Love this place. The lady working is super friendly and helpful machines are very reasonably priced dryers work damn near perfect its like the perfect little hiding spot to your laundry 😁

Dryers are always full, usually with the drop off laundry left that is already dry and the staff just leaves it in them, restroom is locked which is new since the change over and the staff is rude and stand offish, not a pleasant place, made me feel unwelcome after coming here for over two years it is the first time. Will be looking for somewhere else tone doing my weekly laundry

Clean friendly and helpful

Every time I come todo laundry everyone on staff is so friendly and wants to talk with me! Not only do I get a punch card that adds up to a FREE laundry machine use but the staff will put quarters in random people dryers to keep them going so their clothes dont get wrinkled or they will give me quarters for mine! The facility is ALWAYS clean and well kept and the machines are always kept clean and work wonderful. I remember the first time I had to use a laundry mat I was so nervous plus didnt know what to expect and I came here and I once tried another place and nothing compares. Love this place and everyone that works here.

Wow!! So clean and organized, new owners are very friendly and the staff were more than helpful and so friendly. I am blown away by the new and improved Gorham Park Laundry.

As we havent used a coin op before she was nice however she only gave us 8 dollars for our ten dollars, and she had us use the atm machine to withdraw money so we paid the atm fee on top of her not giving correct change.... That which we discovered after the fact of pouring money into the machines.

Really nice people. Also they let me know what their cheapest wash was and the quick ones so i save time and money.

EXPENSIVE!!!! $2.50 per load. Dryer .25 for 5 minutes. Nice facility and free wifi but not worth it.

They are the rudest most un kept laundry mat in Billings I would never recommend not even for my dog Blankets If you want a friendly clean environment do not come here you will not get that they are just rude and disgusting They tell your last load is 9 oclock if you show up at 830 expect to be treated very poorly ....They suck 0 stars
