Jessie shampooed, cut and styled my hair. She was fantastic. She also suggested curtain bangs, which I now love! She did a great job cutting my husbands and 8-year-old sons fades too.

I went yesterday. Christy did my hair and I absolutely love it! 5 stars!!

The hair cut was sub par at best. I wasnt rude, I maintained my composure, but the technician had no confidence in her craft. After crying and asking her superior for help, I felt like I had made a mistake coming here. Ill have to now spend more of my time going elsewhere to get it fixed.

One of the ladies in their cut my fiance hair. We family pictures to take the next day and totally forgot about it. And Supercuts was the only place open this late. Some lady in there did a horrible job on cutting her hair. I waited in the car she was back in like 5 or 10 minutes tops. She cut her hair all different lengths. I could have cut her hair better blindfolded. She also cut her hair on the top of her head in four different places. Its so short that it sticks up. Her hair goes past her shoulders. So now shes got little alfalfa sprouts on the top of her head horrible job

People here are friendly and the service is good. Always havd a good experience here.

Passing through, needed a trim, and they fit the bill! Nice professional cut for reasonable price. Very friendly staff, we were a walk-in, and were seen right away. Just off the free-way, very convienant. Will happily go there again on the next trip. P.S. to guys, ladies were very pretty!

Great for what I get done. Hard to mess up when you ask them to shave it all off go over it with trimmers then shampoo whats left.. Never a bad wait so far will be stopping by today for a shave ;) keep up the good work! JM

Simone is the best Hair stylist there. If she isnt working I dont get my hair cut.

This shop is next to Walmart and shares parking spaces with them. Its a little hard to see from the main roadway. Although the shop is small I didnt have to wait to be served. Melissa did a great job and the price was super affordable.

The people are nice . I do think I need to learn how to cut better. And when it says a shampoo and a cut they should give you a shampoo instead and you havent you ask for one

Amazing experience. The ladies are welcoming and explained to me in stylist terms the difference between what I thought I wanted, a high and tight, and a high fade. Excellent cut. This is my go to place in the Trussville/Clay/Pinson area.

Joanna is amazing. She fixed my hair when it was destroyed by another business. She rescued it and earned my lifetime business! I cant imagine going to anyone else for color. Not only is she a good stylist, she has amazing customer service. When she didnt get my hair as cool as I liked - without me saying a single complaint - she asked me to come in again to get a complimentary retone. Seriously - as long as I live in Trussville and she works here, Im not going anywhere else and neither is my husband. Shes also not pushy about products but if you ask her about them, shes very knowledgeable.

Joanna is absolutely fantastic! She revived my hair! Seats are very low though.

Awful. The manager Joanna is completely unprofessionally rude. Every time my sister comes in there and gets her hair done. Shes unhappy and they force her to pay for it anyways. And I. Called the manager to complain about it today and she said its always something isnt it?! Very rudely. Shes insanely rude. And unprofessional. When I spoke with her on the phone I was nothing but nice to her and she was rude the whole time. Will not be going back.

Very nice staff, but the lady who cut my hair did not do as well as I wanted, still she was nice, I just think she was being disturbed by another employee and was not giving my hair the attention that she needed to give me a decent cut.
