I have been going to Don Nasons Auto Service since I have been able to operate vehicles, and my parents have even before that. Don and his staff are nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful. They even sent an email to let me know that my vehicle was due for my annual inspection sticker. It was so helpful to get that notification- I called the same day to schedule my appointment. They are completely transparent and honest when it comes to any work my vehicle needs- or whether it is something that I can schedule for another time. I wouldnt want to have my vehicle serviced anywhere else!!

Don has done several different repairs on my vehicle from brake jobs to oil changes. The staff is professional and friendly. I feel confident when I have work done there that it will be done correctly. I would recommend then wholeheartedly.

First I asked how much it would cost to have my timing fixed, they said Id have to bring it in first so I said ok but I dont want anything else done to it. They called back today to tell me it would be 700 no big deal but I owe them 80 bucks for diagnosing the problem I already told them about, they replaced a gasket, let my battery die and didnt put anything back together...not impressed at all
