Perfect...best pedi and mani in Broome County in my opinion. I will definitely be back and I would most definitely recommend this establishment. My nail technician was amazing. Shes number 7 seat, and worth every dime.

If i could give tommy’s 0 stars i definitely would. i went to remove my acrylics today, i noticed two green spots on my thumb and pointer finger. i basically paid $50 for fungus in my nails. this absolutely disgust me. this was my third time going to tommy’s and i was hoping they would do a better job, then last time. i’m embarrassed, i went to this nail salon. the guy who did my nails didn’t smooth out the nail by my cuticles, left pockets under every single nail, most my nails were crooked.

Tommys is one of the best around all nail techs are good and sweet and helpful

Had terrible experience there, not only my nail fell off the next day, but they overcharged me too. The management is terrible, and same with the service they provide you. I literally paid $70 for nails that lasted ONE day

I went for my post winter pedicure. The staff is friendly, service was fast even though it was packed, and the place is sparkling clean. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend.

This was my go to place for getting my fingernails done for a long time, but wasnt impressed the last time I went. Acrylics are not the right size for my nails, and the girl kept burning me. Pedicures are great here though!

Tommys was my go to for a good cheap pedicure but lately not only have the prices gone up but the quality has gone down. i went in this morning for a gel pedicure and she didn’t do a top coat and now it looks like this. pretty disappointed

Terrible nail salon, worst one i’ve ever been to actually. they overcharged me and i ended up paying $63, 2 nails fell off in the matter of 3 days, and they look super ugly too. very unprofessional and rude workers. DO NOT go here, unless you want terrible nails for a very high price.

I got dip powder nails, no manicure was done to start, so my cuticles were in the way. The only cuticle removal done was with the rotary file, OW, leaving me with red marks, and hangnail still present. The dip itself is very uneven, and they couldnt find the color i picked. Tommy did my service. I had to purchase my own file and buffer, but he used a reusable and apparently uncleaned rotary file to rip my skin off, and I bled on it, so I dont understand the purchase I was forced to make.

My daughter was there Saturday morning and had her nails done and when she got to the car she noticed that the sides of all her nails were not fully painted and the lengths were not even, etc. so she went back in to have them fixed and they told her she would have to come back at 6:45 before they close. She asked if she could just be put back on the list to go to the next available person so she did not have to come all the way home and then back again and they said no you have to come back later as we are busy. She wont be back ever, very BAD customer service. She had to go spend another $50 to have them redone to fix their mistakes.

Nikki runs a beautiful salon with a well trained staff and trained technicians.

At first the way he had shaped them was some what good but after he didn’t apply the nail polish good and 3 of my nails came out cricked . I don’t recommend this place at all, move on and find another one I was really upset and I told him and he responded with “your finger is cricked” boy bye my fingers are normal I just left and I’m gonna take them off right away. Very upset the price was $65 and WAS NOT WORTH IT they OVERPRICE even with simple nails.

I love getting my nails done by Ann however when one broke a day later the owner fixed it on Sunday when there suppose to be closed and while Im vet appreciative of that his job was very rushed and did not match my other nails it was bumpy and chunky. However Ann at station 12 is great for nail dip and speciality designs the only one if trust to do my nails however it is a bit pricey especially for ombre colors nails cost me 55$ not including tip!

I had such a great experience here! All of the staff was very friendly and I appreciated the safety precautions they took for COVID. I showed my nail tech a picture on my phone of the design I wanted, and she did it perfectly. I love my nails and I loved my experience here again! Will be returning.

My toes were done well by the lady but when we got to my fill it went south. The shaping of the nails and the acrylic application was horrible. When I asked to fix it she fixed one nail and moved on. And when I asked for them to be taken off they insisted I continue and pay even after expressing I don’t like them.

I have been going to Tommy Nails for the past 16 years , it’s highly recommended, it is exceptionally clean and I would never go anywhere else. I drive an hour every 10 days to have my nails and feet done , also waxing they are the best. If you want a great nail salon that’s clean and sterile this is the place to go and I would add it’s worth the drive .

Waited outside for 2 1/2 hours and never received service. I came with a group of people that all received their services from there. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Youre better off going to Lees nails across the street. They are way more considerate of peoples patience and they have their sh*t together. And also I did enter and ask how much longer I had to wait, I was told to wait in my car.

Okay. Nice place but my pedicure was really short with a very short massage. Nail polish chipped the same day and I had to come back in. They were nice about fixing it but I dont think Ill go back unless other places are hard to book. There are lots of technicians so the wait times arent super long

I’ve been going to Tommy’s for over 15 years. I’ve been greeted by first name for many years when I walk in and have had several very competent technicians. It’s the only place I get facial waxing- she does such a wonderful job, taking her time and paying close attention to detail. I love how family friendly they are- they’ve given my 6 year old daughter the princess treatment on a few occasions. Always my first nail service/waxing recommendation.

My nails were very uneven and shaped weird when I was told square. They have the c shape curve that wasn’t pretty for acrylics. They were thick. And when I went to my usual nail artist all of them laughed due to how bad they were. Nice place just the experience wasn’t good. They felt like there was 5 pounds on each nail. Was not worth the money. Highly disappointed.VERY expensive compared to other places

Reviews were so great...I dont understand...? Tips are all raggedy, color uneven, definitely going to have to redo this within a week. Technician was lovely, but I wonder if theyre not under pressure to use less product or something, as this is one of the weakest gel manis Ive ever had.

I am only giving them 1 star as they use very harmful acrylic on your nails. MMA acrylic is harmful for both your heath and your nails, and that is what it seems they use. When soaking off my nails the acrylic was gooey, sticky and started to harden again once I got it out of the acetone almost immediately. It took me hours to get this off my nails.If you are going to the salon for gel nails or regular polish, the staff seemed efficient and friendly. However I would not recommend getting acrylic, and I would look up the health risks for MMA before going.

NEVER GO!!! Seems like a good place, however I went here twice when I couldn’t make it to my regular nail technician. Once I went back to her and she looked at my acrylic tips she told me to NEVER go back again. I had fungus in 4 nails. The same thing happened to a friend of mine. Not careful with their work AT ALL!!!

I hate to give a bad review, but.....Poor service. Quantity does not mean Quality! I even gave the benefit of doubt and went back two more times after the first disappointing experience. The last three times I went there, the work was rushed, leg massage was rushed, I felt as though I was being rushed through what is supposed to be a relaxing and rewarding treat for myself! And when I got home, I noticed some of the nails were not even completely painted to the edge. Three strikes and you are out!

The owners Tommy and his wife Lyn work very hard to make sure that everyone who visits their salon has a great experience and is happy with the service they received.

This place is the best place around , the nails are strong and last very long . I go to Nacy , #3 shes perfect . Nice ,quick, creative and always is a perfectionist . I have anxiety , and she doesnt push me to talk so I feel more comfortable . Sometimes overcharged by small amounts and the wait time is long usually but shes quick in the chair. Overall no compliants .

I gave it four stars because I have never gotten my nails done here so I dont know anything about that but the place is always very clean and people friendly, but I do go here to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady(her name escapes me) who does them always does a really great job!
