I loved that at 9 am on a Tuesday my 6 y/o son was in serious need of a shape up and EXCLUSIVE BARBERSHOP was ready and top notch. Dric was professional, kind, and did everything to ensure that me and my son was happy with the hair cut; he also asked the right questions as to the type of haircut, design, and length we were looking for to ensure we were satisfied with his services. I liked that Dric and his staff wore gloves, masks and maintained sanitary equipment which as a parent gave me the feeling that my Prince was receiving great care. This day we had a short wait time, although you may want to call In advance to book an appointment due to their great location. Thanks guys for all that you do for your clients. Well done!

Im new to the area and needed a new barber badly i saw on Google that they had great reviews and walking distance from my apartment I had heard from asking around Desmond was the guy i needed to look for and man!!! The dude is lethal with the clippers i have never gotten so many compliments on a haircut in a while!! YALL ASK FOR DESMOND!!

Great environment Great Barbers. Desmond cut my hair and hes surgical with those clippers and that razor. You will not be disappointed with this barbershop. Its conveniently located on 280. The shop is friendly and the talk is good. Again Desmond is good he fixed a issue where my goatee was messed up by another barber as well having my edge and beard lined to perfection and very crisp

I paid almost $30.00 for my haircut. When I left, I noticed that there was still hair behind both of my ears as well as my face, underneath my neck area. I want be returning for a second cut.I still wish them well.

Disappointing waste of $30. Just moved to the area. This won’t be my regular. Nice friendly atmosphere. Maybe I just got a bad draw when I walked in. As you can tell, I don’t have much on top, but the guy left stragglers sticking out all over the place. Ask to please “Leave the beard long. I am growing it out. Just shape it.” Then he proceeds to buzz it with clippers to a shorter length. I lost all the fullness in the chin area. And he even left the bottom edge of my beard uneven. Sad. Going home to try and fix this mess with my own clippers.

The wait time was good. Shop was clean. Every barber was welcoming especially knowing I wasnt a local. Jimmy is a whiz with the clippers definitely found a home shop at Exclusives Barber Shop so I recommend it to anyone in Birmingham plus its not that hard to find on highway 280 just have to Google it...

Was in Birmingham for the weekend and needed a cut. There was 0 wait time which is always a welcomed surprise especially considering it was a Saturday. Very reasonably priced and looks like they are doing something for the community also. Highly recommend

Very friendly, clean, well-priced. I loved Ericka! Ron completely ruined the vibe though; and he didnt even have any customers.

I brought my boys in to get a hair cut and no one spoke. We sat down for 10 mins and no one still spoke. Finally one young man ask are those yall clients, two people laughed and said no. The young walked over to me and ask if we need help i said, I need haircuts. Because of their poor customer service I wont be back. The young man did a great job but i didnt feel welcome. I just moved to the area and need a regular Barber but it wont be this place.

The woman who cut my hair was named Kimberly and she did an outstanding job with my curly hair which I have found to be a hard thing to find in this town! Cudos to her and the shop for hiring her. Its also very easy to find because its right next to Walgreens at the corner of valleydale and Caldwell Mill.

Well this is a good shop and the workers looks good guys , except the tall guy who works there need to lerm how to welcome customers who dont speak English very well even if we dont speak English very well, thats doesnt mean we dont deserve a normal customers service.I didnt like the way I was welcomed
