Great hospitality, caring staff, and good service. I really appreciate the shuttle service they provide so I could wait at my home instead of the lobby while my car was being serviced and then when my car was ready they came and picked me up! The driver was a very sweet older gentleman. So far, I have not been disappointed by their services!

My visit was pleasant they told it was going to be two hours and my truck was done with ten minutes to spare granted my tires were ordered the day before. And they had four trucks before me so Im happy with my set of tires.

Helpful from the 1st call, Jasmine is awesome! I had a pretty good oil leak while on a big roadtrip, needed oil pan gasket and front seal replaced. Travis is the man! Very clean and detail oriented. Everyone is friendly, helpful and I felt I could trust whatever they said needed doing. Totally worth it. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Back in 2016 heading back home to RI from Cal. I had a dual steer tire emergency. Both tires had failed and were down to the steel cords. Found these guys on line and called them. They were fantastic. Understood my situation but were booked up pretty solid for the next day. They rearranged the schedule for ME gave me a great price for two tires installed and by mid morning had the tires mounted balanced installed!! Who does that!? These guys literally saved our lives! Could not be happier. Highly recommend this shop if you need tires! Plus they were so polite. KUDOS to all that helped us.

Ive never been so disappointed in any shop as this one!! I came to get my tires changed. First it took over an hour to get to my car then had to come back because they didnt put proper air in the tires. Then got a call they put wrong tires on my car. Well I thought they would be able to put a linement on my car. They have me one price get here & was told another price by $25 more than I was given. Shame how they do business!!

I dont think this business is really structured for John q public. Lot of business vehicles in shop with first priority and the public are just work ins. Theyll get to you if they can. If not, oh well! I knew they were a mistake when I was asked do u have an appt Who needs an appt for a balance and rotation?Anybody can sell tires. It takes professionalism to be truthful about estimated wait times. You totally disregard the customers words...and only focus on money and profits. I clearly asked if you could get to it today. You said it would be 3 hrs before u could get to it. 7 hrs later, you hadnt touched it and wouldnt be sure if you could get to it today. And you only communicated with me after/ when I asked for an update. A total disregard for my time. I also stated I was going out of town tonight. So if you think you wont have time let me know... Oh no we should be able to take care care of ya Mr. Stewart. I will never come here again.

My tire had a blow out while entering the GN casino ... after I realized what had happened, I started making calls... from my roadside help app to MANY different places.. my car didn’t have a spare and the tire was a “ special order” type... so, I wasn’t able to just change the tire and go on... I had to be towed... starting with ABCO towing... what a nice guy ( Dan?)that came and got my car. He was careful with it and lifted the whole car up... he let me ride with him to Southern Tire. I first talked to a nice young lady who then transferred me to Anthony... he went out of his way to be helpful and take care of my tire needs. He found the special order tire... about an hour away... so instead of saying it couldn’t be fixed today, the GM of the store got in his truck and went to get the tire for me ! So while I was getting towed, he was finding a new tire for me... I waited in the lobby ( which was quite busy with lots of folks that needed help) Everyone was greeted either on the phone or in person by the young lady/ receptionist... she was very personable, caring and helpful... after listening to my dilemma, she was genuinely caring and encouraging. The GM made it back with my tire, they changed it and I was on my way in about an hour’s time. I’m so thankful for all of the folks at Southern Tire for going out of their way to help me... especially Anthony and the GM ( I didn’t get his name) and the young lady at the front desk. Thank you Sourhern Tire!!!

Fantastic Service. Replaced a blown tire on my NEW to me Tiffin Wayfarer Class C RV. Was in and out in less than 1 hour! Had a top end tire used on ambulances, So I know they took good care! Thanks again. We made it home to SO Cal this afternoon!

The ladies in the office were awesome. But I had an appointment for 9 am. So I got there at 10 til. It took this kid 2 and a half hours to change, mount, and balance 4 tires. Ridiculous if you ask me. Next time I will be going elsewhere.

This place is top notch. I brought my 32 foot class C in because of a slow leak on the rear interior tire. They quickly checked it out and found the leak was a faulty valve extension. Unfortunately they didnt stock them and I really didnt want to buy from Camper World across the street. No charge and welcomed me to come back and get the new ones put back on when I got them in. I will definitely be recommending them to others and when it comes time to buy tires I will be buying from them. Thanks folks for the outstanding service and kindness!!!

Called and was dispatched to this location these fellas were helpful right away with an awesome shops top of the line equipment multiple guys worked together to diagnose my issue . Then DIDNT CHARGE ME ! Southern hospitality son. I asked if I could pay the mechanic who worked on my rig and they said kool. Super knowlegable folks here down to earth test drove with me to diagnose. Couldnt ask for better service. Thanks yall in glad I stopped here.

On the commercial side, Billy is who youll deal with. Hes professional, prompt, and the guys he works with really do a good job. I get all of my tire work done here when I can. The BEST 3-axle alignments Ive ever had, bar none.Just came in today, 3.20.20, to get both steers and steer shocks replaced on my truck due to what was diagnosed by the Freightliner around the corner as severely worn kingpins. Billy had the crew check the kingpins for me and reported back that, in fact, the kingpins were not worn at all and then promptly offered to check my 3-axle if I had the time.Im sure you can get this level of service elsewhere in the industry, but I have yet to find it. Cant praise these guys enough.

I rarely leave Bad reviews about places but this is gonna be one of the worst tire shops on the gulf coast that I have ever been to for one, they have no idea whats going on two, theyre very unprofessional three, The wait is way to long for anything even if you come here to get air in your tire youre going to be waiting an hour. This place is ridiculous and I will never come here again, not even if my life depended on it.

This is actually my second time to submit a review regarding Southern Tire Mart’s Biloxi location. I had to come in for some routine maintenance and they were so nice and friendly, they actually remembered me from my last visit and called me by name! I have to compliment the manager, Mike Scott and his crew for running such a smooth operation and maintaining such a pleasant environment at the store. I really did not have much of a wait at all and I was back on the road running more errands in no time flat! My thanks again to Southern Tire Mart!!!

They were great! I have an RV trailer that thought may need new tires due to uneven wear. They inspected it and told me that we had just under half the life left on the tires instead of trying to sell me new ones, the even adjusted the air pressure. Highly recommended!

Not only did these folks provide excellent service in our tire purchasing process, they went above and beyond in helping us to find another business to fix our brake problem. They even called the businesses for us to explain the brake issue. Ill drive 25 minutes away for that kind of care and service.

Bought a set of Toyo tires for my 2014 Tiffin Bus. I coordinated with them for an estimate and tire availability 2 days prior and they advised me that installation would take 2 hours from the time I pulled into the bay. I showed up at opening, 7:30, and they put me right in a bay. I pulled out at 9:05. Great service! They were also very good about answering my questions. The waiting area and coffee were great also. Theyll get my business again.

Had my trailer tire get a flat and was able to limp in to the Biloxi store where I was told to drive around back and somebody would tell me where to go..hmmm. I had no idea how good they would take care of me and most of all how inexpensive the repair was. Great Job STM

Until today..... Called on 9-24-2019 at 10:39 am and ordered two Firestone front tires for a backhoe, $373.94, they will be here Saturday (9-28-2019), Once I heard Who did you talk to, I knew...... Just got back home, no order, no Firestone tires, not so much as a sorry for messing up a weeks worth of your schedule.

I would not go anywhere else. Reggie, Anthony and the entire team are excellent and they always give it to you straight, with no b.s. Good prices and products. Best service center on the Coast. Dont waste your time and money anywhere else.

Took 3 hours just for an oil change. I ended up being late for work. It’s a nice facility but you need to plan out your day with extra time if you plan on coming here for anything.

Expensive on balancing, rotation, oil changes, etc compared to almost every competitor on the coast. Also, Make sure theyre actually rotating your tires and not just saying they did and charging you for the service. They didnt even rotate mine after waiting for over an hour and a half getting oil changed and rotation. Had to tell them I marked a tire and it was in the same spot as when I brought it. Heard same thing happen to another person. He apologized and they pulled it back in to rotate, then they tried upselling me on ball joints and bushings when I literally had them replaced two months prior. Had another shop look and he said they were in great condition.

These people will break your simulators/hubcaps then refuse to replace them. They blame it on the manufacturer. I will never take my business here again. If they cant get a hubcap off with out breaking it, then they are probably not very good at real mechanic work. Every other shop I have ever been to will replace a part if they break it. Bad business practice. They lost a good but of business today.

I was in a bind and the guys at Southern Tire Mart took care of it and helped get me back going quick! Definitely would go back!

I usually do not write bad reviews but my experience with this shop was abysmal. Went there to buy new tires and to get an alignment. Turned from 1 visit to about ~10 visits. I had make several trips back because they messed something up each time.One of those mistakes was that they cross threaded my wheel studs while torquing the lug nuts which stripped the wheel studs. I had to have them replace it along with the wheel bearings which have to be replaced when the hub is removed. They did not replace it with a new one like they were suppose to. Instead they tried to rig it up and reuse the original wheel bearing. They already tried to cut corners on replacing the stud by hacking up my dust cover so that says a lot there. There were several other things they did such as damage my wheels while mounting tires. Even after all this, I was very patient and calm about this so I expected them to make things right but they didnt. Only a few months later, the same wheel bearing they replaced is making a lot of noise. I am paying out the pocket to have this problem resolved and I refuse to allow them to touch my car with a 10 ft pole.After all that, I will never make another trip back ever! I will be driving 45 minutes to Foreign & Domestic Auto Care instead, even though Southern Tire Mart is down my street.
