Terrible, terrible place. Keep ur trucks away. Went in with air leak problems and came out worse. They charge waaaaayyyyyyy too much and knowledge is waaaayyyy too little. Dont many of these repair shops give a care about what theyre doing but this was 1 of the worst experiences Ive had. Ill never go back. I tried to give them a half of a star but couldnt.Had to change from 1 star to 3 out of 5, which is average. The reason is because after I expressed my displeasure I received a call from Mr. Jimmy, the shop manager, we spoke like men, he appeared concerned and genuine. We came to an agreement and I felt better. Thanks Jimmy. This is a tough industry and just you caring means a million miles to me. Lol. Again Thanks. I appreciate you.

Excellent service! I called up at almost 4:00 on a Friday afternoon under load with a severely leaking axle seal. Even though the shop was busy, Tim took on the repair, completing the job quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this shop.

Tried to get me to dish out more money for repairs, told me that the truck would not go more than 100 miles,36 hours later I was able to get to California traveling 67 miles an hour, I called them back to let them know, they misdiagnose and gave me wrong information, all for the love of money....just wrong, I wonder why?.

On November 2015 I called this location to inquire about replacing an alternator. I was told that the book hours on this job was 2.5 hours. I was sent an invoice for $242.00 just to take it off and replace it with the one we provided. They pulled the truck into the shop at 13:24, and they called me for payment at 14:10. The bill was for 2.5 hours labor even tough the job took only 45 minutes. So I argue that fact with him and he explained it to me like this well if you get a load going to Texas, and its showing 2 days transit. Then your driver does it in 1 do you reduce your rate?my answer well I have an exact amount agreed upon by both parties before work is even started! They did reduce the rate, but only after long argument. My suggestion is Charge for what you do, not just what you want to charge!
