Had heard a couple of negatives on this particular dealer, but had a totally positive drop off after a cross country run 4/18/21. The truck had a couple of items (turn signal/marker light malfunction, wiper blades), and the crew took the truck in and actually looked into those items (a first for any drop off). It was raining and we had to wait for a cab. They invited us to wait inside, and hailed an Uber for us since the cab would be almost an hour! And of course offered help in getting another needed reservation in the coming week. Id recommend and visit them again. The truck was clean though I really cannot stand those V10 engines.

The individual that checked out the rental and also took the return was excellent. The whole process was smooth and quick. I checked in online prior to taking the rental and was in and out under 5 minutes. Upon returning it, by the time I exited my vehicle after backing the trailer into a parking spot, he already had the trailer nearly disconnected and said the receipt was already being emailed to me. Quick, easy, painless rental process!

This has to be THE WORST UHAUL EVER!! They never answer their phones, they are very rude and and totally give you the feeling that they would rather be doing anything else but helping you! We will never go back here again!

Dont use these people go somewhere completely diffrent.. I moved from billings montana to casper wyoming in inclement weather and was forced to drop the trailer off in casper as opposed to returning it to billings.. I was charged $372.00 for a uhaul that should have cost $164 as advertised.. You run into issues they dont care.. Just another greedy corporation takin as much money from people they can..

Came here to get propane on a Tuesday night 3/28/17 at 6:30 no one inside of U-Haul no one outside waited 5 minutes then someone comes out of the store and says he has to unhook two trailers before he can help me .......Obviously U-Haul does not Care enough about their customers to have more than one person working a shift....Complete BullShit!!!

The one and only time I made an attempt to do business here, it was 30 minutes before closing and the person responding to me was rude. Granted, it was late, but I was in dire straits and this employee was rude. Far from helpful or considerate. Just rude.Never going back.

Came in the morning of a blizzard right as they were opening up. There was a lot of snow to move in order to get things going, and the staff was obviously very busy. Ed still took the time to explain to me the differences in hitches and help me find the best one for my needs, he even gave me a discount because I was renting a trailer. I asked him if he had something to test my trailer lights with, thinking he had a handy little tester I could borrow. Although he had no tester without hesitation he trudged through knee deep snow, cleared snow off of a trailer, helped me back my truck up, hooked me up and tested my lights hook up for me. Even though it was a rough morning everybody was smiling. I will definitely return.

Associate was very rude. Service was horrible. Had to go to another location. Where that associate was very helpful

I rented from here cross country...brakes didnt work, water was coming in through the windshield, water was coming in through the roof.....the will make sure they service the truck appropriately is what I received from them. AVOID RENTING FROM THEM.

They go out of their way to help. David is pretty awesome and the rest of the staff is on point.

The business I work for utilizes their services several times a year. They are always friendly and fast with checking on a specific vehicle for us. They have provided vehicles on short notice before. Weve never had a dispute over the correct charge for fuel or damage that was preexisting.

Uhaul is the best place ever ! The guys that work there are very friendly.....very helpful.....and tries their best to please you in every which way ! Thank you all for the best service ever !!

Not impressed with the staff at this location. Had a nine reservation didnt get helped till 930 skipping people ahead. Its very frustrating to watch all these people get help that showed up after you. If I need to move again Ill use penske.

Best uhaul location Ive ever seen. Employees work hard but are stretched too thin

These guys really do try hard to please. Storage is very secure with every unit having its own alarm! Is that even a thing? Makes me sure this is the place to store my mothers goods before the rest of the family is done going through them.

Stupid people working on counter and phone. You ask, tell them what you need. Then they act like you are making them work. OMG. i am the customer. If it is not for people like me coming in to buy or rent from you. YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB...

Terry the general mangers is a very unprofessional man. Has no business being a manager of anything. I will never again use uhaul for anything. Horrible business practices.

Told me my newer f250 could not pull a less then 3000 pounds and that my truck is to light to pull anything. Are they stupid ?.

Was moving not too long ago went in there three different times was in there for 20 never even seen someone at front desk
