My sister and I had been trying nail salons here in the Binghamton area and we were having a hard time finding a place that would consistently do a good job. We went to Nikkis on a whim and have been going back every 2-3 weeks for our uv gels. They are very clean, friendly, and provide quality service every time. Ashley is always willing to accommodate us and does a fantastic job. Everyone there is professional but still makes you feel comfortable like you havebeen a customer for years. Thank you Nikkis! ❤️

Best nail salon Ive been to in a long time. The staff are great and very accommodating. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. My dip nails turned out great and were for a great price. I would reccomend to everyone and I will be going back again.

Nail tech (not Nikki, she does a fabulous job) was very nice but my nails came out lumpy, not fully covered and had hair stuck in them. Left without saying anything because of frustration.Edit*Within an hour of getting my nails done my gel started to peal off 2 of my nails.Worst manicure ever.

Nikki always goes above and beyond my expectations, as do all the other employees. The new location is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and can easily hold a conversation with you during your pampering. Highly recommended, i won’t go anywhere else!

I recently came in for a service that I am definitely happy with, without a doubt they do very nice work.However, I had called ahead of time just to make sure they accepted walk-ins (because some salons Ive used become too busy at times), just to be sure I didnt waste a trip to town. The girl I spoke with on the phone said yes and sort of laughed like it was a ridiculous question. So I kind of felt stupid for asking. So I drove down right away and walked in only to be asked if I had an appointment, to which I said no. I was then told that they wouldnt be able to get to me for at least another hour. So I essentially came down just to make an appointment anyway for a later time that same day. Thankfully I had some errands to run, so even though I had to kill a lot of time, I didnt waste the trip down. I came back ten minutes early to my appointment but wasnt actually seated until 25 mins after my appointment time.They are busy which means they do great work. I would highly suggest making an appointment though.

I went to nikkis for the first time yesterday! I had Ashley and she is absolutely phenomenal! She was very friendly and professional and my nails look absolutely beautiful ! I recommend this place 1000 times over ! Everyone should come here to get pampered ! The staff and the services are the best around !

First time. Yes, everyone’s friendly, but 2 hours for a mani/pedi? Way too slow. Customers who were waiting got up and left after being told it was a short wait.
