I usually keep things pretty simple when it comes to my nails. I was very pleased with the gel manicure I got here. The price was reasonable ($30), and my tech, Lynn, was polite and friendly. The salon had plenty of colors to choose from. My first choice had clumped a little in the bottle, so it couldnt be used. Lynn helped me find another color that was nearly identical. Id happily get my nails done here again.Worth noting that there is a $2 charge for a nail file and buffer. You can bring them back with you for future use, so its only a factor for your first visit.

Went today and had a mani-pedi done by Nancy. Very gentle, took her time, very nice. Definitely will be going back again for the next one!

My daughter went to get here to get her nails done the way she want it and they did not provide that service because they said her nails were too little they made the decision to have her nails so short there was no point in getting her nails done meanwhile when we go to other places to get our nails done we dont have that problem so I will not be returning my business there ever again

They do have attitude but what salon doesnt? They do however get the job itself done and they do it well.

Being that it was my first time they customer service was horrible I ask for the extra pedicure with the gel soak and the hot rocks I got a regular pedi and the lady didn’t even care to fix my toe nail I had dug in due to and in grown toe they made my first experience going to a nail salon in Binghamton HORRIBLE ILL NEVER GO AGAIN AND I WASTED 45$ and still tip the lady worst place ever

Left disappointed twice, with lumpy nails & toes. Got gel both times paid over $100 & the service took almost 2 hrs. They are friendly but the quality & speed needs improvement smh!

The owner is very rude. They charge extra for everything that is normally included in the price. They cannot do designs and the customer service us horrible...I had to pay just for them to correct an error on their end and I will NEVER come back. Ladies save your time and money. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE

This place is high quality! Outstanding service I get every time I go there. I’ve been going there now over 20 years! Will not go anywhere else. Tina is outstanding!

I love this nail place. Im giving it 3 stars b/c the last two times I went in (for a simple manicure, no polish) she put one coat on. I could have that myself.My point is: dont get Tina always wait for somebody else. Shes always in a rush. (1st chair)

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to. They rushed everything and wouldnt listen to me. They tried to use unsanitary files. The nails were put on crooked when I said something about it she ignored me and when I mentioned it again she argued it was fine. She rushed through the polish and design. It was so sloppy. A young child could have done better at home. 1st time Ive never tipped. $40 wasted Ill never go back there. Absolutely disgusting salon. Make sure u request new files and buffers!

Extremely rude here. I got in first and the lady I went to sat me down in the nail chair to do my acrylics, a group of people came in for manicures and pedicures and she told me to wait. She then did all of their manicures and pedicures before doing me when I had got there first and she even sat me in her station. So after an HOUR of sitting there, when she got back to me she didn’t even apologize. She didn’t say a word, just grabbed my hands and proceeded to do my acrylics very rough and sloppy. She cut my fingers with her tools so many times. That can’t be sanitary.

I love this place. Tina is awesome with her eyebrows skills. Ive only had to wait at the most 10 minutes. They do exactly as you ask and I have had so many compliments on my nail art. I love the fact that I have my own set of equipment. I highly recommend it.

Been going here since they were at their old location across the lot. Then I moved out of town for a while. Came back and they are still amazing. I appreciate their work so much and the atmosphere is down to earth and friendly.

The BEST customer service! Tina is the eyebrow master! I have been recommended here many times- many people go there, Id call ahead just incase there is a wait. Brand new, comfortable equipment. Wonderful salon chairs. Ten stars!

My nails were done perfectly.

Where do I start? Made an appointment days ahead for myself and my friend. Our appointments were made for the same time and my friend was taken in right away and I waited a half hour! My nails were so thick and uneven that i had to take the polish of and fix them myself when I got home. Dont waste your money going here. Horrible!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I recently moved just down the street and figured Id give this salon a shot and it was the WORST mistake I ever made. I paid $40 for a fill (with mood changing gel polish and eyebrows) and not only did Tina file my nails so that half of them were round and the rest of them squared, its only been 2 days and theyre already chipping. I had to refile all my nails myself and now Im going to have to re-polish them too. Ill NEVER go back to this salon again. Im gonna stick with 4ever nails over on the south side.

I dont like this place. Because I am not a regular the two or three times I have tried them I got the girl who makes a mess of my nails and has a total attitude about being asked to fix the mess.Caught her talking about me to other nail technicians when my back was turned and I was drying. I couldnt understand what she was saying but she was gesturing quite a bit.I am not high maintenance (at least I dont think) but I am not from this area and I dont understand why getting your nails done costs so much more than where I used to live for the same exact services. Since I am paying more I expect to at least have the job done correctly and not be given flack for it.

I would give this place a 0 if i could. I went to get acrylic and they did it so thick I couldnt do anything with them on. I had to go take them off the next week.

Lady in here messed my fill up. Went back in and asked her to fix them and she didnt fix them right. I went to another nail salon and they had to fix her mess up. Will never go here again. She also messed up my design I had chosen.

I came in for a mani/pedi. She rushed my pedi and ended up clipping the wrong part of my nail and now its the only nail going in the wrong direction. Its honestly embarassing. I dont want to show my toes. A waste of $25, never again.

A young girl working there cut my cuticles and made me bleed then wiped it with alcohol! She then painted my nails touching the paint brush in my wound adding paint into my cut! There was no concern or apologies!! Paint bottle is now infected, that girl was rude and the service was bad. Will NOT return!!!!!!
