My wife and I are so happy with our new agent Zach. He has saved us a few hundred dollars because our Flood insurance was misquoted. He fixed my sons Life Insurance Policy because we did not understand it when it was setup with another company. I suggest at the very least speak to them and they can help look at all your policies. We recently switched to State Farm Auto insurance a few months ago because they were able to save us a ton. Well...my husband rolled our car a couple weeks ago due to icy roads and broke his back . He also had a passenger in the car who,luckily,was not injured. State Farm started taking care of us from day one! Teams of people were on the claim with in 24 hours. We received calls to take care of our totalled car and had a check within a few days. They made sure he had coverage for lost wages lf we needed it,made sure all of our medical was taken care of and also for our friend who was in the car who had to go to the hospital and incurred bills. We have recieved phone calls from our agents and others asking how my husband was doing. To say we are impressed is an understatement! They have been more like a good neighbor and friend through all this. We are so glad we switched to State Farm! Its hard to find companies like this anymore!
