All in all a nice time! Heres what Ive had done at The Rustic:💅🏻Spa Pedicure:Really lovely. The atmosphere is gorgeous and the girls are fun to talk to! My polish looks great and has held up. The honey mask they used was so lovely and left my feet super soft.(Also, the mimosas are such a vibe?? 😍🥂)💆🏻‍♀️Brow wax:The girl who does the waxing is nice, but both times Ive had it done here (once with soft wax, once with hard) Ive experienced breakouts around my brows. This is unusual for me, and when I ask, the staff doesnt seem to know why this happens. Last time they gave me some toner and aloe for my brows but it didnt help.💇🏻‍♀️Hair cut and color:I saw Sarah the first time, and the cut was great, but my color job was absolutely abysmal. I asked for some sun-kissed highlights for my dark brown hair and she gave me pinstripe platinum streaks. I scheduled a corrective appointment with Haley, though, and she was AMAZING. She totally corrected it in one sitting and gave me exactly what I was looking for -- I almost cried with relief. And they didnt charge me!tl;dr - not a perfect salon, but there are good experiences to be had! 😊

Got a couples massage. It was my first massage ever and both my wife and I loved it! Very relaxing and comfortable experience.

Friendly staff, clean place. Couple massage was a bust, great ladies who did it but the point of a massage was to relax and me and my husband didnt relax at all, felt more like a social event instead. We would of shared our # to talk more instead of spending 2 hrs talking. It was nice to talk but also feels good to relax thats what we paid them to do.I might go back but definitely felt like we should of got a discount.

Had Whitney do my nails today, and I absolutely love them! Wish I had a before picture so I could show the comparison of what I was dealing with before, to the amazing job Whitney did.Such a cute little shop and everyone is so very friendly. 100% will be going back and can’t recommend them enough!!!

Had a Best Friends massage today (basically a couples massage but for my best friend and I) and it was beyond amazing! I had Annelle and it was like she knew every spot that needed attention! Candice was my Gal today and I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist! I went in today a lil unsure of what I wanted to do...but she made sure I was comfortable the whole time as I had about 7 inches cut off and got coloring done. She did a phenomenal job! I went in for a massage and a facial, just wanting to treat myself. Paul who did my massage was AMAZING. He made sure that I was completely comfortable the whole entire time, and ensuring that I was always draped appropriately. The Rustic is an amazing salon & spa with friendly staff. You can see the prices for services and book appointments online which makes the experience better. I have only had my hair trimmed with future plans to try other services like a massage and facial. I see Haley and followed her from another salon downtown. Shes great and understands different hair types. I have 2b-3a hair and she doesnt go overboard with cutting my hair or doing things I havent asked for to upcharge me later. She has helped me grow out my hair with not being extra with the scissors!

I went here for my first facial and Kyra helped me so much in understanding my skin type and what types of products I should be using, her friendly laid back persona made me feel at ease! I left with my skin glowing and even with some free samples! I will definitely be coming back for more facials with her!

Britany is a top notch massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable, detailed in her technique and personable. She makes sure you feel very comfortable and attentive to the issues you want addressed.

Missy is an angel sent from the hair heavens ❤ She listened to me and what I wanted done... and was extremely nice! I must add that stylists usually try to add something weird into the mix and it usually ends in tears for me, but Missy listened and I can not stress enough to you how nice she was. My hair breaks easily and I lose a lot of hair, she was very gentle and I was not nervous the whole time! My hair always looks perfect when I leave :) The prices are good and I can not complain about the memosa! I kind of wish my hair grew faster so that I could come in more often 😁. I rarely have a spa day but when I do I come here. It has everything you could want. The massages are insanely amazing, the people working there are always smiling, they are always incredibly nice and accommodating and completely embrace how nervous I get when Im there because I dont do that whole treat yourself thing very often. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best day spa I have ever been to. All the workers are super friendly and helpful, and the rustic theme is super cute. I got a facial and a massage and the atmosphere made me feel extremely relaxed. During both the facial and the massage, the workers were very attentive and seemed to really care about my needs. I struggle with some skin issues, and the staff were kind enough to give me advice on how to help my specific issues. They didnt at all seem like they were trying to sell me something expensive, but they 100% seemed like they were listening to what I had to say, and recommended the best product for what Im dealing with. I will definitely be going back, and I highly recommend that anyone looking to go to a spa checks out The Rustic first.

If I could give more than five stars, I WOULD!!! Such a welcoming and fun environment! I got a manicure and pedicure which were both beyond my expectations. I would like to give a special shout out to Nikki and Brittaney for making my spa experience. Brittaney, in particular was extremely patient with my completely picky friend who had some difficulty choosing between all of the amazing colors and designs they offer. I am so pleased with how my nails turned out and will be going back!

Such a beautiful and fun atmosphere! Only challenge is stopping swinging in the comfy pedicure swings long enough to not get polish all over your toes! Staff is extremely friendly and fun. We didnt stop laughing the entire time. Brittaney has great attention to detail and Brandi will make sure her customers come first!

I had a wonderful pedicure! The staff is very professional but very fun and genuine! The atmosphere is relaxed and not so feminine that men wouldnt enjoy it! As a matter of fact my friend and I booked a double date pedicure with our husbands before we left!! Looking forward to coming back with our husbands!!!

Had a great 90 minute massage with Paul. He uses his extensive knowledge and experience to get into the tight spots and work out the knots and kinks.

I went here for a root touch up for the first time today! Candice was not only very friendly and personable, but was also very effecient! The atmosphere of the salon was great, and everyone there made me feel welcomed and offered me a beverage to make me feel at home. I will definitely be back!

I worked with Kyra to plan a spa day for me and 6 of my girl friends. No special occasion just some much need relaxation. We had never been to The Rustic and from the moment we walked in we were not disappointed. It was amazing, everyone was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our no special occasion felt like it was something special!! We are planning another day for end of summer.

I turned to The Rustic to kick off my wedding-dress shopping trip. I tried to set up a suite of services a few months in advance, but a few communication mishaps changed up the plan.When the mixup became apparent, the staff at The Rustic did everything they could to still provide a great start to my trip. I received an apology, and a chocolate or two, as well as amazing service for my maid of honor and myself. The four technicians who provided our massages and facials were polite, responsive and skilled.In addition, the day spa worked with me to set up services to fit my schedule. We had a great experience, and would recommend The Rustic, as we plan to return ourselves!

We had a bridal shower here with over thirty guests receiving nail services. Brandy and staff were so organized and on point it was seriously mind-blowing. Our event not only came off without a hitch, Rustic gained any number of loyal customers from among our friends and family. I would do it all again tomorrow!

You shouldnt have to wait for over an hour for a pedicure when you make an appointment five days in advance. Then when we finally did get a spot in the swing, not enough nail techs to go around. Waited some more and in between as their were only 4 techs for 8 pedi spots. It was the worst pedicure Ive ever had in my life and I could have done a better job on the polish myself at home and saved myself time and money. Atmosphere and employees pleasant but I will not be returning.

Beautiful place! So cute and fun! I went there with my mom, sister and grandma and was not up to my expectations. Quite possibly theyre too high, but I usually go to Paris Nails and they live up to my expectations. 1. They didnt have very many colors ( I got gels ), 2. they couldnt do any designs for me. I finally found something I liked and wanted it closely replicated. Oh. My. Gosh. MISTAKE- It looks terrible, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. I couldve done a better job with technique. 3. Not only that, the like toes/fingers on either hand/foot dont even look alike. She did something completely different on opposite hands/feet. 4. My sister didnt get what she wanted either, the nail technician did their own thing, even after showing a picture of what she wanted. She wanted to rip them off- which is unfortunate because the nails were for her wedding. 5. Severely OVERPRICED. Im all about the quality and willing to pay extra for a good experience. Ill stick to my $25 nails done at Paris Nails. This place is a joke. I will never go here again.

Tony does amazing acrylics...old school. Just the right length, thin like natural nails & polish to the edges. Oh, & they dont lift...even after planting an entire garden!

I am still in shock with what happened this morning!! We were so excited and then everything went so very bad!! BEYOND Disappointed is putting it very nicely. I booked hair and makeup services on March 8th for my Sisters WEDDING on June 29th. Then I book our trial runs for June 8th (Today) on April 30th. In my mind I have scheduled everything to go perfectly for her big day and Now Rustic made everything blow up! We show up today and they some how did NOT schedule the ladies out on the ACTUAL WEDDING day to do our hair and makeup. Now of course they are booked as we are now Only a few weeks out!! SO NOW WE ARE LEFT TRYING TO FIND HAIR AND MAKEUP SERVICES IN A SHORT TIME WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE DUE TO SUMMER WEDDINGS!! DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING SERVICES THROUGH THIS PLACE!! They also seem to not have my phone number even though I have called numerous times!! Thanks for the headache and added stress Rustic Salon. Not appreciated at all.

Not impressed...im a little irritated I drove all the way across town to get a 5 minute dry haircut with a stylist who barely said 3 words to me, and briefly ran a blow dryer thru my already dry hair to “style” it. Then she didn’t say a word until she was walking out of the room and said over her shoulder that I could pay up front. Then the girl at the front desk looked insulted as she tried toCharge me $75 for color, and I corrected her saying I only got a haircut, not coloring services. I’m disappointed because I read so many good reviews about this place :(

My mom and I just had the best first mani pedi experience we could have asked for! So pampered and relaxed! The girls were so helpful, nice and talkative. It was so much fun and we will definitely be back! :)

The customer service is amazing, the atmosphere is soo relaxing. I spent the whole day there and left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

This place is gorgeous and modern, clean and fun. The employees waiting on us when we came in were kind and helpful. Overall my experience was made just ok for a few reasons. I think the quality of the manicure we received was fine but not great, especially for the price, uneven and there were very little color choices for gels. When discussing the price, no one seemed to know and there was no menu with pricing. I had looked up the price before hand and mentioned this and was told the website wasnt accurate because they were under new ownership - ok...No problem. Id think that information would have been adjusted when policies and pricing had changed. And while paying, got asked to select the tip on the screen, like most credit card transactions now. I picked my cash tip and I had turned to point to the girl who did my nails for the cash tip, and the next screen for signature, was scribble signed for me. Now, I know it was $55, but I need to sign for my purchases. Im pretty sure thats going to make other people very uncomfortable.

If time and common courtesy mean anything to you stay far away from this place. The facade and decor might be cute but the technicians attitude my appointment was with is downright ugly. She didnt see me until 20 minutes past my appointment time and then proceeded to berate me for scheduling the wrong type of appointment and she didnt have time for me. I made an appointment for a regular manicure not knowing whatever I already have on my nails is of any importance nor does their website indicate such things. (I have SNS powder on them currently, I thought it was like gel and not a big deal. Boy was I wrong!) Someone higher up came along offering to reschedule the appointment for another day, after Ive already waited 20 minutes... Not good enough in my book. Ill never be back and word of mouth is a powerful thing.

Had a bad manicure if I could post pictures I would what I wanted looked NOTHING like the pictures in fact I ended up painting over what she had done once I got home, and when I reached out to the salon to let them know that I wasnt happy I didnt get a response. Will not return OH and I booked 3 months in advance because we had multiple people, I called a few weeks before to cancel one of the people and they didnt even have us in the book! We were told to be there at 10 and didnt get helped until about 11.

I made an appt here for a pedicure before leaving for a vacation. I walked in and fell in love with the atmosphere! Im sad to say the pedicure I received was extremely disappointing. My nail tech barely acnologed me and did not put any effort into a conversation at all. After she put the mask on my feet she left for awhile and I noticed she was just sitting on her phone. I thought that was a little unprofessional. The pedicure I received was just ok. 2 days into my vacation some of the gel polish fell completely off. I’m disappointed I didn’t have a better experience.

Let me first start by saying writing this review is not out of a rush decision. I have tried 3 times to get a good experience. 3 more times then I should have...1st time - They had just opened, and I walked in for a pedicure. They said great, we have a gal thats arriving in 10 minutes! I thought awesome, Ill wait! After 30 minutes they informed me she was not coming and I would need to make an appointment. I thought okay disappointing, but understandable theyre new miscommunication happens. I use to be in the industry, I know how it goes.2nd time - They were running a special on massages. Great, who doesnt love a discounted massage? Call, make my appointment, show up 15 minutes early to fill out my paperwork and after sitting there for 30 minutes Im informed that their current client was late so now I will have to wait another 30 minutes. Well, I have a baby, and a schedule, and that would put me to far behind so I had to leave. They did offer me the same discount on my next massage so that was nice.3rd time - I see theyre running a 25% off all services, and I had been thinking about getting my nails done so I thought okay, perfect timing! Call, make my appointment everything is great. I show up to my appointment on time and a big shocker... theyre running 20 minutes late. I say okay, Ill wait. 50 minutes later shes ready to start, we talk about all the things I want, Im super excited, she seems to understand - this is going to be great! I should have known not to get my hopes up, because here I am after spending 4 hours in their salon with thick, uneven, bleeding nails. Yes, I know I could have asked her to fix them, but coming up on the 4th hour mark and all I wanted was to get out of there! I did not receive the discount like they advertised, I did not receive a discount for having to wait almost an hour, Im just stuck with extremely disappointing nails for almost $30 then I would have payed anywhere else.This is such a disappointment because the decour and atmosphere is great, but I would strongly encourage you to just admire the pictures, and not waste your time.

Called and made an appointment the day before (the woman who answered assumed I wanted a pedicure so I had to call back and let her know I wanted a mani) anyway, the day I left (I live 3 hours from Billings) they call me when Im half way there and tell me theyre really behind and have to push my appt out from 4pm to 6pm.. okay fine.. did some shopping and went to eat to pass the time.. Im pulling into the lot at 5:45 and they call me and tell me they have to cancel my appointment because the nail tech is tired and they forgot they close at 6 I said online it says yall close at 7. She said oh, we close at 6 on saturdays.. I let her know I drove 3 hours just for this appointment so she said okay Ill let her know and we hung up. I go into the salon and they ALSO assumed I just wanted a gel polish. No. If they wouldve asked me on the phone when I made the appointment instead of just assuming and writing whatever down they wouldve known I wanted a full acrylic set. So they turn me away because they didnt have time to do it. If I could give this a zero star rating, I would.

Went there with a wedding party and all I heard was we cant do that or I dont know how to do that it was over priced, with undertrained staff and when the nail artist messed up she said well thats what its going to be instead of trying to fix it. Definitely would not recommend.

Atmosphere was great, service was excellent and I felt very pampered.

Extremely bad all the way around. Outrageous prices that doubled overnight without explanation. One gal was so rude it was humiliating. Nails peeled off in less then a week. This was under the new ownership. Ill let my $100 gift certificate go to waist just so Ill never have to go back!!!
