Kind people always willing to help you out and clean place

Can’t wash laundry after 7pm according to the crabby front desk lady. Seems a little early and I would’ve appreciated a nicer response but that’s why I usually don’t go to this location.

Very nice and friendly environment, good conversations and nice smiles from the staffing. It is always clean and cool. I will continue to do my laundry at spin fresh. Be advised the last load is at 7 pm.

The place is very clean and in good condition. The people here are also very nice and welcoming. I was able to get all my laundry washed and dried without any problems. Definitely would recommend this place if you need to get clothes washed and dried. Also some of the washers are $2.50 - $4.00. Drying the clothes is around $1.00.

Lots of machines and ideal if you have to do a lot of laundry in one stop. Clean, with helpful staff.

Nice to have an attendant on-site. Quarter machine was in working order. Clean overall.Initially difficult to find the correct entry to go inside.

Really nice and secure. Plenty of people around. Including employees. Which all are helpful and I enjoy talking with. Small to huge loads. There are many sizes of washers and dryers.

Good washers and dryers...drop off service is $20 minimum, with 8 lbs minimum...change machine, ATM and bathrooms on-site. They also have industrial size and Family size washers...

Place is clean, well lit and 99% of all machines are working.

This place has some of the greatest customer service, Ive had the pleasure of. Maggie is a great individual to speak with. Maggie has a joke and a come back for any question. Lol. Great place to wash. Very clean washers. The facility it self is also very clean. Heres to a great day of washing and drying.

I will NEVER go back here!! Staff lets people harass you but when you stand up for yourself you are the one in the wrong!! Nice way to take care of a customer who only goes to your facility. No more! There’s other places around that I am sure that doesn’t allow another customer to harass you! This was all totally uncalled for!!!!!

A nice, clean, bright laundromat!Free wifi while you wait. And friendly attendants on hand if needed.Honestly, I drive far out of my way to use this laundromat. If you need to run laundry, from large comforters to delicate apparel, this is the place. *THE* place!!!

The lady here in charge.. She refused to give me her name . Older thin lady with long hair and glasses is mean and nasty. She tells me to wear a mask more than once .. on I get it.. in a rudly manner when no one else is wearing one.. u gonna make me wear one everyone else should have to too. There was 4 others in the room not wearing masks.. I was there about 5- 10 minutes before she decided to enforce the mask rule because I pointed out none else is wearing one. When I endore it for everyone then Ill wear one...First time here, last time here. I understand the mask rule but enforce for everyone not who you choose to pick on that day. You picked the wrong lady to bully..From what I understand from other customers she picks and chooses who wears a mask and is rude all the time. They still choose to come only because its air-conditioning and clean..not me..Ill find another business to give my money to..

Enjoyed coming here these last few months. However, the worker was extremely rude to all us “colored” people. She made harsh and uncalled remarks around customers and wasn’t to professional. It’s not appropriate to act in such manner working customer service. Sad but I think we’ll find another location or give our business elsewhere although we loved this location!

A staff member threatened to call the police on me after I explained I have a medical reason as to why I cant wear a mask and she DEMANDED I told her what my condition is so she can decide if its a bad enough to not wear a mask and she cussed me out in front of other customers and made me feel extremely unwanted in the establishment. Ill never go back again.

I go here every week to do my work laundry. They have an automatic door, which is great when you have an armful of laundry. They have a location uptown near Taco Johns too. The owners are very attentive to the needs of the facility.

A very clean and safe with an on duty attendant to help with all of your laundry needs. Reasonable prices with plenty of room and accommodations to fit almost any need. On site pressing and pay bye the pound services. The staff was very helpful and for the most part friendly. Great Value and time saver for me Thanks

I love this laundry mat.

It is the cleanest most well kept place to do your laundry. They have machine with gentle and wool settings and large size multi load washers. There are comfortable places to sit.

Clean and safe to do laundry. Two dryers took 2 extra quarters. Staff reimbursed me.

Left $20 in my pocket. When I got my laundry it was in the bag in a zip lock with my name on it. Honest people working there. When Im working in Billings they always do my laundry quick and right.

Friendly staff! Clean area with tables and wifi while you wait. Restrooms were clean as well.Paid 6 for the 6 load washer and about $1.25 for the medium dryer to dry everything.If we pass through again, wed come back

This place is my favorite place. Normally but today there was this guy with glasses and a lady with glasses that was running the place and was extremely rude. My kids were playing with the legos they provide quietly in the corner and they got yelled at because that wasnt the designated area for toys. They werent in the way and were not doing any harm. I am infuriated with the way they yelled at my children. Your job is not hard and the fact that you had no right to yell at my kids and did made me mad. I will no longer go to this laundry mat due to the horrible employees there today.

I always use the service here and theyre friendly and efficient. At least 4 hours so you may not get it same day but its always clean and folded so cant complain.
