Moved to Fl recently and have had to call now 5 times to get them to PROPERLY cancel my policy, first they were going to just let my policy in maine expire after the 6 months, which i JUST paid for before i left Maine. Then they confirmed my policy had been cancelled TWICE over the phone, the second time i called after not receiving my refund they sent me a confirmation saying it in fact WAS cancelled. After ANOTHER week of not seeing my money i called and was told in fact that it was NEVER cancelled. and they showed ABSOLUTELY NO SYMPATHY TO MY SITUATION AT ALL.

Rousseau Insurance (and, in particular, James Rousseau) has handled my insurance needs for a few decades now. I have to laugh every time I get one of those you could save $X by switching to ABC Insurance ... and the rates they quote are higher than what James has gotten for me ... and I didnt have to do anything except let James handle it. He found the best insurance at the best rates for me, on both my auto and home owners policies. And he regularly checks in to see whether my circumstances have changed, in case I need to change my insurance ... but he doesnt try to strong-arm me into buying anything. Its nice to know that I dont have to worry about my insurance policies, because James handles that for me. I would (and have!) definitely recommend Rousseau Insurance to friends and family, and Id bet theyd be good for you, too. (And, no, James didnt give me a kickback to say any of that.)
