A no-brainer when I need my car repaired. Professional, the staff is always incredibly polite and enjoyable to chat with, fair prices, easy business, and the owner is wonderful. Never feel gouged, theyre up front with what things will cost and let me decide the best route to take, and they are willing to break things into multiple appointments to make it less financially draining. Called in for some wobbling after the snow storm. They set me up with an appointment same day but also offered some advice over the phone free of charge. Hero motors charged to install these new bearings backwards, causing malfunction. He then refused to remove them without cost so they could be returned. I had to start all over again elsewhere.

I originally posted thos review 2 years ago but I have to update!! I still give them a 5 star review! I recently had my alternator replaced. It cost almost $100 less than he originally quoted me, and did an extra small job that wasnt in the original quote! I have been going to hero motors since 2014 and continue to be pleased!! This place is priced right and the repairs are quality. The manager is personable and all staff are super friendly. I had work done to my 88 camaro and I am extremely pleased. They told me what I needed fixed and did not add any unnecessary repairs. I shopped around and they had the best prices in town.

My wife was told by VIP that we needed a new alternator. The mechanic said he would not replace it unless it was needed. They tested the alternator and said it was fine. These gentlemen are very professional and honest. They are the only ones that will be doing work on our car

The staff was friendly . However, my car was taken into a separate bay where I could not view the inspection. After about 30 minutes, the mechanic came out and gave me an estimate for $450 in repairs that I would need.Subsequently, I took it to another inspection station where it passed easily, and paid $12.50.Deception? Fraud?
