Called to schedule a pedicure expecting to have to wait a day or two before I could get in. They got me in the very next morning. Place was clean and very relaxing. Im a ticklish person and this was the best pedicure Ive ever had. Pressure wasnt hard or too soft. I LOVED the entire experience and Ill be back for my future nail needs

Shannon C. has cut, foiled, styled my hair, waxed and colored my eyebrows for at least 20 years as well as my late mother. I wouldnt go anywhere else for these services. Shannon is the only person who understands how to style my thick, curly hair and thus always making it beautiful. She is an artist. Nailissimo is fabulous, friendly and clean salon with very upbeat staff who are always smiling. 5+ stars!!! I highly recommend this very reputable salon that had been in business for many years.

Got a full set of acrylic nails by Jordan Hand that fell off in a day. When I answered a question about their business on Facebook telling that experience, a manager I assume called me a liar on there and then got me banned from the group when I responded with a picture. Unprofessional aholes

Tiffany H. did an amazing job cutting and coloring my pixie! I have thick, almost black hair and she was able to bleach my hair blonde enough to get the purple I wanted without damaging it to the point it wouldnt hold color. Im also pretty picky about how I like my pixie cut, but she did a fantastic job with my cut too.If you want to try a pixie cut or if you have really dark hair and you want to go lighter, request Tiffany. Shell hook you up!

Maria Viera is the best nail tech!! Ill never see anybody else for my nails. She is always open to my new ideas for nails, time and time again. She is very artistic and it shows in her work. Maria also makes sure that every nail looks its best.. I had a nail chip about a day after my manicure and she took time out of her busy schedule to fix my nail for free. I cannot recommend her enough!

Ive been going here for a few months now to get my monthly pedicures and everything was fine but the last two months I got really bad ingrown toenails and $75 seems like a lot of money for no massage, and the pain of having another ingrown toenail. I cant even walk and I had to get part of my toenail cut out by a doctor.

I have never had a pedicure where you have a seat and start soaking and are NOT asked to pick out your polish! Soaked for less than 5 min., then started the work. Wasnt asked whether I wanted my toenails short or long...just left them long so I had to trim them myself when I got home. Basically no massage compared with other places Ive gone! Hardly any heel callous work and then charging $60!!!! Shocked. I can get a better pedicure Cody for $30!

This was recommended to me by another salon who couldn’t fit me in as I was traveling through on a business trip. Nail-issimo’s receptionist and nail technicians worked hard to make an appointment work for me. I highly recommend nail technician, Hillary, as my nails are beautiful and very professional looking.

While my haircut here was fine, the experience was the worst Ive ever had. First of all the fumes had me nauseated and light headed so I wasnt feeling my best when stylist Kari called me up and immediately became passive aggressive, condescending, catty and impatient. She seemed to take issue with me right away, which only got worse when she found out I wasnt from Billings or Montana. The haircut itself felt an assault. By the end of our brief encounter I felt like crap, and I got up to go pay at the counter when she looked at me in an accusatory way and told me the price of the service. I apologized telling her I assumed the register was at the front desk. She managed a half sneering smile telling me I could pay her directly. I dont typically write reviews, especially negative ones. Im not a customer service snob, I know we are all human and have bad days or bad chemistry with certain people. But it hurts to to feel judged and under person attack when you are a paying for a service.

I have been going to Shelby to have my nails done for a few years now and she is amazing! Her artwork is incredible and she is always so fun and welcoming. The rest of the ladies that I have interacted with at the salon have been great as well and the receptionist is very helpful and friendly.

They go out of their way to make you feel very comfortable and very much at ease while doing a spectacular job on your hair nails and facial massages. The gals at Nail-issimo are always friendly and professional. Heather is my go to gal for a pedicure! I normally call last minute when my mom is planning on coming to town for a girls day and they have always worked us in for a little TLC.. The only thing I dont like is they got rid of the City Brew inside and I find the recording every time I call to be a little annoying.. but definitely far from a deal breaker!

WORST MANICURE/PEDICURE OF MY LIFE. If youre the manicurist, and you see the red nail polish overlapping onto my skin, that it isnt even up top, and isnt even touching the end of my cuticles, wouldnt you redo it? Instead of proceeding and charging my 90 dollars?? My 5 year old cousin could have done a better job, and not to be mean but this is the 3rd place I have been to in Billings and have lost my patience. I want my money back and I want to take this off. Yuck!

I return time after time to this salon and love it every time. The people are so friendly and Brittney Jamieson always does such a great job on my hair. I have had people stop me and ask me where I get it done. The atmosphere is always upbeat, and I love that I can get coffee while I am relaxing!

I went in to get an eyebrow wax and a manicure. The manicure was great! The eyebrow wax was awful. The girl took off too much of one eyebrow and they were uneven. I noticed it when I got home and washed my face and noticed. I will never return for that nor do I recommend them for their waxing.

Shelby Kappel is very creative nail artist. She can hand paint special designs. She is pleasant and very professional.

Molly Fitzpatrick is the only person I will let cut my hair!! I used to go to another location (sportclips) where they apparently only know one style, and cant seem to keep employees that were finally figuring out what I wanted...a fee 3 or 4 tries. I was referred to Molly about 5 months ago, and she cut it just the way I was looking for. Now I dont have to wear a hat to work for weeks waiting for the next attempt...unless I want to, lol.

Worst haircut ever. One lady thinned the heck out of my hair. It looked terrible and took nearly a year to grow out. My hair is thick and I like thinning, but it should never be thinned THAT much! Two stars because I had other services there that were ok but not amazing. The chemical smell from the nails is overwhelming.

I LOVE coming to NAil-issimo Salaon & Spa. I have had the same hairdresser for nearly 13 years and I travel 3 hours one way just to come see her at the salon. Never rushed, always takes her time to make me feel like Im the most important person ~ and thats just what I need when I treat myself to some me time. Ive had pedicures done here, and even false eye lashes! Which I loved! So Ive been happy with all the services they have to offer! Great place! Try it if you havent already!

This has always been my go to for hair.. I have always had Wonderful hair colorists, stylists and the two women over my 15 years of getting extensions off and on were and are both wonderful, kind and helpful. Its a bummer to have to say though, that although I send many friends to this hair salon, the nail experience over the past two years has been atrocious. Not only did I take a taxi for a scheduled appt last year, which the receptionist rescheduled without my knowledge, when I texted my nail tech to explain that I had spend $18 on a taxi & it was their mistake; she still said that she wouldnt come in as she was taking the day off. I cant afford to spend that type of money to be told I cannot recieve the services I had scheduled. I then waited about a year and rescheduled and was told she can not paint simple nail art and suggested another woman. Although it took 3 hours, and was $80 plus a tip for a full set, I was satisfied enough, I suppose, to schedule a two week fill that day (since I usually get solid colors.) By the 3rd day 3 nails lifted off. Day four another. I let them know and she informed me that she had no openings between then and my next scheduled appt. I had black long coffin shaped nails-- Not something that looks ok to go without. Their policy is that if you have an outstanding appt repairs in that two week frame of time are free of charge. Not only did I get told she could not fit me in, she lied to another tech saying that my nails were 2 weeks out, not 4 days! Then scheduled me with another woman who charged me $4 per nail! So $112.00 total for a disaster. I didnt keep my two week fill as this is the worst business etiquette Ive ever experienced. With my outstanding appt I should have gotten them fixed free of charge and if she was booked she should have stayed 20 mins late. I will continue to go here for hair services, but I will NEVER get my nails done here EVER again. Oh, and because I was so unhappy with how I was treated I had to schedule somewhere else and clip off the acrylic and my wedding is Saturday and one just sliced my eyeball and blood was pouring out, which I would not have had to do or experience had this technician followed through on her guarantee. Im super unhappy with where this salon has gone as far as nail technicians since 2007!

I have been coming to the Salon for a long time now and what I have noticed is that the staff are consistently super-professional; they are cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. I particularly love my stylist, Kari Goodale. The cuts and color I get from her are the best! I get lots of compliments on my hair and I always recommend Kari.My manicurist, Mandy Zurbuchen, is so much fun and my shellac manicures last for a full two weeks. My traditional polish pedicures last more than 6 weeks! I have also had manis and pedis from Dawn Schultz and Marielle Spitzer and I would highly recommend both of them, as well.The salon is clean and nicely decorated and the staff are wonderful. I love Nail-issimo!
