This is a great place to rent a car. The vehicle I rented was super nice and Chris made everything so easy. He even gave me a ride home when I dropped my rental off. Great service from start to finish!

Seriously shady. Avoid. I called to rent a truck and a car from them. They quoted me 35 a day on the car but when I went to pick up they tried to charge 75 a day. I made a fuss and they dropped it to 55. (obviously just making up numbers)But it gets so much better.... (worse).I picked up a the truck (and paid over 700 dollars to rent it). It had a chip in the window and the gas tank was half full. The license plate fell off because they didnt attach it properly. I pulled over and picked it up. When I returned it they yelled at me about the plate when it was their own fault for not attaching it properly. I returned the vehicle in perfect condition and followed the instructions they told me on dropping it off. They then came back at said I need to pay a fee for improper drop off, gas tank not full, and lied and said I broke the windshield when I did not. I have photos proving I didnt break the windshield and will see you guys in court.

Easy to deal with, great prices on their rentals, and doesnt require a ridiculous deposit if you use a credit card... however if you use a debit card you will require a deposit but it is fully refundable. Just might be my new choice for car rentals in town

After hidden out of state charges from Enterprise, and a rental fee that wasnt mentioned by Hertz (and their poorly selected customer service person at the airport) we ended up using Rent A Wreck- i regret not calling them first! They explained all of the charges, when asked, walked us through their process and were really kind and polite.

Friendly, courteous, they were short handed because they had people out sick, but they still got us in and out quickly.

Great company! They had my car waiting for me at the airport when my flight landed. Easy to deal with and very affordable prices. The car was nice and brand new 2018 at that 🤗 very pleased and will definitely rent from them again on my next visit! I recommend them to anyone

The guys at Rent-A-Wreck we’re phenomenal! Old man and I have been on a road trip from Georgia to Washington State, driving a 20’ uhual truck with an auto transport trailer. We blew a tire right on the edge of Billings. Swapped the tire ourselves then realized the leaf springs ubolts had broken off. Nothing the guys at Rent-A-Wreck couldn’t handle for us. Trailer was repaired in under 45 minutes with all new tires, new leaf springs, and new ubolts. A great experience and very friendly staff!

Pay $50.00 more and rent from Avis! The car was not full of gas, i called and was told to take a picture and they would make it right when I returned to car. Turned the car in and was told the tank was not full. I showed the picture and all the employees just stood there looking at me, they all said we did not talk to you, you did not call i even brought up my call history that showed the call time matching the date stamp on the picture, still nothing. So, they got me for gas that I did not use, they held $250.00 on my card for over 6 days. Said their computers were down and could not process my credit. An employee drove me back to my house and told me that the owner leases these cars, he likes you to use your own insurance so he can get you for damage that you did not do while the car was in your care, happens all the time. The car was dirty, sunflowers seeds all over the backseat! Eaten seeds, spit out everywhere. You will save money using this company in the beginning however the contract you sign makes you responsible for everything on the car, including TIRE damage. I have to say, I did get my $250.00 dollars back but I know I waited 6 days because it was not their priority to return my money, I was shocked when I got my money back. After working with these people, I was sure they were going to keep it!

All cars are low mileage 2012 and newer, clean, and reliable friendly and very helpful staff couldnt ask for a better service.they picked me up at the air port and dropped me back off for free. pricing was cheaper then the other guys.I will recommend them to anyone I come across in the future GREAT!!!THANKS AGAIN RENT A WRECK.

This is a great company! Dan went way out of his way to help me on a recent stay over the Christmas holiday. Cars are not brand new but they are clean and you cannot beat the prices.

Absolutely terrible. Got 150 miles from town and car developed a bad vibration. Stopped on the side of the road to see what was going on and I see that one tire is worn almost to the belting and the three others are almost bald. The vibration was from a tire separating. I called rent a wreck and asked them want they wanted me to do about this. I was told you did the walk around and did not say anything about the tires and then I was hung up on. The car was unsafe with the tires on it. So I had to either buy new tires for the whole car or tow it back. I decided to tow it back. I was not going to give these guys new tires on this car. The cost of the tires would have been four times that of the rental. What a bunch of crooks. These guys were terrible to deal with when a problem developed and if you rent from them and something happens youre going to get screwed. Better to go with more reputable rental company so that if anything happens they are willing to help out.

TOTAL SCAMMERS... Dropped our cleaned out uhaul truck with all furniture pads to the after hours drop here and were charged for both cleaning and missing pads! And the manager hung up the phone when I inquired about the false charges... DO NOT USE THEM
