Mike will be missed however John was very knowledgeable, kind and made sure to understand my situation thoroughly. I highly recommend the Inverness location.

Jaime was an absolute pleasure to work with!! She was very kind and helpful and extremely informative. She made the whole process an absolute breeze; she explained every step, was very patient and even offered helpful advice to prepare me for next years tax season, even pre-booked my appointment for next year... even from Florida. :) By far the best experience Ive ever had doing my taxes.

Shes thorough and I always feel comfortable that everything is accurate and that shes done everything in her power to ensure that my taxes are correctly prepared and that if I receive a refund, it will be the most I could have gotten. She checks every possible deduction and credit -- and she also reminds me what receipts to save next time, gives me information that I might not no concerning my taxes for next year, etc. Sandra also is easy to talk to and encourages me to ask questions.

Robert Mike, Parmentier was an outstanding, as always, with giving us a professional and superb act in his field. I would highly not only recommend HR&Block but Parmentier as his workmanship seeps through his craft as he pores through every detail and explains in layman terms what exactly is going on.

Ms. Glass was really nice very professional. And I was in and out!! And because I was in and out. I was so happy. And she explained everything in detail.

It took almost 3 hours to do a standard file. I had my wife swing by to sign and none of my signatures was saved and my wife had to spend another half an hour just sign and and correct what didnt get saved. I normally go to a CPA that cost me 200$. I spent 250 with yall and dont feel like I got the same service. The tax person that was helping didnt have a clue and needs a lot of training

Everyone was nice and my taxes were done quickly. John explained to me about various things on my return and offered tips on how I can better my tax situation for next year.

I scheduled a 10 am appointment on a Sunday morning with tax preparer Mike. When I arrived, he was working with another client. At 10:15 I asked the receptionist when I should expect to be seen. She informed me that he was working with a walk-in client who had arrived before my scheduled 10 am appointment, but I should be seen in 5 minutes. At 10:30 am, I left without being seen. They either do not understand the concept of an appointment or dont value their clients time at this location. I say skip them and find a location that does.
