Called the number provided and got a text saying “not working today” this is supposed to be a 24 hr business so I text back he should update his hours. The reply was “it’s my business and my birthday find someone else” very unprofessional and I can only imagine the work would have been equally awful if he did come. Like he said I would recommend you find someone else!

Go to him if you want your truck to break down right after he “fixes” it. Paid him to do diagnostics and then complete the work he said it needed. Broke down a few miles down the road, check engine light came back on with the same code, and then had two other mechanics look at it, and the issue was the same thing that he was supposed to fix! They told me there’s no way he could’ve missed it if he actually did the work he claimed he did. He also claimed he replaced the fuel filter, took it to someone else and they said there’s no way it was replaced because of how filthy it was and the date on the filter. Will be sending everything to court! It’s dishonest people that ruin it for everyone else. It’s no need to get over on people like this.

10-27-2020I called Derrick concerning a hub leak on my Truck, he explained that He would be happy to repair it, but He was 4hours away coming back Home after vacationing.I explained that I could wait, and Im glad that I did , Derrick fixed my Truck in :15 ,I also discussed another intermittent problem that I am having and He gave me some really good advice.Professional and friendly gentleman.If anyone has a problem and you were like me not knowing who to call ,to help you out in Birmingham, Al.I would definitely call Derrick at D&M Mobile Service Truck & Trailer RepairMay God bless you DerrickThank you , Roger Boylan

Derrick saved me from a growing bill from Frieghtliner shop. Freightliner had quoted me 2400.00 to fix an issue of loss of boost I had with them already for 2 weeks and already out of 4100.00 and same problem. I called Derrick for advise, explained everything of my issue and what I was being told at freightliner. He had the patience to hear me out and the knowledge to pinpoint my root cause. So I bought the part he told me would fix my issue and he came out to the FlyingJ to replace it. Less then an hour my truck was running and I was confident I would not have the issue again. Without a doubt his work did the job. Ive pickup my first load in two weeks and heading home finally. I wish I had gone to him first. I would have made it home for Mothers Day and I would have been making money instead of giving it to those crooks at Freightliner. I hope this review keeps others from making the error I made in taking my truck to Freightliner... just call Derrick... and get rolling making money and back home to your family.

I called these people today March 31st, 2019 at 2 PM. The guy said it would be about 2 hours and he would head my way. Here it is 6 hours later Ive tried to call him and no response. I left a message but he has never called me back. I dont recommend this outfit to anyone. They dont do what they say they will.I understand they are on other jobs, but dont tell me you are going to do something and dont follow through with it. At least return my calls. Thanks for nothing!

Don’t ever call this service they willOver charge you I had coolant leak he came didn’t do anything’s he couldn’t fixedAnd he charge me 497$ for that so unfair
