I was always wary of insurance agents because I didnt understand how they could make money giving us the same price as the big companies. But once I found out that the companies pay them it made me happy. Methot insurance agency is great

I have been doing business with Methot Insurance for 31 years. Normand has always been helpful and able to provide whatever i need for insurances at a fair price. In my younger years he was always available to offer advice on business as i was just starting out my business at the time. Brian has also been great at answering any questions that i may have and taking care of any issues that i may have right away. Its not often that i would take the time to write a review but i appreciate everything the Methot group does for me and they have a customer for life.

Very very excellent service. They open early and stay open late, and the agents are always pleasant ready to help with anything and you are not rushed through like they have some place to be.

Mr. Methot himself an unprofessional brute. Rude and when questioned about why my insurance suddenly jumped 35 dollars he responded with well these things happen and we all are being gowdged at one time or another . I wouldnt send my worse enemy to Methot Agency ever! Shame on him! Very disappointed

I would give them zero stars if possible. We had gotten a car through them and were late with a payment, I contacted Normand and told him I would have the payment within three days and he said that would be fine. The next day he repossessed my car with all my belongings in it including my wallet, and my sons carseat. When I called to see why my car was reposessed he said I DIDNT REALIZE WHO I WAS TALKING TO. Talk about a senile old man who clearly shouldnt run any type of business if his memory is completely gone. Then, when I asked where the car was so I could get my belongings he wouldnt tell me. He said I can come the next day to get them, but without my wallet and my sons carseat its impossible for me to even get my stuff. This place should be burned to the ground with the owner inside.

I called to check up on an insurance and I was left on hold for over 2 minutes. The older woman treated me as if I was inconveniencing her. Show is very rude and short with me I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up on me. The rumors are true and judging by the Google reviews Im glad that I decided not to do business with this company.

Ive been with you guys now almost two years, and EVERY month when I call in to make a payment, it doesnt matter who I talk to, I always have some unpleasant person on the phone that acts like Im inconvinencing them when all Im trying to do is pay my bill. I just got off the phone with a guy that just said hold on and it was dead air on the phone for over a minute and then when I said Hello the phone was disconnected. Last I checked, it was your job as an insurance agency to take our payments, issue new policies, look for better quotes after our current policy expires.

I went to methot insurance for a quote to switch my home, auto and atv insurance they loved bashing my current insurance agency which is really professional. I went there during the wind storm it is now feb. 1 and I have still yet to here a word about prices I deal with methots son. As far as the car reviews on google I’m pretty sure he lost his dealers license way back in the day for rolling back odometers.

My fiance and I were two weeks late paying for the first time and we got a letter that said to pay within ten days which we did and they still took our car. The repo guy almost didnt let us take our stuff and they had 3 people to take it. Anyone looking for a car DO NOT go here.

When trying to put my at the time boyfriends car (who only has the loan in his name) under my insurance the most unpleasant older woman treated me like I was stupid saying it wasnt my car even though it is registered to me and said I couldnt insure it in my name. She then brought me into another mans office to which he also told me I could not insure the car in my name. so I left cancelled my policy and went to Gieco. Gieco not only allowed me to insure it in my name but because my at the time boyfriend didnt even have a valid license I didnt even need to have him on the insurance at all either. The Norman Methot Agency really screwed up here they dont even respect basic rules.
