Broke down at the Kittery rest area we had Speedy service by Rory who was happy to help us gave us the best advice I felt safe in his truck he brought us all the way to our Campground and did an amazing job

AAA cost me $1416.00!!!! Dont get insurance with them they dont know what they are doing!!! I switched my auto and home owners insurance to AAA on June 2019. For my homeowners insurance I needed an inspection. Veronica my agent, never forwarded the pictures to the proper department and unbeknownst to me they canceled my policy. A year later my mortgage company goes to renew my policy and I find out Ive been uninsured for the past year and fine me $1416.00. I never got a call or letter from AAA. They are completely incompetent!!!!

Staff are always very friendly and more than helpful with my questions and needs!! I myself have renters insurance and vehicle roadside assistance with this establishment. I mainly use the office in Biddeford,Maine and they are always more than meet my needs ! Thank you AAA for your many years of service to me and much more in the future !!!

Im not sure if the AAA driver that came to tow my vehicle was from the Biddeford location or not, but I just wanted to say that the guy who came whose name was Chris was just plain awesome. He had a flatbed tow truck, and no one thought he would be able to get to the vehicle because if its angle and narrow space. But Chris made it look easy. He maneuvered in a position where he could get that van right out. This was Friday night, 5 pm in Biddeford Maine, and he deserves recognition and praise for a professional job well done.

Called to ask about getting my car towed since I have triple a and she said no bc its a private sale and that was all. I just wanna know how and why. Like explain something to me and please speak more clearly! I used to think so highly of you guys! Always always there to help and explain. But lately. Nope!!!

Their insurance department is very Lax! Does not send out new insurance cards after renewal, sends out EXPIRED declaration pages and is unavailable during regular business hours.
