Very very very poor insurance agent! As a longtime customer(over 7 years) I can legitimately say that I dont believe that she should be a insurance agent. Every time she has personally handled my account there have been serious problems! Generally she leaves alot of the work to her assistant. Her former assistant handled my account wonderfully with minimal issues, but maddie has a tendency to do things without explaining what she is doing and then it doesnt work out as intended. Maybe its Allstate in general but from my personal experience I dont believe that she is the best person to be handling these things. Allstates rates have risen consistently even with a clean record. I give Allstate a 3 star, but this specific office is not one I recommend.
