The vet tech and Vet doc were amazing. My kitties love them. They already know my cats by name...AND, know thier favorite treats. By far, the best Veterinary Hospital in Billings, possibly the best in Montana!

Dr. Cook is thorough and professional. Its apparent she takes pride in her job; she always has a positive attitude and I trust her advice. I have 3 King Charles cavalier spaniels and wouldnt go anywhere else. My dogs are my family. I truly believe she loves the animals she cares for and thats important to me.

The first visit - they treated both of my puppies like little people - individually looked in their eyes- let them hug them and kiss on them- and had treats for them to help with the process. They took good care of me and my lil babies!! Thank you Shiloh Veterinary Hospital & Team!!!

Dr. Mohr and her assitant are wonderful, not only are they great with my pets but with my kids. I dont feel rushed, they know small animals and I am so blessed to have had them treat all of my kitties. She saved my kitty Monica after she was shot, saved my kitty Winston when he had crystals and a blockage and helped me with our kitty Mollys needs. Very pleased with them.

The staff and Veterinarians at Shiloh are so kind and caring. I never have to worry about who is taking care of my dog because everyone there is so great.

My cat was due for a booster shot and a general annual evaluation. My wait times werent very long and the tech and vet worked very quickly with my cat during her evaluation and shot to keep the stress down. The actual evaluation lasted maybe 5 minutes with no wasted time to ensure that my cat was not getting handled more than what was necessary.

Best vet I’ve ever been to. Super friendly and professional. They are very accommodating with my 90lb pit bull and very nice and friendly with me. I wish I could have brought all my pets to them over the years.

Called 40 min before closing without an appointment and they said come right over for a internally broken toe nail. Got us fixed up right away and out the door. Excellent experience!!

Our vet and his tech were absolutely wonderful! They both handled and treated my gecko like a charm, all of my questions were answered, and even showed me how I’m to do his injections.I have a much happier geck thanks to them!

Ive always taken my pets here because I know Im getting quality work. Ive never had a complaint from using their services and can usually get in pretty fast for normal appointments. They dont do late night emergencies, but for your general needs this is the best place to go.

Everyone at Shilo Veterinary Hospital were helpful and friendly. We had never been there before and we had a few concerns that were addressed. We got in the same day and they treated our scared little dog wonderfully.

After our terrible experience at Best Friends we were very apprehensive to take our babies anywhere. Lillie is a very hyper active 1 1/2 year old and Frankie is our special needs almost 2 year old. Instantly when walking through the door we realized that this experience was going to be like night and day. Frankie and Lillie were always so anxious going to best friends and after the visit it would take us hours to calm them and reassure them that whatever happened at their visit was over. Shiloh allowed us into the building with our babies, they took the time to make sure that we ALL were comfortable with every part of the treatment plan for that day. I would HIGHLY recommend Shiloh to anyone who treats their fur babies like members of their family. My parents have recently switch their babys care away from best friends to Shiloh… and if I have it my way my brother, his wife and their 4 fur babies will follow.

We took our parrot here and they did a great job clipping wings and toenails. The Avian vet was not as knowledgeable as we would have hoped with some questions we had but he was willing to get back to us

After moving states in the middle of my dogs recovery from surgery, Shiloh Veterinary hospital did a great job of making sure the transition was smooth and that her recovery stays on track! The staff were prompt and efficient, and gave clear feedback on what I could do to help my dog at home

I was worried about putting my 14yo pup under anesthesia for the last of her teeth extractions, and I didnt want to pay an arm and a leg, as she just needed them pulled and nothing cleaned, polished, etc. I asked multiple questions ahead of time. I felt they were fair and reasonable with their pricing based on the work they did, and they were responsive and very communicative to my annoying questions!! They went above and beyond to help with other issues regarding diet and health. Dr. Moore was lovely! Thank you!

Its hard not being able to go into your babys appointment with them due to covid, but the staff at Shiloh makes it the best experience they can for everyone involved! The extremely friendly and professional tech came out to meet me at the car after we we talked on the phone for a bit about what my exam entailed and if I had any concerns. Then she came out to meet my sweet boy. I love how she took her time to meet my boy instead of just taking him and running. It seemed to help him a lot with the process. The doctor was just as amazingly personable and helpful! Addressed all my concerns with the utmost compassion! I never once felt rushed and she really took the time to talk to me and make sure all concerns were addressed. My baby boy then was returned to me and he didnt seem upset in the slightest! Probably would have gone back in with them with some treats! I realize that these changes are hard on everyone, including the vet hospital staff. Its always so amazing to just see good, compassionate human beings through these difficult times. We will be returning to Shiloh Vet for all veterinary needs. ❤

I’ve been taking my dog here for a few months. I had been looking for a vet that had more availability for appointments, as most vet offices I had been with were always booked out for days, sometimes weeks. I am usually able to get my dog in within the week, which really helps with my schedule. Everyone has been friendly and helpful whenever I visit or call in. The employees seem happy to be at work. I’m not sure who my dog has been seeing the last two visits, since they are doing curbside only, but they were super nice and answered questions I had if I had any. I have been in Billings for almost two years now and hadn’t found a vet I really wanted to stick with but I think we are happy with Shiloh :)

As always, the staff are very nice and show they care about their patients! They get us right in and also follow-up to see how you are doing the next day.

I took advantage of Shilohs Spa Day for my dog Dory, and it was fantastic. Shes ready for the Holidays. The Spa day included a bath with the best smelling shampoo (I cant say enough about that), her toenails were trimmed, her teeth were brushed, and she spent a couple of hours drying off in a private, peaceful condo complete with a fluffy bed and TV while I ran errands. The best part of all, Dory did not come out of this experience stressed out, which makes it so worth it! And I didnt have a mess to clean up in my own bathroom. Shilohs staff of professionals are so fun, caring, and gentle with the animals they care for and keep healthy. I will definitely use this great and reasonably priced service in the future. It was an awesome value! Thank you Shiloh!

First puppy appointment was completely free, and they have continued to love and care for my dog ever since without forcing unnecessary or overly expensive things on my. Theyre very straightforward with pro and cons of all care options, but always leave you in the decision making seat. Most importantly, I love how much they love my pup.

The doctors had left for the day and they directed us to Morlaine clinic. When we got there the staff already knew we were coming. Shiloh vet had called over and prepped them for our arrival. I found that very helpful.

This Veterinary service was for our two dogs. The senior dog physicals were performed quickly and efficiently. They also checked out other health issues that we were concerned about.Their service was performed in a very friendly and cordial manner.We rely on Shilo Vet Services for their consistent service.

We have taken all of our critters here since being referred for a biopsy years ago. We ended up not needing the biopsy and not returning to the referring clinic because the staff and doctors at Shiloh were so great. I always know my fur kids are in good hands, and they put up with all of my questions.

Answered every question I had, thoroughly, explained the options available and when I chose the option I thought best for my dog he told me he would follow up with a phone call to make sure he was improving.Thanks for everything, I have a feeling we have found our new vet.

Brought my new kitten in for a wellness check and vaccines, and everyone was super helpful, and great with my cat. The vet tech was patient and gentle, and great at communicating what was going to happen. I saw Dr. Curran, who was equally as helpful and gentle with the cat. The office even called the next day to see how he was doing after the vaccine, which I thought was especially attentive! I also greatly appreciate the clear communication regarding when do undergo certain procedures such as neutering and other vaccines and testing, and the prices of those things. The packet of new cat information has been very helpful, and my little guy loves the food sample they included. Overall, I am beyond pleased with the quality of care at the first of at least a few vet visits we have in store!

They always call to check on the animals after a visit showing they care. I do think they may be a little on the expensive side, especially with medications. One time they dispensed a med that if they would have called it into a pharmacy it would have been a fraction of the cost but didn’t even offer this option.

I have 2 puppies, and we had an excellent first visit experience! From start to finish, every single person I interacted with was helpful and kind. Dr. Cook was lovely with my babies, and they didnt even cry when they got their vaccinations! Looking forward to patronizing Shiloh Vet.

I had taken my cat in for a check up because I felt she was shedding a lot, although they said she looked healthy and suggested a new food diet the experience was great overall. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because when I spoke to the vet, I didnt like the fact he kept using the words I think when telling me my cat was healthy. He used that word quite a but which felt and seemed unprofessional. Ill keep this as my primary vet though.

Took my siamese buddy in due to a gunky eye. For starters, the people on the phone seemed to actually care. They could tell I was stressed and they were very empathetic. Doctor was knowledgeable and straight to the point.Plus, the bag I went home with was Griz colored.So yes, this is my new vet :)

Im very disappointed in my vet clinic today. I have always loved Shiloh vet but I have lost a lot of respect.I brought my cat in on an emergency visit. He took a very sudden turn and subsequently died of liver failure whilst in their care. I went to pick up his body to bury him and I was told I had to pay the almost $500 bill BEFORE I can pick him up. They are essentially holding my baby hostage until I can pay in full. I just want to bury my baby. This feels violating and sick. I have no problem making a payment plan but so far thats not been offered as an option.I wish this review didnt have to happen but im destroyed and heart broken and now youve added insult to injury. Again Ive LOVED this very clinic. I bring all my animals here. But this has made me rethink that.

Were grateful for the emergency attention when its needed along with the soulful empathy when we have to help a pet cross the rainbow bridge.Along with superior veterinarian care, Shiloh also has a wonderful boarding facility for its patients. Although we have the most wonderful pet sitter, we cant imagine any place better to board our cats if needed.Were very fortunate to have the skills of Shiloh Veterinary Hospital in our area. Abysmal customer service. I was stopping in as an emergency for my dogs ear infection as I was passing through Billings. Google Maps has the incorrect location for the business which made me 10 minutes late and the phone lines were busy. They wouldnt see me due to being slighty late based on inaccurate info provided and knowing I was from out of town. Would not recommend based on their poor attitude.

When someone is devastated over the loss of a pet, this clinic decides to kick them while they are down. They refuse to release the body to the owners until the bill is paid in full. A struggling family trying to make ends meet cannot find closure from the loss of a family member due to this unprofessional, uncaring, ignorant clinic. Its disgusting!

Have a pet Chameleon and had no idea where to take him for check ups and emergencies since there seems to be a lot of vets who do not treat reptiles. I was referred by a chameleon forum to Shiloh and to say the least I have not been disappointed. Very nice facility and the staff and doctors have been amazing.
