The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I rent from this location exclusively solely because of the high quality staff they have.

I had a hitch install appt at 7:30 am and I showed up and they said the hitch was not in yet. They did not email or call to let me know beforehand. They said they would call me the next day and update me but they never did. I called at least 7 times to try and get a refund and they never answered. I never write reviews but this was ridiculous.

Rebecca the manager was really friendly and went above and beyond to help solve my payment issues. 10/10 would recommend this location

Really helpful staff, especially since they were having to provide an item that the originally renting location had given away. Really friendly staff, especially the one who helped with hook-up and loading, that helped answer questions and make sure our car was secured and we knew what to look for in case of any problems.

The girl that was there was grate. But she was the only one there. We were told the tow dolly would be there at 10:45 am. When called was told it was not in. Then found out at 12 pm that it had been there but not checked in . It took another 2 hours to get it and out of the lot. We end up having to stay another night in town because of all the time it took. Very unhappy.

I went to this place yesterday just to fill a small propane tank... the sign said open, all the lights were on and there were 2 people inside. When I get to the door the woman said were closed. I said the sign says OPEN! She says, well, were closed. All I wanted was to get my propane tank filled which would have been less than 5 minutes but she just went back inside, shut off the lights and turned off the OPEN sign and walked to her car. SSOOOO RUDE. The young man that was with her also just walked to his car without saying a word. I will NEVER GO BACK. She needs to take courses on customer service. I would be embarrassed if she worked for my company and should be fired.

Picked up a 6x12 trailer today and Richard was EXCELLENT in making sure I was taken care of. He double checked tire pressure and safety chains.

I rented a tow dolly on June 23rd. I arrived at Uhaul at 12:25pm and left with the car dolly at 12:56pm. I rented it for 24 hours and returned it today, June 24th, at 12:22 pm. The woman who checked me in tried charging me for a 2nd day and she said I was over the 24 hour limit and it was supposed to be back at 10. You dont have to be very smart to know that from 12:56 to 12:22 is right under 24 hours and 10 am is certainly less than 24. This will be the last time I rent from you and I work at a refinery where word of mouth spreads fast. I guarantee you are going to lose money over this.

Poor customer service. I was walked by by the first two employees without even being spoken or acknowledged. Then there the third employee she could not do her job when she did come out. Suspected lie one the system was down. Now I only suspect its a lie because she could not stop checking her text messages. Between lie number two and lie number three. I say poor customer service because this Millennial could not be bothered to put down her phone acknowledge her customer and her job and do her job. I personally would not recommend trying to get a propane tank filled here.

Extremely easy to reserve on-line and I was able to check-in on the way. Very short wait to be helped upon arriving. The equipment was in perfect condition and the agent explained how it worked. The lot was large and easy to navigate. The after hours drop-off was a snap. I simply took a photo with my phone of the dolly, with its placement in the lot.

Horrible service went in to buy a Box they had a display one on that they built said I was unable to buy that 1. Went and looked for 1 in the back didnt have 1 that size told me and refused to let me buy the display Box!!! Waited for 20 minutes to be told no. What a joke. The girl said her boss said there not aloud to sell the boxes they put together. Why have a box on display if you dont carry in stock.

If youre thinking of doing a UBox for moving, think again. Not a good choice. Never pick up their phone, and when the manager finally called me to confirm that it was there and scheduled a time for pickup the next day, we waited 2+ hours for it to be put on the trailer even though we had a time scheduled. Im not sure where the disconnect lies in their customer service, organization and timeliness. Absolutely no regard for the customers time. Will not be using Uhaul again for any moving needs, not worth my time.

Very helpful employees, they were busy but they worked hard for each customer. We reserved online and the process was seamless. I even called to adjust the timeframe and they were very accommodating.

That manager Jackson has such a way with the ladies. Such outstanding service!! I have dreams about this uhaul. He showed me the large variety of magical boxes they have. Such a luscious atmosphere. Best Uhaul in the Universe! The truck selection will leave you moist and as you pull a corsica across town with a luxury orange implement. You will get lost in Jacksons eyes as he helps you with a nice U Box!

Pulled in (uhaul and full car tow).. There was a male worker, right arm sleeve tatted (describing because there was no name tag) he was sweeping the parking lot. Wasnt every nice to begin with.Asked a Q about the way to release the car Straps that was being pulled by the uhaul. he immediately started walking away to escape the Q and waved us off. I asked louder... he didnt turn and said we cant help with anything .. The car strap was alittle rusty and we couldnt release the car strap...He didnt car about customer service..he hid inside until we manage to get it after cutting my finger on the latch.Inside where we find him, he got the miles on the uhaul told us we went over. We expected it, Wasnt a surprise and had no problem paying the 27$ ... I mention what the other uhaul place said about filling the truck up more than what was given and he said and I quote no we do not do that, the best you get is a courtesy thank you for filling it up ...I was shocked and surprised. He kept saying I would give you the money back but THIS computer will not allow it, it just doesnt let us. after a while his co worker, leaned over and said I know how... His face went angry and red.. He said yes i know how to, we arent suppose to he got up walked to the bay doors while making comments very harshly, toward his co worker.. We shouldnt I cant believe you i just told them.. Are you freaking serious.. throwing up his arms, slamming the doors.Where we got the uhaul (another state).. Said if we over filled the tank.. we would get money back, said it would be worth it. thats the only reason why i filled it up.The guy at this location? Total jerk who shouldnt be in the front of a shop, let alone customer service... It was scary..I get you make money for the company.. But do it the right way. His co-worker is a saint to have to deal with his aggravated attitude. I wouldnt be comfortable working with him.

Filled up my propane tank at Uhaul on Grand in Billings, Mt. Got is home, hooked it up and it didnt work. Called Uhaul and they said, Its nothing we did. Worked before you filled up the tank and doesnt work now. Hummmm. Cant be something you did, right? Never again Uhaul, never again.

Horrible customer service. Just lied about the price of the rental, right to my face. I will NEVER use this location again.

I hope that I dont need you guys for a long time. By the way NEVER go online and reserve through BUDGET. They either increase the price or give you a smaller truck at their location. Basic uhaul corporate location. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient.
