Back in June 2021 we wanted to rent a half ton pickup for a week from the BIllings store. I believe we reserved the truck back in February 2021. But when we arrived, there was no truck because of the world wide car shortage. Needless to say we were not happy. Unhappy to the point that I offered to pistol whip someone if they thought it would help get a truck. After thanking me for not pistol whipping anybody, the manager (I think his name was Matt) offered us the only vehicle he had available a 3/4 ton cargo van. Also they said they would call if a half ton truck showed up. We took the van and left. A day or two later I received a call from the little girl from Antlers, Oklahoma saying we could come pick up our truck. We picked it up and all was good.The folks at the BIllings Montana Enterprise Truck Rental store never lost their cool and were cordial even when faced with unhappy customer. I will rent trucks from them again.

This place is AMAZING as for Mike he will take care of you. Their customer service is amazing will never go anywhere else. Thank you Mike and Enterprise for making our trip to pick up my mom a great experience.

Rented a large truck to haul furniture from California to Billings in my 14x7 foot enclosed trailer. Results were excellent. I even slept in the large back seat for four nights, no problem. Truck ran smooth through snow storms and icy roads. Reliable. Would rent from them again.

The team at Billings rental were so helpful. Our first rental they gave us had bald front tires. We ran it back over to them & they gave usanother rental quickly. They waived a portion of our bill and waived the mileage frees. Will use them again next yr for our annual camping trip

These guys are simply amazing! I used to work for Enterprise as well a few years back and honestly I could not believe how amazing these guys were! I walked in there and Dan simply got me in a brand new van within minutes at a fair rate. I drove the van from MT all the way to CT ( 2200 miles) in 3 days without any issues whatsoever and was even able to drop the van at a regular Enterprise location after hours. Excellent service guys, keep it up! 10/10!

Raphael and crew at Billings, MT Enterprise Truck Rental were superb! We broke down three hours into a 2 week vacation trip with grandkids in the back seat! Was so glad to find Raphael, he was friendly, efficient and got us an outstanding vehicle to tow our trailer. Even threw a topper in for the bed of the truck and then delivered it to us. The truck was brand new and worked like a charm. A couple times during our trip he called to make all was well. He gave us a great deal to top it off. Our vacation was excellent! I whole heartedly recommend this Billings Enterprise and if you can, ask for Raphael!!

Rafael picked us up at the dealership and instantly he was extremely polite, professional and personable! He gave us the best rates, accommodated our needs for a truck so we could make the best out of our situation and was always available to us to answer all of our questions. Need special truck..no better place to get one!!!

We reserved a 15ft truck with a lift gate to move some things out of storage. The day before we were to pick up the truck we received a call that no one had returned any 15ft trucks so at no cost to me they upgraded me to a larger truck they had in stock. I appreciated their transparency throughout the rental and will return here in the future for any of my truck rental needs.

Rented a truck for a little over a month while doing field work in Montana. The staff was extremely helpful and upgraded me to a F250 with 10 ply tires for no extra cost. Really thankful that I went with Enterprise truck.

These folks truly were a Godsend! Ryan was so cordial and friendly as I came into rent a truck due to the fact that Grandmas SUV broke down carrying a trio of turtles and a 10 week old puppy, and pulling a uhaul trailer! Ryan and Dan had us off and on our way to help my son with a move to Seattle. We made it to Washington with absolutely no problems, the truck was great on gas comfortable, everything you could ask for. Once inside WA, I made a stop at the Snoqualmie Recreation area for a quick rest, and while trying to potty that afore mentioned puppy she got away from me, dangerously close to the edge of a dropoff! I dove to grab her and managed to nearly break both my knee caps and dislocated my shoulder, but SAVED THE PUPPY! I however, was in no shape to make the 800 mile trek back to return the truck to Billings in a days time. Thats when Dan swooped into action and saved the day! I was trying to figure out how I was going to survive a ride back with all my pain, when Dan told me he would take care of it all! The anxiety alone caused its own type of pain, but that was alleviated by Dan. He told me all he wanted me to do was take care and feel better. Excellent service, excellent vehicle - we had used Enterprise Truck in Portland so we were so happy to see that Billings had one - what a great company - I would rent from them over any other rental company - had such a bad experience with U-Haul - the brakes were bad in a U-Haul truck and they were going out so we called and they said no refund for scary - will never use U-Haul again - sticking with Enterprise
