On Friday evening, I got a SNS extension set and a pedicure. While you can walk in, its best for you and the nail techs for you to book an appointment. Its a painless process done with the very nice business owner. The total process took two hours for the extension set. Not once did she show signs of annoyance or frustration. She was patient and extremely accommodating. She followed my vision perfectly asking me of my satisfaction every step of the way. I love the outcome and cannot wait to go back with a new design!Budget: its pricier than the average salon, but its well worth the price you pay for two hours of service time and overall satisfaction.Cleanliness: your temperature will be checked upon arrival and you are to wash your hands.

This is the BEST nail spa in Billings. The owner is genuine, caring and will make sure youre happy with your manicure. My nails are finally strong and healthy. All the girls do a fantastic job!!

One of the only salons Ive been to thats run properly, the owner is warm and welcoming and is there every day making sure that all of the clients are happy. The technicians are knowledgeable and do a great job, taking their time with your mani/pedi. They also have natural gel polish options which when removed your nails feel healthy, and not as damaged as with regular gel polish. Theyre a bit expensive but its worth it if you want a neatly done manicure, and many pretty colors from which to choose.

I come here all the time and love getting the SNS (dipping powder) done. Love the service and the results! I usually can keep the manicure pristine for three weeks plus with minimal wear.

I decided to go here after all the google reviews and I loved it! The employees, the environment, the nail tech, everything. My SNS nails came out better than expected, and I even got a free massage. Shoutout to the owner and her staff, they were amazing. Will be going again!

If I could give them zero I would! They charged me and my sister a full deluxe price to paint nail polish on our nails. We wanted manicures and they just filed our nails and painted them but charge us full price!

Took my girls and myself out for pedicure and was absolutely impressed. First they were extremely accommodating to find time same day for three of us. Place was busy, but they kept the three of us together. Quality of work was wonderful and timely. They were sweet with my daughters. Two weeks after soaking daily in the ocean my pedicure is still looking great! Will definitely go again.

They were very VERY RUDE!!!, I asked for manicure and pedicure for my 6 year old and myself, and made an appointment, for them to just paint my daughters nails and stated she was to young for a pedicure after they told me she could,. Then preceed to tell me they didnt have time for me, and ignored my daughter , made her cry. So i was just so frustrated, that they wouldnt listen to me that I paid for daughters nail paint and left.

Paris Nails has become my favorite nail salon. My first experience wasnt the greatest, but Ive been at least 20 times since, and I really think they are the best in town.The technicians are fantastic. My toenails always look perfect when I leave. They spend time really making sure my feet and cuticles look great too. This, along with friendly service and good prices, makes for a perfect nail salon in my opinion.

This place is huge and has the staff to back it. Called and made an appointment which was easy and quick and only had to wait about 5 minutes before we sat for a pedicure. Large selection of colors and the staff was friendly and professional. I enjoyed that a few options for different pedicures were listed on a sheet and we could look and decide which we wanted. It really felt like a spa experience and the polish looks great.I will absolutely return for more services!

I tried this place for the first time...Im from out of town and honestly wish the place was in my town! I love the fact that they open new stuff to use on each person! So I definitely loved this nail salon. I was definitely lucky to be seated so fast because 10 minutes later there was a wait.The inside is beautiful and they do the most basic awesome things like offer you a drink. If you visit their Instagram or even Google pictures you can see how good their art is. Of course you need to find the person who actually did for a replica but its great that they have artist there.

Im writing this review while still in the chair. Walking in this place looks clean and luxurious. It gets better when I find out they have lined tubs and autoclave cleaned tools. She gave me a towel for my lap, this chair is high tech-more customizable than any Ive seen before. Shes taking the time and working on my problem toe. This place is greatThis place gets 5 stars off the color selection alone! Very satisfied from start to finish. The professionalism, customer service and amenities were all exquisite. I would highly recommend this place if you havent tried them yet.

Everything about my visit was AMAZING. I was greeted by my name, and took me to my chair almost immediately. They have a great drink menu, and overall the service was fantastic! My nail tech was so professional and polite! Ill definitely become a regular.

Ive been looking for a good nail shop for two years, and Ive found it! The staff was very attentive and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. My technician offered me something to drink when I sat down. I changed my mind on the color I wanted my nails before she started, and she didnt seem to be bothered by it. Called for an appointment and got in same day . As you can tell my the pic I attached, SHES AMAZING!!!!! Easily one of the best in the state. Showed her a pic of what I wanted and she delivered. Everyone was SO friendly and they use high quality products. She really connects with you as a client and takes her time to get you what you really want! Tony is absolutely the best nail tech I have ever had and Im going to request him from now on. He used a different technique on me to help my nails last longer. I had Ann she was very kind, I really liked the work she did. I also like the fact hay they have so many different designs to choose from. So Im now a rainbow! Which I think is fabulous, it does take awhile so be sure you have enough time to get your nails done. I think the whole process was almost 2 hours, but she did a really good job!

This was by far the best nail salon I have been to in the city. This was my third visit to this place and I will be going there for now on.All the techs there make sure you are ok and offer water during your stay there. I have yet to have a bad experience there. Just had the best manicure and pedicure with Ann and Tony. They took the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. The massage that came with the manicure was amazing, it was a full arm, upper back, and neck massage. Both were thorough and efficient in their work. Nails look great and I feel so relaxed. They really take the time to treat you, you dont feel rushed at all at this salon. They have a variety of options also which is great.

I came to this place as a walk-in without an appointment, but was helped right away. I came for a pedicure, but ended up with a deluxe pedicure and a new set of acrylics.Clean, busy, but with many stations for both pedicures and hand treatments. A great value for the price. I will definitely be back.

I went to Paris Nails for the first time a few days ago for the first (and second) time. I had an old gel manicure from another salon and my nail tore. I messaged Paris Nails asking about coming in to fix it and Ann let me know that I could come in any time that day. I walked in and she added some nail glue to the tear -- for free! She was very kind and the salon is clean and beautiful. I came in two days later to get a gel manicure and it turned out amazing! People have been asking me if these are my real nails which is how you know they look great. I didnt catch the name of the nail artist that did my gel manicure, but she gave my nails a lovely round shape and she was also very kind and friendly. I also appreciate that they use a gel lamp that doesnt expose your entire hand to the light. My experience with Paris Nails has been fantastic so far and I think I have found my go-to salon in Billings!

Place was clean. When we walked in the staff just stared at us and told us to come back in 20 minutes. Nails were okay. Ive already broken one though and it hasnt been two weeks since I got them done. Im gonna go somewhere else next time.

Service was awesome. Even though I was 30 mins late, they are still ok with it and still keep my appointment for me and my friend. The technician was really good for doing my long extension gel nail. I like how she recommend some things that be added to my nail instead copying the exact design that I picked from nail art pictures from her tablet. She even fully explain what will happen next when doing my nails and making sure I understood of what she is planning to do. Love her service. This is my second time here at Paris Nails and Ive had great experiences both times. All the nail techs are very friendly and are keen to make your nails look great. Wendy did my gel manicure this time, and she did an excellent job. My nails look great, and I know theyll last for weeks just like my last manicure did. Today was my first visit to Paris Nails and Ill definitely be back! I called yesterday to make an appointment and the receptionist was polite and attentive. Wendy called me today to alert me the air conditioner went out and offered to re-schedule as a courtesy. I desperately needed a manicure and pedicure so I chose to endure the heat. Despite the lack of air, the great service made up for it! Kim did an amazing job on my pedicure as well as corrected a botched manicure I received from a different salon. This salon is more expensive than my old nail salon, but well worth the extra money! I already made an appointment to go back in two weeks.

I visited Paris Nails for the first time and I had a great experience! I had an SNS manicure with Wendy and a basic pedicure with Tan. Both of them were very nice, but honestly everyone at the salon was very nice including the owner. I made an appointment for my services (but thats just because I live by appointments), however, there were walk-ins who I saw were helped right away. Ive been to two other salons in Billings that I did not like and never went back to. My manicure and pedicure came out great! I can say that I finally found a place that I like with very nice people and I cant wait to go back!

My go to place when my nail girl is unavailable. The owner is always there, quick to get back to messages or to book, thoughtful when you come in, and sure to make your experience a good one. I always try to go on Mondays when its not busy and even never had a less than great experience!

Paris Nails is located only a mile from my workplace so I decided to give them a try. Ive heard great things about them from a few friends too.

I had to wait 15 after my appointment time before anyone helped me. All they did was cut my nails and paint gel polish and they charged me 25!!! For just a putting nail polish on 25 is outrageous!

The last three times have all been very unpleasant experiences. The only reason I’ve been back is because my friend was a regular. The first bad experience was around a year ago. I was really excited to get some new cute acrylics for a vacation! I was met with a very rude person who after doing my nails and not talking much, cut almost EVERY cuticle on both hands. I never planned on going back after such a horrible experience but my friend swore by them so somewhere over a year later I’m back. The second time wasn’t horrible but they were just so rude about everything and acted like I was an inconvenience!The third time is definitely one of the worst though. We made an appointment for 1:30p.m. And my sweet friend was treating me and insisted that I get a pedicure and manicure. I already knew I wanted acrylics cause I’d been working in food and hadn’t been able to get them for a long time. As we were getting our pedicures the ladies helping us started saying that my nails seemed like they’d be to weak for acrylics and I should get shellac. That made absolutely no sense to me cause I’ve gotten them a few times and my nails have always been on the weaker side and no ones ever turned me away! I just said fine, whatever I just won’t get my nails done here then. My friend insisted on the reason why and finally they let us know that they were BUSY! Busy!! And they decided to lie me in to shellac since it’s quicker rather than letting a paying customer WITH an appointment get acrylics. This is definitely the last time I will be going here and most likely my friend who was a regular for a while now! Just absolutely appalling that they would lie about something like that instead of just turning me down on the phone to begin with. What a waste of time.

Been here a few times and the quality of the nails are decent. The last time I’ve been I didn’t have a good experience. The person who did my nails was rude and while doing my nails I noticed that the table was covered in dried acrylic that had been dried on to the table from what seemed like multiple costumers before me, which made me question how sanitary the place really was. When doing my nails the person did not remove the excess glue on my skin so when I went to go take off my nails, It then took off a chunk of skin with it. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Shellac from here typically lasts about 2-3 weeks; Depending how careful I am, but I usually have to take it off because my nails have grown out the polish. Always a good time at Paris Nails!

I came here on a Sunday without an appointment and the girls were able to accommodate me within 10 minutes. I got a gel manicure and classic pedicure. Kim did such an amazing job and paid so much attention to detail. I can say I have never had anyone be so meticulous with my nails. In addition, the premises were extremely clean and their massage chairs very comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment if youre looking for great customer service and a great mani/pedi!

Made an appointment at 11 am. Called to make sure we could come in and the lady said she moved our appointment to 3pm. She didn’t even know who was calling and said she changed the appointment. Don’t recommend this place.

I really had to take the time to thank Paris Nails! I called them at about 5 pm because I was visiting town and I need it and urgent gel manicure. I got there at 7:40 pm and even thou they close at 8 pm, they still did my manicure, they were very nice and Ann did an awesome manicure.

My neighborhood spot! Owner is nice and staff is always friendly. Tan almost always does my gel nails and Wendy usually does my pedicures. Wendy does a great job and has such a happy disposition, Im always relaxed with her, even through battling my ticklish feet. I tried the place across the street before I discovered Paris Nails and my gel peeled after two days. Tans gel mani typically lasts at least 2 weeks and he makes sure Im happy with it (I.e., how thick the white is when I choose French). Only once did I have to go back but with no charge and most importantly - no attitude. They quickly fixed the nail mistake and I happily went on my way. All staff is friendly.

Had my nails done here last Friday, and they were bubbly and some of the tips were too big for my nails. The guy that did my nails did not say one word to me the entire time and seemed as if he didnt want to do my nails at all. Being a stay at home mom to a baby, I dont get to pamper myself much, and when I get to I expect good results. Instead I got horrible results from here, and all of my nails were lifting by the next day. They are painful and look like they had been on my fingers for 3 weeks after 3 days. WORST job I have ever had done!!!

I love coming here! Not only is it close to my home but every time I go, my nails turn out great! I usually go to but all the nail techs are very thorough and follow the same steps to a clean environment. Tools are always fresh out of the package, they wear gloves for pedis, clean the bowls each time, etc. They are such warm, kind people too, the owner always greets you with a smile and remembers you. They have the largest selection of colors both regular and no chip that Ive ever seen! By far the best nail shop around and for for a pedi (long and many steps too)*Best time to go is lunch time during the week. Less wait time.🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

This was only my second time getting a manicure/pedicure. I have no reference for price comparison, but I dont feel like I got my moneys worth in terms of personal care. Similar to other shops like these, my attendant was rushed and my nails were not perfect, but were decent. She filed my nails so quickly that they turned out uneven, but she did a good (not great) job on my French tips. She didnt talk to me at all except to ask me simple questions but was talking to her co workers constantly. My Mom was attended by Wendy and seemed to have a better experience though!

In town for a work conference I was looking for a reasonably priced fairly quick place to get a mani/pedi. Paris Nails was the perfect choice. The walk was nice and the service was fantastic. There was no appointment needed and no wait upon arriving during midday. The price was right and I would recommend it to anyone and head back if in the area again!
